Call MBW Parking on the phone number provided in your confirmation email you are 30 minutes away from Heathrow and confirm instructions with the duty controller. On your arrival you will be met at the designated area for your terminal by one of the MBW representatives.
Please note: MBW Valet Parking drivers can only wait for 15 minutes; therefore, if you are running early or late, please call MBW to let them know and they will endeavour to meet you on your arrival.

We recommend using the directions provided and an up-to-date map.
- TERMINAL 1: Follow the signs for Terminal 1. Go up the departure ramp, keeping in the left lane, which drops down to the lower departure level. Pull up on the left-hand side, where your driver will meet you.
- TERMINAL 2: Follow signs to Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park 2, go to barrier and take a ticket which you will need to hand over to the MBW driver. You can use any of 3 LEFT HAND ENTRY LANES and you will enter the car park on Level 4. On entry, use the ramp on the left and go down to Level 2 of the car park. Once you are on Level 2, follow the car park around to the far right hand corner (far right from the off-ramp) and you can park in Rows A or B signposted Off-Airport Parking. MBW Staff will be wearing Royal Blue Hi Viz waistcoats with the MBW Logo and all staff will have MBW ID cards. Over Sized vehicles will need to go to the T2 over height parking area.
- TERMINAL 3: Follow the signs to Terminal 3 Departures. As you approach the terminal keep to the right. Pull over to the right, where your driver will meet you (the terminal will be on your left).
- TERMINAL 4: Follow the signs to Terminal 4 Departures. Go up the ramp, which will bring you to the car set down area, where your driver will meet you.
- TERMINAL 5: Follow the signs to Terminal 5 Departures. Go up ramp towards the right and follow signs to Level 4 Short Stay. Stay on left, drive to the barrier, take a car park ticket, then follow the road that will take you to the far entrance into the car park. When you are at the end, take a right into the car park and follow signs for OFF Airport Meet and Greet. Drive to Rows R-S.
