Both drivers were waiting for my arrival at the airport, staff on the phone were pleasant and by going through gosimply.com saved me a considerable amount of money!

Everything went according to plan,the arrival,handover as well as the return trip. Cannot recommend it enought to all my friends and colleagues.Keep it up!

Brilliant service on leaving vehicle. Couldn't fault it. On return though, had to go to top floor of car park where we waited 15 mins for car which apparantly had a flat battery so they jump started it and something has happened to the bonnet release catch now.

Met us on time at Heathrow Term 3 and on return met us at Term 4. We were 30 minutes later than arranged due to baggage collection problems but a call from the office to check our progress meant the car was ready as soon as we left the building.

For our departure the chauffeur was waiving at us as we drove into the terminal and took our car quickly and it was stress free! On arrival back home they were waiting again and again stress free! Highly recommended.

The driver was not there when we arrived. Could not be located and we had to drive round the block twice while phoning the staff who were helpful Similarly, we arrived back at LHR early. The pickup point had changed and the staff explaining this was curt, rude and unhelpful. The car was brought at our due time after we and others had been standing around waiting for quite some time.

Meet and greet is so much easier when travelling with small children, very convenient and hassle free. Many thanks

Very good value for money service. Driver was there to meet as arranged , car delivered back reasonably on time. Drivers very polite and helpful. Good all round service.

This service proved to be the most cost effective way of parking our car for a 3 week break with the added bonus of driving up to the terminal. We were met at the terminal by a very friendly and professional driver, unloaded our bags and children, and walked straight in to the terminal. We were an hour ahead of schedule, just called the office and a driver was waiting. On return we called to say we had landed and the car was waiting for us in the terminal parking. Great service. We will be using Meet and Greet again.

This is our 2nd time with this company,we have not been disapointed,will definatly consider using again.

We've used the Purple Parking drop off/pick up minibus service and found it was OKon the way out BUT was an absolute nightmare returning as the ridiculous and unsupervised collection point from the return flight meant an unwelcome and stressful scrum for limited places on the minibus. This service gets round this BIG problem (Please do something about it PP). Because of this we found it much simpler and would therefore use it again.

Very impressed with Purple Parking Heathrow Terminal 5. Hardly any wait on departure and none on return. Would definately use again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I had my doubts given the price (£50) for 2 weeks for Heathrow but everything was exactly as it should have been. Provided you follow their simple rules it's pretty fool-proof. Telephone 30 mins before your booked arrival time at the airport - this just confirms when you will actually arrive and avoids the "late arrival fee" should you be running too far behind. On your return simply ring as you go through immigration so that the car is their when you get out (takes 20 -30 minutes from your call) and thats it! Our drivers were polite and on time and it makes the whole airport experience much more pleasant - highly recommended!

It is always difficult to assess an exact time of arrival at the terminal for departure: I had allowed time for delays and then had a fast car journey. I phoned to alert the staff that I would be half an hour early BUT all it meant was that I stood at Departures for the 30 mins as no staff came earlier than planned.It could have been tricky if the parking space had been needed or an awkward official had appeared. On return to Heathrow no problems.

Would definitely use them again, great value for money vs long term car park - especially when you have lots of luggage and young kids in tow!

When we told friends about your service, they were very scepticle and told us that our car may be used for private purposes whilst were are away, however the mileometer reading on our return did not suggest that and your employees acted very professional and will throughly recomend your service to all our friends.

It was so nice to be met at the airport and not have to queue for buses to a car park. It was great value for money too.

I've used more expensive meet & greet services when travelling on business. I used this service for my family holiday and it was every bit as good. Will certainly use again.

After a long flight and a long wait for the cases, it was frustrating to have to wait over 30 minutes for the car. Apart from the above, everything else was very good.

Took away the stress and hassle of parking the car and then retrieving it at the end of the trip.
