LHR Termail 1: overall it was a good service, with the one exception of punctuality. Firstly I arrived 30mins early and when I called to tell them they said somebody would be over in 10 mins, but in fact nobody arrived until the originally agreed time 30mins later. I can accept them not being able to bring forward collection at short notice but they should have told me that on the phone rather than leaving me waiting around for 20mins wondering where they had got to. Secondly, on returning I called as instructed as soon as I got off the plane and expected the car to be ready when I emerged from the terminal about 15mins later. But in fact I had to wait another 10mins after that - which is not really what I expect from a meet and greet service.

I had booked my car service a few months before I flew but at the last minute I had to change the dates, times and terminals. I called the service and they accommodated me straight away with no questions. I will definately use this service again when I fly again in March.

A very good service and excellent value - only hiccup was the delay in being met because the ground staff had not been informed by the office of our change of vehicle. Will use again in future.

Driver took a while to get there even though we rang to say we were going to be early... We took a little longer than expected to get our baggage due to having some fragile items But when we came out the car was there and the driver waited through the delay in baggage collection. would definitely use them again. thanks

This service was everything you would expect it to be, punctual, stress free, efficient and when you finally arrive off a red-eye after 10 hours travelimg, it is very comforting to see your care there, without the hassle of having to go and get on a bus.

The only one bad comment is when I called to tell you I was on my way to drop the car at the airport I was on hold for nearly 11 minutes before i spoke to someone Small blip as otherwise superb service and would use again and recommend

Have used meet and greet at Gatwick, Heathrow 1;2;3;4;5 without any problems, Bristol no problem but this time at Heathrow 5 we had over 1/2 hour wait for car.

The service was excellent despite the fact that I forgot to phone 30 minutes ahead and also parked in the wrong lane! The driver was very polite and friendly. He was there waiting for me when I arrived and upon my return. Perfect service and amazing value for money. Would definitely use gosimply.com / Purple Parking again. Thank you!

Exactly on time, no problems encounted. Waiting prompting on leaving terminal with car. Good value for money.

First time use of this service and can fully recommend it. Saves all the hassle of off site parking and after an all night flight this is a major issue. Good value as well!!

The service worked extremely well. The driver was there to collect our car when we arrived outside Terminal 3, Heathrow and our car was waiting for us in the short-term car park when we returned after our trip. Very good service at a reasonable price.

Everything was as smooth as clockwork. This is the first time I have used this service and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it. The initial instructions were very clear. There was a parking attendant on the spot to take my car and when I returned the car was ready for me to drive straight off in as soon as I arrived in the car park. I landed at 6.45 and was home drinking tea an hour and a half later! Very impressive.

Good service and friendly staff which made the whole travel experience at the airport so much easier and quicker than having to park 'a million miles away' and then struggle with luggage on and off buses. All at a very reasonable price - will definitely use again.

This service made our trip so much more relaxing both on the outgoing and incoming journey. To pull up right at the exit to Terminal 4 and only have to take our cases a few yards makes a big difference to the stress levels sometimes experienced when trying to park, catching a bus etc., etc.

All very good, only niggle was movement of every electonic control available and change of radio stations - however, can live with that for reliability and value

I have always booked this service at the airport. It's hassle free and the staff are very efficient.
