They were waiting for us despite the fact that we were more than an hour early. Slight downside was that pickup was from teh top floor of the car park rather than outside the terminal building, but again they were there waiting for us - and in fact, it was hardly any extra effort to hop into the lift. Would certainly use again.

I have used Budget (Purple Parking) several times at Heathrow T5 and they have been excellent value for money. Like most people I look first at price but I also look for secure car parking, prompt service and care of my car. Budget are excellent in all categories. If I have one minor complaint it is this business of phoning 30 mins prior to arrival. On my last trip the person answering didn't even ask for my reference number and just asked me if i 'was going to be on time'. It is a nuisance to have to make this call and I got the impression it was only necessary if you were going to be late and obviously in such circumstance you would call them. However, I emphasise this is only a minor irritation and that the service otherwise is excellent with the car available on return by the time I reached the pickup point on every occasion. I understand from one of the Purple parking staff that they are all being made redundant and replaced by casual staff. I can only hope that this does not affect an otherwise great service in the future.

Drop of at Terminal 3 Heathrow was very good, a couple of minutes early. The system at the return is a bit of a chore. You have to get a lift to the car park, then a lift in the car park to the 5th floor. This is not the companies fault, it is airport valet parking company, who have tried to block the others. I arrived back at 23:00 and it was busy, only 1 lift out of 3 working in the airport, but all three working in the car park. Had to wait about 20 mins for my car, but for the price I paid which was much cheaper than all others, I am happy.

We also used Budget Meet and Greet in July again to and from Heathrow when everything went very well. This time (Sept 12), after calling approx 30 mins prior to arrival at Heathrow T3, we arrived at the designated lane and had to call twice more and wait approx 15 mins for the driver to arrive. Not too great as the previous times we have used this service, it was very good. On our return, the flight was 3 hours late; I called on landing and the car was ready and waiting. I would definitely use Budget Meet and Greet again.

second time used Budget meet greet& as result of the pleasant experience and have now booked next 3 sets of sirport parking. Only problem was that inbetween booking & arrival I changed the car and although I phoned to change the make & registration, the driver was looking for the wrong vehicle! ( but since he was the only driver that presented no problems)

Watch your timings when booking, if your at all late you will get a £25 fine which must be paid there and then or they will not take your car

Could not fault this service in any way. Outbound we arrived at the airport about 45 minutes ahead of time and after a quick phone call, a driver was despatched to meet us at the new time. For convenience and value, would recommend to anyone.

We booked the Budget Meet and Greet service 2 days before flying based on the reviews on gosimply.com. The booking was actually made via Purple Parking - Drop Off and Pick Up were both just a couple of minutes, and PP's staff were courteous and prompt. We don't normally write reviews, but this is honestly one of the best service experiences we have come across and fantastic value to boot. Will definitely use again and couldn't recommend any more highly.

this was my first time using meet and greet ,but will use again as in was very effecient and great value for money would recommend to anybody.

AS straight forward and convenient as it is possibel to imagine. I drove up to the appointed spot in the car park, unloaded young child and bags, and handed over keys to friendly chap who explained pick up procedures. Walked straight through to check in. on arrival, called to confirm arrival after landing, picked up bags, cleared customs and walked straight to our waiting car. simples. cannot believe i have used taxi's and the like for the last 20 years.

Booking was easy. Even though we were early arriving at Heathrow we phoned ahead and there was someone ready to meet us. On our return our car was with us within 5 minutes of getting to the meet place. Good service.

I love this service. It was as cheap as normal parking without having to wait. The guys that picked up/brought the car were friendly and professional. The car came nice and clean. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to travel in style without spending a lot!

The service offered by Budget Meet & Greet is considerably cheaper than it's competitors but doesn't compromise on service. We found the drivers to be friendly and polite and on-time. We were later arriving at the airport than scheduled but this didn't pose a problem. Because of the money I saved using Budget Meet & Greet I booked an airport lounge which was fab. Many thanks Budget Meet & Greet. Would definitely use again.

Great service, with no problems with collection, delivery or condition of car. Would recommend.

Brilliant service in terms of delivery and collection - our only comment is to wonder how the contents of my husbands brief case could have become spread around the back seat. The only thing we can think of is that the car was driven at speed round some corners. Cannot criticise the rest of the service and our other car, parked at the same time, was fine.

I left my car for 9 weeks and was very pleased with the service offered. All the staff I dealt with were helpful and efficient.The service offered was reliable and took the stress out of parking for me. I would definitely recommend this service and will be using it again next time I travel.

Was surprised to see meet and greet parking at this price. It was excellent value for money. We arrived as arranged and were met promptly both on departure and arrival. With other companies, we have often had to wait more than 30 minutes.

Everything went smoothly as it could have. Meet and greet is the only way to travel!!

This is the 2nd time in 6 months that I have used this service. It is excellent. From booking to parking & collecting everything was as promised and without any wait. The car valet was also extremely good value .. Top Class & I would highly recommend

Everything about the service was excellent. Both drivers (departure and arrivals) were friendly and helpful. It only took me 20 minutes to get through immigration and pick up our bags but our car was waiting for us. The lady I rang to say that I had arrived was also very friendly despite the fact that it was 5:10am. Budget Meet and Greet took the hassle out of the whole parking experience. I will definitely use them again
