Transfers were very fast maybe a little help with the cases would have really made the experience A1, as opposed to very good! This said the parking is easy to find, good spacious bays and a good transfer time/availability. Well done, will use again and recommend.

Price good for time away. Loading luggage up 3 steps onto a small minibus is not easy! Need full size bus to facilitate loading without use of steps

Couldn't fault the service, easy to find, good drivers, only issue was the main parking area was completely full so we got pushed to the overflow area, here the surface left a bit to be desired. This is the reason I have marked it down slightly.

Transfer vans waiting for you gets it all off to a welcome start. One can breathe a sigh of relief in what can be a stressful business. Drivers are friendly and open to some banter. All in all a surprisingly pleasant experience.

park in space you can find and make your way to nearest bus stop, bus was waiting for us at terminal on our return and sped up a slow return journey where we had to wait a long time at baggage collection. great service would use again

Good, very convenient car park with very prompt and fast bus service to terminal. When returning, be sure to confirm the collection bus stop number as my paperwork from BCP said stop 23 when it was actually stop 3, right outside the terminal doors!

E-mail courtesy confirmation prior to traveling reassuring. Easy to find following instructions which were provided, satnav was also spot on. Large spaces, so did not worry about my car being scratch whilst away on holiday. Bus service excellent, short trip to terminal with no waiting around. Had to pop in to kiosk rather than driving straight out using my ticket at the barrier on departure but all in all excellent. Did worry about what would happen if my flight dates changed due to no fault of my own or if I had to change my car details due to a break down etc.
