"...The LHR Meet & Greet at terminal 5 is very easy and convenient but (and it's a big but) the directions and information on how to find them to drop off the car are out of date. The directions take you to another meet and greet company who now occupy the bays on the departure level of Terminal 5. LHR Meet & Greet are now situated within the short stay car park on level 4. Thankfully the other meet & greet company pointed us in the right direction. Update your information LHR as finding the drop off point is very important!!!.."

"...A pain-free experience - arrived at the car park, drove straight through, parked and got straight on a bus to the terminal. When we returned from the trip we once more got straight on a bus and were at the car within ten minutes of getting out of the Terminal and were able to drive straight out too. Simple and painless. The staff drivers couldn't be more helpful either.

"...When I collected the car, I was informed that the car had needed to have one wheel replaced due to a puncture. I was really pleased that the spare had been put on and no additional cost. Only when I got to the tyre replacement garage did I see the extent of the puncture. The mechanic said that for the tyre to be in such a condition, the driver must have clipped the kerb at speed, hit a very large pothole at speed, or run the flat tyre for several miles. No comments currently from Purpke Parking..."
