As there is a desk at the drop off/pick up point it is much better organised than when you're phoning a guy on his mobile and trying to find him. Would definitely use again.

I have always gone direct to Purple Parking and others I the past. This time I tried Go Simply and apart from the good list of parking choices offered the meet and greet I used which was anyway supplied by Purple Parking was cheaper than going direct and went without any hitch. I will definitely use you again!

This was the easiest parking experience I have ever had at an airport and one of the cheapest too. Everything worked like clockwork - the directions were clear, dropping the keys of and picking them up were quick and simple and you are on the doorstep of Terminal 5. Please consider this before you look at any other method of parking.

It is a perfect service - drop off and pick up in the short term car park with no delay at all!

My flight was cancelled from US to UK at 2100hrs, I emailed the UK office to advise of my situation as the arrival terminal changed from 4 to 2. Upon arrival in LHR, I received an email to confirm that my car would be at the newly changed terminal. My car was there and I collected it without a hitch.

No problems at all, drop off and return were all on time, no hanging around. Would recommend to al.

I have used the Business Meet and Greet (run by Purple Parking) several times now when I park at Heathrow Terminal 5 and I have never been disappointed. Right from when you drop off your keys to when you pick them up, the service has been exemplary. The car park is always there of course so that cannot be late but also, I have never returned not to find my car waiting for me. They even go one step further, in the cold months, the have your car already running and the heating turned on so you get into a warm car ready to go. The price for the service is also a good deal as they are not the most expense (neither are they the cheapest) but its is certainly the best value for money. I would always ALWAYS use Business Meet and Greet.

Dropping off the car in T5 was fine and as we have become used to. Collecting the car at T3 was less good as we had to wait for about 10/15 mins whilst just one employee dealt with a number of customers as well as a dodgy parking ticket machine. Don't mind paying the cost as long as you remain efficient.

My experience was exactly what you want, no fuss, efficient, and friendly. Could not fault in any way.

Experience all worked as advertised. drop off and pick up easy. no problem with timing even though the flight was on the ground early. Only improvement comment was that the driver must have been short and cold as the seat and steering had been adjusted hugely and the heating controls wildly adjusted. Is this really needed for a short journey to the compound??
