I will definitely use budget meet and greet again! There was quite simply nothing to complain about! The driver was on time outgoing and incoming and both drivers were very friendly and polite.

The service was very efficient. There was no problem changing the time. The whole thing went very smoothly. I would definately recommend this service as good value for money and its whole lot easier than park and drive when you have children.

Efficent slick and friendly service made for an allround easy start to our holiday. If you are in any doubt whether to book valet parking - dont hesitate. From the helpful call centre who you ring to advise you are ready for drop off/ pick up to the timely friendly driver. You just oull up hand the driver the kays and you are a matter of steps from departures. The same in reverse on the return trip. This was our first time using valet and we were throughly impressed

Meet and Greet at Heathrow. Driver was there to meet us and was there when we returned. The car and mileage were as we had left it. What more do you want? Great service. Will use this company again.

have used Purple Parking several times before. The service is usually pretty good at LHR. My drop off was there to meet me at 5.30 am which is a good start - good at reminding you about things. My pick up wasnt as good - i rang as soon as I cleared passport controls but found my car took 35 mins to arrive from the call. It was pretty annoying as other cars were sat there with no owners in site all during my wait. I would use them again as this was the first time I've had this problem with Purple

easy to use- prompt on arrival and when we returned. much better than having to drive to a car park and then mini bus back to the airport with luggage etc. will use again.

We arrived at Heathrow and gave the PurpleParking a call and their driver arrived promptly and was courteous and helpful. Upon our return, I phoned them again to let them know we'd touched down and was informed that the drive would be with me within 20 minutes. The place was mad-busy, but he still managed to get there pretty quickly. I'd lost my ticked, but was able to prove my identity with my passport and we were on our way! The car had approximately another 40 miles on the clock (which was pretty much in line with my expectations), but seemed in the same condition as when I left it otherwise. Overall, I would have no hesitation in using the service again.

We used at 5.30am on the way out of t5. Very easy instructions and helpful staff. On return was placed on hold for 5 minutes to tell them we were ready for car collection, the only down side of the whole experience. We would use again, car is parked in short stay car park at t5 so close to check in so easy to collect. Worth every penny would never park off site again, cost us £54 for 5 nights.

Was a bit dubious at first couldnt believe what a good price this meet and greet was. No need to worry it was exactly as promised, quick and efficient a good start to our holiday and saved time when we arrived home.Will defo use again.

Overall the service is excellent (Purple Parking cannot be held to blame for the general chaotic nature of the Drop Off area at Terminal 3!). I was a little worried about leaving my new car having heard various scare stories about joy-rides and parking dinks. However, my car was returned in perfect condition, with minimal mileage. The only drawback is the requirement to telephone from 30 minutes away. Firstly, estimating when one is 30 mins away is anyone's guess when reliant upon the M25, M4 and Heathrow roads. Secondly, when one is travelling on one's own, it is very awkward to have to make the telephone call whilst driving (unless equipped with voice dialling capabilities). If Purple Parking could somehow incorporate a more tailor made system for those driving on their own then this service really would be perfect.

We were met on time and he helpfully gave us directions as it was our first time in this airport. Advised us to call just before collecting our luggage on return and again met by a helpful member of staff on time. Definately would use this service and company again. Thanks

This was excellent except for a confusion about the time of arrival. I phoned to say I would be late but clearly the message did not get passed on. However the drivers were excellent courteous and helpful.

What more could you want?Drive up, leave the keyes and the car at the terminal, land, get your things and the car is ready to go....No more writing down the row and parking area, taking the bus, lugging luggage on and off the bus, 10-15-20 minute transfers. ... And all for the same money(or less) as long stay parking....Highly recommended!!!
