National Meet and Greet for Heathrow Airport

We recommend using the directions provided and an up-to-date map.

• Terminal 1: (TW6 1AP) Follow the signs to the Short Stay Car Park 1 (entrance on the ground floor).
• At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay).
• Keep to your right and immediately take a first left down to the lower ground floor.
• Turn right and drive all the way to the end and then bear left, after the portacabin until you are facing the opposite direction.
• You will see the Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays immediately to your right.
• Park your car in one of these bays (Do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays, as Purple Parking will not be held responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport).
• Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to a Handover Captain who will be waiting for you at his grey desk near the payment machine.
• Terminal 2: (TW6 1EW) Follow signs to the Short Stay 2 car park, drive up ramp, fork right and drive under yellow height restriction arm.
• Keep left and stay in lane for level 1, 2 and 3 (car park entrance on far left) (DO NOT ENTER CAR PARK ON FAR RIGHT BARRIERS)
• At entrance barrier, take ticket (nothing to pay) Drive down ramp following the P - Off Airport signs and exit at level 2.
• Follow P - Off Airport signs all way round until Rows A and B at the far end of car park. You will see blue Off Airport Meet and Greet bays in Row A (Bays 1 to 6) and Row B (Bays 1 - 14)
• Park your car in one of the bays (do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays, as Purple Parking will not be held responsible for tickets issued by BAA)
• Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to the Handover Captain, who will be waiting for you at his grey desk in the lift area near the payment machine.
• Terminal 3: (TW6 1QG) Follow the sign to the Short Stay Car Park 3.
• At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay).
• Drive up the ramp and exit at level 3.
• Follow the road all the way round until you reach Rows A and B at the far end of the Car Park
• You will see the Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays opposite the lifts. Park your car in one of these bays (do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays, as Purple Parking will not be held responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport).
• Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to a Handover Captain who will be waiting for you at his grey desk in the lift area near the payment machine.
• Terminal 4: Follow the signs to short stay car park. Drive up the ramp and keep to your right.
• At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay).
• Drive down the ramp and exit at Level 2
• Drive straight to the end of Level 2 and turn right following the exit signs.
• You will see the Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays opposite the lifts in Row A
• Park your car in one of these bays. Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to a Handover Captain who will be waiting for you at his grey desk near the lift area.
• Terminal 5: Follow signs for Short stay Passenger pick-up.
• Drive up the ramp, filter right and drive under the yellow height restriction arm
• KEEP to your LEFT and follow the sign for Short Stay Level 4
• At the entrance barrier, take a ticket (there will be nothing to pay)
• Once inside, follow the arrows most of the way round to ROW R & S.
• You will see the Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays opposite the lifts. Park in one of these bays but do not park in Disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays, as Purple Parking will not be held responsible for tickets issued by Heathrow Airport.
• Lock your car and give the keys and parking ticket to our Handover Captain who will be waiting for you at his grey desk in the lift area near the payment machine.
