Both the drivers were extremely friendly and punctual. As I was travelling with two small kids, the drivers were very helpful and patient with my loading and unloading.

The lady who greeted us at Heathorw was waiting for us on our arrival, so no messing around. We telephoned asap on landinf and again the man was waiting for us when we got to level 5 in teh car park. There was a small chip on our car door which we didn't see until we got home in the light the next day, so we should have checked at the yime but it was ark, very cold and we were very tired after a 12 hour flight plus a two hour delay. We would use them again though for value for money.

Everything went to plan except that we had to wait about half an hour longer than expected to pick up our car on our return to Heathrow. Otherwise no problems and we would certainly use the service again and recommend it to others.

Returning to a different terminal on an earlier flight than expected did not phase them in the slightest. The car was waiting for me when I arrived at the pick-up point.

Highly recommended. Drop off and collection from Terminal 5 couldn't be simpler. Great value. Will continue to use.

We couldn't fault the service. Someone was there to meet us and on our return the directions to the car park were exact. Although there were several people collecting their cars we didn't have to wait as the person in charge was very efficient. It was so easy and took about an hour off our journey home compared with having to get a bus to an off site car park. Would definitelyn recommend this service

the driver was late returning the car but that was our fault not the driver's. we were delayed leaving the plane; i didnt ring the car park in case the delay was lengthy, so i rang when we reached the baggage area, which obviously didnt give the driver enough time to return the car. would definitely use 'gosimply' again.

Everything was very good. Easy drop-off at Airport. Cae already there when we returned. Only negative was that the car had quite a lot of bird droppings on it

We used this service for the first time as we have two small toddlers and lots of luggage. We chose to use it because the price seemed to be cheaper than an offsite car park and very comeptitive with a minicab service. We chose it because our car is an 8 seater and has our childrens car seats in it so we had no need to worry about our luggage fitting into a minicab. It is a very simple service to use and the man was waiting for us when we arrived to drop off our car. All we had to do is make a call when we landed and the car was waiting for us when we went to the pick up point. We were a bit worried about having to go to the 5th floor of the car park, but actually it's not bad at all! We will definately be using this service again and recommending to famiy and friends.

The service was excellent. My only reservation was that I expected to be met by Budget Meet and Greet Staff. In fact Purple Parking arrived and for a moment I was reluctant to release the car to them until the very pleasant diver showed me his paperwork. Suggest that if the order is to be passed on this information is conveyed at the time the 30 minutes phone call is exchanged.

Driver was there when I arrived and the car was there when I got back. Would be nice to not need to phone when land, but other than that a great eperience for a very good price. Definitely value for money.

I eventually got through to the company by phoning their landline number from my mobile phone which resulted in my car being returned within 20 minutes.

We'd not used a meet and greet before and were a bit apprehensive but it was brilliant. They were there both times as expected, even though we were an hour earlier coming back. Would definitely recommend it.

So much better than getting the shuttle bus! Makes travelling to the airport - especially with baggage or kids - a whole load easier.

We arrived at Terminal 5 and parked directly outside. It took in total less than five minutes from entering the airport to get to the check in desk. The quality and speed of service was excellent. On the down side there was a very small scuff on my car that I had not noticed before and two days later the engine warning light came on. It is unlikely that either of these points were the fault of Purple Parking, but the concern is in the back of my mind. I would probably use this service again.

Both drivers very friendly. Slight confusion when we dropped off the car as the driver was waiting at the start of the drop off point. I arrived early and was at the end of the drop off point. Maybe a clearer place to meet might help. All in all a really good service. Thanks

The budget meet and greet service which we used was excellent, the driver was waiting for us and also turned up to return our car at exactly the time we were told when phoning after landing, I will definitely use this service again, it made the start and end of our holiday very easy.

We realised that we would arrive 45 mins earlier than expected at the airport as the journey time to Heathrow was difficult to estimate. Although I phoned to tell them as soon as it became apparent, there was no flexibility at all, and we had to wait in the car until the original booking time. The car also seemed very dirty when it was returned to us. Other than these points, I think the service was good value for money, and it was lovely not to have to catch a bus to some remote car park after a long flight.

dropping thr car off was fine apart from the Purple Parking attendent. I drove into the wrong lane in error and he was really grumpy with me. On arrival back at Heathrow we telephoned just after getting off the plan. We spent 45 mins going through baggage pick up etc and then waited outside for a further 20 mins. Last time at Gatwick the car was waiting for us as we walked out. This trip aboutit took 1hr 15mmin to deliver my car. In short PP had the arrivel time so why was the car not delivered on time. This is why we pay for meet and greet. The drivers were friendly enough though.

Excellent service, driver arrived ontime and car was there on return, will use everytime i use airport parking.5 Stars
