Fantastic would deffinately use the service again and would highly recommend the company to a friend.

This is the 2nd time we have used Budget Meet & Greet (1st with purple parking) and we cannot fault them! A very easy handover on arrival and after a quick phone call on return our car was ready and waiting exactly where we were told. Overall it makes your travelling so much more quicker and easier.

Excellent drop off and collection service,very convenient,much better than getting on airport buses,excellent value for money.

Drop off at Terminal 3 at 7pm in the evening was no problems. Purple Jacketed attendant spotted me, came over, handed over paper work and took the car. Total time less than 2 mins. Called the appropriate number when I landed and was advised that location for picking up the car had changed to the top story of the short term car park. A bit annoying as it wasn't right at kerbside, but actually no bother at all as it turned out. Would use them again.

We've never used 'Meet & Greet' before but this budget option was cheaper than other parking available. I was very impressed with the service - the Purple Parking chap met us at Terminal 3 on time and helped with our bags and on our return I was given clear directions when I phoned as the meeting place had changed and as soon as we exited the lift - there was our car! Very impressed and will use "Budget Meet & Greet" again.

Great reliable service, excellent value for money, would definitely use again and would recommend!

The driver was there to meet us on our arrival and was friendly and helpfull. We had a short wait on our return as the vehicle return area had been moved due to parking restrictions outside the terminal. All in all good service at a reasonable price.

Totally delighted with the set up at Terminal 5 - easy drop off and the car waitng on our return - can't ask for anything more, thanks. Didn't note the mileage but assume you didn't hire the car out while we were away.

Friendly driver already waiting when we arrived to drop off the car. On our return, the car was waiting for us exactly as arranged. Very efficient and cheaper than many off site parking options. I would definately recommend this service and will certainly use again.

Drove into Heathrow terminal 5 , and to the meet point as described in the notes, all under cover , man was there to meet us , very short walk into terminal. On return car was waiting for us in car park, again all under cover

would definitely use again. complete value for money. However on outward journey, receptionist was rude and cut my wife off mid way through conversation.. Maybe not a Morning person! or having a bad day The receptionist on return, polite and helpful.

The only thing I can say is if this is the budget service, what is the deluxe version.... everything worked as described. I arrived at Heathrow to find the driver waiting for me at the prescibed place. I returned to find him there at the the right time. He even helped me load my bags. My radio and seat settings were not changed, so no adjusting needed. What more can I ask?

Booking very efficient. Friendly on phone on way to Heathrow and accommodated us arriving 1/4 hour early. On return, a Saturday evening, operator said we would have a 40 minute wait due to an "accident" - reading other reviews, etc, this appears to be a common "cause" for a delay, or am I just being cynical!! However the driver did arrive within 1/2 hour and was very pleasant. Frankly, on a Saturday evening, we were half expecting some sort of issue on our return, so taking into account the efficiency on arrival and the low cost for the service, we would readily use again.

Booked Purple Parking via Budget Meet and Greet. Changed booking weeks before holiday and received confirmation that no addtional charge was due. Parking staff very friendly and efficienty but when I returned to the UK Purple Parking wanted more money before they would release the car. I then had to wait 1/2 hour for car to be returned. After providing the email evidence I recieved a refund but it will make me think twice about using Purple Parking again.

Both on arrival before our flight and on departure at the end of our trip the drivers were waiting for us. Both were polite and courteous. I think that it represented exellent value for money. Thank you.

Everything went to plan and car was collected on time and staff were efficient and helpfull.

Was very dubious about the meet and greet as some reviews weren't that good, arrived early but still arrived for the car 40 minutes after (tea time rush hour traffic), on arrival the car was waiting and straight on the M25. Would defintly recommend and will be using again thankyou for your service and very polite staff. Angie

No problems and excellent value for money. Can't see me ever using anything other than valet parking.
