The service we received from the drivers was very good and I can't fault them, the only down side was that the ladies who answer the phone when dropping the car off could understand that not all customers know the area and know exactly how many minutes they are away from the airport, it is not always possible to call back. We will use your company again later this year.

Arrived on time, very pleasent, friendly, helpful. I would certainly recommend and use again

Departure: Arrived at Car Park. Company had no record of my booking despite me providing booking reference. Had to wait 20mins for the driver to arrive. Arrival - rang from baggage reclaim as requested. Got to level 4 car park - no car, no driver. Eventually arrived 15mins later with a driver telling me they were late because they were busy. What do they expect? It's Heathrow Airport not Stornoway! Surely they shouldn't accept so many bookings if they can't cope with the demand - or get some more staff. Pity. The idea is great. In practice it didn't work for me.

I called the minute our seatbelt sign went off after landing, our bags arrived quickly and our car was ready and waiting for us, the car was lovely and warm and we were off in minutes. Would recomend and use again. Thanks to all the staff.

A little wait at dropping off and pick up but this was minutes and totally acceptable.

Drop off took a pretty long time - about 45 minutes but this was expected given the chaos at LHR following the snowfall. Return was a more respectable 20 mins wait time. Ok service overall.

Drop off excellent - first class service. Return a bit slow but to be fair we were through the airport surprisingly quickly. staff all helpful - good value but allow for cost of petrol to and from the site which seems to be a fair way off the airport

I waited over 15 minutes for the driver at terminal 5 to deliver my car although I called as soon as passed the immigration. Otherwise, it's very ggod value for money and convenient service.

Another great experience. Efficient and very good value. Will continue to use.

The only thing is they should provide a normal landline number to call to reduce call charge from a mobile - although you can use the number for calling from abroad. Otherwise great service, really saves time and takes the pain out of arriving and leaving the airport. Would recommend.

Used again after a dispute last time was resolved in my favour (i.e. I got my £25 late fee re-imbursed after my car turned up 40 minutes late). This time round the service was a whole lot better and my car arrived just as I was walking to the car park.

Service was fine, friendly people. Only issue was that I arrived 10mins ahead of my allotted time and no-one was available to take the car. The person collecting the car turned up 5-10 mins late so it seemed like I was waiting around quite a while to hand over the keys. On return the car was waiting for me and everything was fine. Overall pretty good.

We where told the wrong pick up location so on our return we waited an hour- useless never use them again

Purple Parking Meet & Greet was great value for money: Instructions were clear, car could be dropped in car park very close to departures and was there for collection after the trip without delay. The sevice behind the number to ring in advance was quick and easy to deal with. And all for a very good price.

Pick up driver missed seeing us at terminal 3 and we had to call the office and find out what jacket to look for. Once found no problem. Might help if you were told its Purple Parking to look for. But for the money its very good value.

On return the car was extremely late. To be quite honest, using the car park would have been faster. On drop off the service was very good.

I have used this service many times and will continue to do so. Excellent value for money and over the years have only had a few minor glitches. I would reccomend them wholeheartedly.

Would have been a very good service but for 2 things:- 1 The car was covered in mud splashes as if kept in a field 2 Your tickets that I guess were attached to the car keys, were torn up and left on the floor of the drivers well.

brilliant to arrive back to a warm defrosted car on a cold winters night.

I would recommend anyone to use this service. Price-wise it is an absolute bargain and I found the staff to be very helpful & polite but more importantly they were punctual, even when I had a 2 hour delay to my return flight. As a young female travelling on my own it was exactly what I wanted from the service. Car was exactly as I had left it in terms of condition, cleanliness & mileage. I would definitely use this service again.
