Quite simply, probably the best meet and greet I have used at a fantastic price. I have used a number of meet and greet providers at both Heathrow and Gatwick andd have found the prices and service from the selected meet and greet company to be second to none. I was searching for a better deal than that offered by the usual website I was using and stumbled across gosimply almost by accident. I selected the airport and dates I required and compared prices with my usual website and the difference was some 20%. I checked the details for the budget parking and could see that Purple Parking was the cheapest. I have used Purple Parking in the past and the service is second to none, but could not afford to keep using them. The price offered seemed too good to be true so I used the live chat system which provided the answers i needed. I have now used the service twice and have already booked for the next trip. Great prices, fantastic value and a top quality reliable meet and greet company. What more can you ask for. Quite simply, gosimply…

Did not take a long as expected to reach Heathrow but was able to have the car taken from us when we arrived at Heathrow.

Excellent service at an excellent price. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I can't fault this service or the helpfulness and punctuality of the staff. I would recommend this service to others and would definitely use it again. It made the arrival and departure experience at Heathrow so much easier.

When you are arriving you must ring 15mins before your agreed time not actual arrival time unilke most other greet services. We were 15mins late due to a child being sick and were charged £25! Customer services promised to ring back, they didn't. Sent an email to which they didn't respond. On my return leg they left me waiting without a car for 40 minutes, no apology, they just referred me to their terms and conditions. I will not use Purple again.

We were very happy with the service received and will use it again surely.

We arrived at Heathrow Terminal 5 early but having phoned them first this was not a problem. We went into the wrong short stay car park, we did not realise this, but they found us and were there within 5 minutes of our arrival. Phoned as we walked off the plane and the car was there waiting when we got to the car park. Would use them again without hesitation it made life so easy and we were on our way home so quickly. Excellent value for money too.

This was first time I tried meet n greet and it worked a treat as it saved me time and money. I used national express before but that was expensive and inconvenient. I would choose the Budget meet n greet again.

Both drop off and pick-up were simple and without any delay. Highly recommend.

The service was provided by Purple Parking. Staff were polite and very helpful.The wait for the car to arrive was about 20 minutes - my fault I should have called them as soon as we landed. I would recommend the service to anyone looking for an excellent value for money meet & greet.

Found this budget service offering a choice of providers for meet and greet (including Purple Parking) through a bit of scouting about on the internet. The service was exactly as we have had with Purple Parking on several previous occasions, straightforward and punctual. No problems whatsoever. Highly recommended at a saving of about £25 on the standard cost of a week at Heathrow.

Excellent value, courteous staff: the best meet and greet service for the price.

In contrast to other meet and greet services we used, they were waiting for us both at drop-off and pick-up - no hanging around. What's more I changed the times for both, and each time I phoned it was answered promptly and they made the change with no quibbles and no penalties. I'll definitely be using them again. I downgraded "condition of car" slightly, and maybe unfairly. It was returned in the same condition we left it - but it would be nice if they offerred to clean it - maybe a value-add option...?

Great value for money and with someone there to pick up and drop off right at the airport terminal it soaves so much hassle and time transferring on to buses etc.

The price was very low. The person was there to collect the car. When we returned to a different terminal the car was delivered very quickly. Superb value for money with no compromise on product.

Booking on the internet, and having secured a good price for the meet-and-greet service, we were somewhat apprehensive about whether the reality would match the advertised claims. However, the arrangement was excellent, the staff courteous and helpful, and the time saved over parking some distance away and taking a bus to the airport was considerable. We will certainly use this service again.
