Would have been quicker to park off airport and have a coach transfer - had to wait at least half an hour

Excellent service and outstanding value, it really took the stress out of airport parking. 10/10

The service was very efficient however on our return to Heathrow the man waiting with the car was extemely surly to the point of rudeness.He complained about the time he had had to wait, snatched the return slip from my hand and stalked off. As we had followed instructions and phoned as soon as we had landed, any possible delay being as a result of waiting for luggage etc this attitude was entirely unjustified.

my car was collected and returned promptly making our journey a lot easier. excellent service altogether but people answering the phone and also drivers could have been more friendly and caring!

drop off was easy - pick up was busy, but car was where it should have been, and made for a quick exit from the airport certainly recommend this service

Dropping off the car was quick and easy. The driver was there to meet me and I went straight into the terminal for check-in. When I returned I had to wait a short time for my car but not bad as I didn't have to wait for baggage I went through immigration quickly.

I used the Budget meet and greet service at Terminal 1. I rang before setting off for the airport as it normally takes 30 min but arrived a little early. I had to wait 10 minutes until the booked time before the parking staff arrived but just sat in the car. The handover of the car was very quick. On my return, I called as soon as I disembarked from the plane and the car was waiting for me when I emerged. It was great to be able to get into my own car ang get straight home.

Travelling with two young children, the service cannot be beaten. The collecting driver immediately found us as we arrived at LHR terminal 3. The returning driver arrived within 5 minutes of arriving at the pick up point - having called in 20 minutes previously to announce our arrival. Swift, courteous and only fractionally more expensive than traditional normal long-term parking for a two week trip. Highly recommended and we will be using the service again for sure.

A Budget Meet and Greet representative met us on level 4 at Heathrow Terminal 5 We checked over my car and the return procedure was explained. Then we just had to go up 1 level and we were straight into Departures. On my return my car was there within minutes of us arriving back at the drop-off point. A quick check of my car and I was off. A very efficient system which enabled us to continue our journey without any fuss.

Easy instructions re what to do and where to go on arrival. We were met by staff who quickly dealt with our vehicle. Carpark was right next to departures. Again, on arrival back, our vehicle was ready for us. Excellent value for money- this was cheaper than the long-term car park.

We called 30 minures before arrival and upon arrival, the driver was there waiting for us. Within seconds we were unloaded and walking into the terminal. When we returned, we called the number supplied, collected our luggage and went to the agreed collection point. Our car was returned to that spot within five minutes and we were on our way. Excellent service, saved time and so much easier than off site parking. Thouroughly recommended.

The system worked well and took the hassle out of arriving and leaving the airport.

I can recommend this, service and price was extremely good. Hassle free. To gain the best deal book early.

Excellent service with very friendly staff; will use this service again.

The staff were punctual and the company gave some flexibility with the pick up and drop off times due to traffic. I did not have to wait at either end of my journey. The car was returned in perfect condition and i would be happy to use the company again.

The service is too vulnerable to heavy traffic because of the location of the car park. If I have to keep building in an extra 30 mins for this, I would rather just pay for parking at the official onsite carpark. Ill give Purple Parking one more go. If Im unhappy again, then its finished, and they will have lost an almost weekly customer.

Great service. On departure, the driver was waiting to collect the car from us outside the Terminal. On our return, car was delivered within about 20 minutes of landing.

All went as planned other than my taking a wrong turn when dropping car off, baggage was delayed on return but this did not cause any issues when collecting car

I was impressed with the efficiency of this service. We arrived early and did not need to wait for the car to be picked up. On returning, we only waited a few minutes.
