On entry to Heathrow Business Parking Plus, take a ticket from the entry barrier and follow the signs to the open zone indicated.

departure

Transfer buses are located outside the terminal on the upper forecourt. Check the bus information panel for details of bus stop number. Please tell the driver where you have parked e.g. Zone 1, bus stop 3. Out of hours, use the phone at the bus stop.

On exiting the car park, present your entry ticket at the customer service office near the exit and quote your booking reference number.

Courtesy coaches are not suitable for large items of luggage.

We recommend using the directions provided and an up-to-date map.

From the M4:

  • Leave the motorway at Junction 4 and take the M4 airport access road, following signs for Terminals 1-3.
  • At the roundabout at the end of the M4, take the second exit onto the East ramp, then follow the signs for Business Parking.
  • At the Nene Road roundabout, take the third exit.
  • At the traffic lights, turn right onto the Northern Perimeter Road.
  • You will see the entrance to Park 1 on the right after about 200 yards, but you cannot turn right opposite the entrance. To get into the car park, go straight on and follow the road round to the right.
  • Follow the signs to Business Parking through the Newport Road junction and rejoin the Northern Perimeter Road.
  • The entrance to Business Park Plus is on the left-hand side after the junction.

From the M25:

  • Junction 15: Join the M4 eastbound at Junction 4b and then follow the directions above.
  • Junction 14: Follow signs for Terminal 5. At the Terminal 5 roundabout, take the first exit onto the western Perimeter Road. Follow the road round to the right and it will become the Northern Perimeter Road. Follow the signs to Business Parking through the one-way system and the Newport Road junction, then rejoin the Northern Perimeter Road. The entrance to Park 1 is on the left after the junction.

I was supposed to fly from terminal 5 not car park one. I didn't realise it until the night before and they couldn't change it. They took us to 1 where we got the shuttle and the same on return. When we got to them they were waiting.

Car park is clearly labelled and is easy to find. There was ample space to park (you can keep your key) and someone was waiting to take us to the terminal at both ends. Very efficient and would use it again.

Waited literally a couple of minutes for the transfer when we got to the car park, then when we got back from holiday a driver was sitting waiting to take us back to the car! Very friendly and helpful drivers too

We found the Business Plus parking brilliant. Easy to find and great directions. I had to go and speak to customer service on arrival who were VERY helpful and friendly. Parked our car up and by the time we walked to the bus stop a chauffer driven car pulled up and took us immediately to the terminal. On arrival back to the UK there was a car waiting outside which took us immediately back to our car. There was another car waiting behind him which our driver said was the norm so you never have to wait around. Best best airport parking experience I've had! HIGHLY recommend and will personally now use everytime I go to Heathrow.

I booked on line annd when I arrived the car park recognised my vehicle. I parked and caufght the bus to the airport immediately upon arrival (no waiting). Upon return I caught the bus which is located directly loutside the departure lounge (again no waiting)and was taken to my car. Quick, efficient no fuss. Excellent job.

Business Plus parking is convenient, secure, keep-the-keys service and 5 mins away from Terminal One. The transfers to and from Terminal One are done with dedicated coaches every 5 mins, found at Departures Level. Very happy with the service, used twice.

Was given detailed instructions on how to get to it, so I didn't get lost and waist time. It really is only 5 mins from Heathrow Terminal 1 and the transfers to and from are every 5 mins as advertised, which was great. Overall a great, easy experience and I will use BPP again on my next trip. Because of its location, proximity and round the clock transfers to Terminal 1, it is more expensive than the rest of the parking facilities around Terminal 1.

Transfers advertised as on demand. We waited for at least 10 mins and couldn't get on the first bus due to the queue that had built up. And this was at 5am on a Saturday morning! Can only hope that the service is better in the week for business travellers!!

I read the reviews before booking, thinking if only half of it was true it would be good.I was wrong it was better, on parking my car a bus was beside me before i had locked the vehicle, very friendly driver and the transfer was seamless. I was told where I was to be collected on my return that night. This service was so good and quick I did not look where I had parked my car for the return that night! On my return the bus was there in under 30 seconds and yet again a seamless quick transfer, I ate humble pie and confessed that I did not know my cars position except that it was against a fence, this was no problem and it was located quickly. Brilliant service and i will use you many times I am sure.

I have used several of the carpark services around Heathrow but not found any to compare with Business parking plus. This is the 4th time in 6 months I have used them and the service has been excellent each visit.
