Despite the price - much cheaper than a taxi from Surbiton - I found the process very convenient, simple to use and very efficient. I would use again in a heartbeat and would recommend others to do so, too

Phoned on our way to the airport to say we were running late and was told no problem and that the driver was already at the airport waiting for us. When we got there a very helpful and friendly driver helped us unload our bags, a bit of quick paperwork then we were both on our way. On return car was in the carpark 10 minutes after we phoned through. Excellent service and would use again.

Clear directions, efficient service and car was waiting for us on our arrival back in UK. We were on our way within half an hour of landing. Staff very courteous and helpful. Will definately use again.

This was the best value deal I found but was actually with "Purple parking" who I had used before. Drove straight to the door of terminal 5, handed keys over and walked away! On return phoned from the plane and the car was sitting waiting after we had got through passport/customs- and we got through very quick. I had actually given them the time we expected to pick the car up , not the flight landing time so was very pleased the car was waiting for us. This is a fantastic service, well worth the money for the convenience of being on the M25 within minutes of landing. Do yourselves a favour and use this service. £102 for 3 weeks parking!!!

Price was great - cheaper than us parking ourselves and then having to get a bus. On delivering and collecting the car we had no issues with the person meeting us being there at the time requested - would use again and would recommend to others.

Excellent service, however when i booked, as a first time customer I phoned Purple parking to confirm procedure. I was advised that when I was half an hour from the airport, I should ring the company so that the a rep could be sent to collect my car. On the morning when I flew, I rang and was told that I was an nearly an hour late (as per my estimated time of arrival on booking) and that I would be fined £25. I explained to the lady on the phone that when I originally spoken to Purple Parking a few weeks previous I was told that the time of arrival was not that important and the main thing I needed to do was ring when I was half an hour away. I explained this to the Lady and as far as I can see, I have not received a fine, however the whole episode soured what was an extremeley good and efficent service.

Is very convinient to use, but,the use of mobile tel. numbers will help travellers to communicate easily with your company.

I was travelling alone, and this service made it so much easier. The driver was waiting when I pulled up, he got me a trolley & unloaded my bag. When I returned early in the morning, and ahead of schedule, this was no problem, and my car was waiting for me when I walked out of the terminal. Brillant & really good value.

Excellent value for money. Avoids the hassle of having to get on a bus or find a parking space and was much cheaper than long term parking. I would highly recommend this service.

we were greeted and the arranged time both on the outward and return journeys, very helpful staff and all at a very reasonable price, highly recommended service that i would use again.

I found the service very good. Directions to the meeting point were accurate, and there was someone at my side as soon as I got out of the car. On my return i got out of the lift in the Terminal 5 car park, and my car was right there in front of me. I would certainly recommend this service.

The driver collecting the car was waiting for us on our arrival and helped with locating trolleys for our luggage. On arrival we phoned on hitting immigration and by the time we collected our cases our car was waiting for us to collect. Effortless and faultless. Thank you.

We were very pleased with this service. We were late arriving to Heathrow but rang them and they were very friendly and chnaging our time wasn't a bother. We rang them when we arrived back and had to wait 20 minutes or so. Will definitely be using this service in future. It saves a lot of time when you're arriving at the airport.

Slightly nervous as price seemed too good to be true. Service was efficient and effective, someone waiting when we arived at T3 and only had to wait a minute or two when we came back. Car in same condition aswe left it. Would highly recommend.

The collection of car was a bit late and we had to phone when we got to Heathrow but they turned up after about 10-15 mins so wasn't to bad. Also about 10 mins late when bringing car back, but both people that collected and returned couldn't have been nicer,really friendly people. Overal GREAT for the price. Would never have got a taxi this cheap. Also advised that BAA want Purple Parking to stop working there and I think that is terrible!!!

When we arrived home, the driver parked our car, handed me the keys and "LITERALLY RAN AWAY"! He said it was because they were not supposed to be doing meet and greet services at Heathrow Terminal 1. However, the car never started again, and the AA man said when he arrived that they must have bump started, or used jump leads, to start the car, as the battery reading was so low. Why didn't he leave the engine running, and tell us - we could have charged it on way home, and checked it out later. As it was it took a series of AA men to get us off Heathrow, then tow us to a battery shop, then tow us home, then tow us next day to Volvo to have the immobiliser re-set. It took 9 hrs to get from Heathrow to Banbury - only took us 8 to fly home from the USA!!! Think that their service is poor - I phoned them from Heathrow - they said they had fulfilled their service as they had delivered our car back to us and were not interested in my comments and offered no assistance at all. Not very nice way to be treated, really.

My car was collected/delivered well within the estimated times even though we were delayed over 4 hrs on our return journey. Using our own vehicle without having to rely on Taxis or waiting for airport/car park shuttles took all the stress out our journey. We travel to the USA 3 or 4 times a year and now plan to always use this service.

Will definitely use again. I've used many car Parking options at LHR and this was defintely my best experience and at such a good price. Fantastic.

For a price less that direct price of Purple parking I got my car picked up and delivered to the terminal 4 which is a long way from their usual parking area. This was just great. S
