We were running 45 mins late on the way out and about half hour early on the way back. We rang the office and on both occasions the drivers were waiting for us. An exceptional service !

We had to wait about 25 minutes on return, which wasn't great standing out on the 5th level of a cold car park after returning from Barcelona, but on balance, still good value for money.

Will use again,just follow the instructions regarding calling 30 mins before dropping and collecting car,and you will be fine. Really good service,very pleased. Colin Shields Tamworth.

Have used Budget Meet & Greet now on a number of occasions. They have always been on time, both for drop off & collection. I wouldn't now consider long stay parking on any future trips. Have recommended Budget Meet & Greet to friends.

We arrived at Heathrow one hour early, so there was a very slight delay in collecting the car, but no problem. On return we telephoned on the way to baggage claim. The car was delivered as we were leaving the terminal building. Excellent service.

I was a little sceptical about the service having never used it before but I was plesantly suprised. The driver was there waiting for us & friendly. On return the plane was early but we rang and only had to wait about 10 mins for the car. The only complaint I had was the time it took to get through to the call center to let them know we were arriving. This could do with improvement but would not put me off using the service again.

On leaving was good ; on return we had to wait 50 minutes in the cold on the top floor of a car park despite being told it would only take 20 mins. We phoned again and tf the car was dispatched on time, the driver did not apologise for his delays. Would have beenquicker if we had used the courtesy bus!

The service was excellent. I would guess it saved us at least 45 minutes (if not more) in each direction from not having to go back and forth to the car park. The convenience speaks for itself, regardless of the absolute time savings made. When we arrived at the airport on our return, the car was ready for us to collect. It was great to be able to just jump straight onto the road, without having to take buses back to our car. Strangely, the meet and greet service was actually cheaper than if we had taken the car to Purple Parking ourselves! We have used Purple Parking on many occasions when leaving our car at the airport, but I would certainly go for the meet and greet option if it was similarly priced. You'd be mad not to!

We were met on arrival at the airport exactly as arranged and on our return the car was waitiing for us we exited the terminal.

departure - car collection by Budget was quick - only had to wait 5-10mins and advantage was that this was just outside the departures terminal 4 door! arrival - car collection by Budget was quick again - with person waiting for me with my car as soon as i exited departures! would use again.

Arrived early on outbound journey but was met within minutes. Flight delayed on return journey but car waiting just outside terminal. Excellent value for money, would not hesitate to use this company again.

We had not consdered doing meet-and-greet before and, having now done it, i don't know why! How easy was this - good directions to the drop-off place, a helpful person waiting there, quick handover, one lift stop to Departures and that was it. Coming back, just as straightforward and away we went on our way home, which is all you want to do after an 11-hour flight. Very good indeed

We liked the meet & greet where we left the car and had it at the airport to drive home - so much easier. Would like to see the price for this service reduced. We had to wait a while for the car when we landed. Worth a try.

Clearly the driver had made himself at home. The radio settings were all changed, and I think the care may have been driven beyond the necessary distance. Ill check the mileage more closely next time too.

well the service need to improve in some of the following ways. The meet and greet drivers need to be more visible.They also need to communicate with client regularly for example where they are. The company also need to have information of flight arrivals,so they are aware of delays and can change and adjust accordingly.Waiting for an hour for a car to be dropped of is not acceptable!
