This is the first time we have used meet and greet snd would certainly use it again. The price was very cheap especially as we were away for a month - perhaps this was due to the time of the year - January - off peak time. The service by Purple parking was excellent - the phone calls were answered promply and the drivers were very friendly and turned up on time and it was all every easy. This was certainly better than having to drag the cases on and off car parking buses.

the service we recieved was nothing short of EXCELLENT,on arriving at heathrow we were advised on which lane to park in,when i stopped and opened the door the guy was standing next to me(very impressive) when we flew back 3 weeks later,we had to wait over 30 minutes for our cases to come through,even so when we got out of the lift on level 5,he was still polite (at 6am on a cold sunday morning)and the car was waiting for us,de-iced and ready to go

Budget Meet and Greet is an excellent link to best car park in the UK. Excellent value for money. Professional services and care. I found booking through gosimply.com saves me more money than booking directly with the ground handler. I strongly recommend gosimply.com. Everything worked like clockwork. It might make sense to make people aware of the mileage incurred, but otherwise great service. Will use it again most happily.

The staff were polite and courteous, they were ready to collect my car when I arrived and were ready with it again when I departed. It made the experience of travelling with a small child very easy.

works well at T5 but arrangements for other terminals vary (BAA restrictions) and often longer wait for returned . T3 the worst

I use meet and greet parking almost weekly through the year and the price for Purple Parking was much lower than on their website, even with their 'up to 25% off' offers. However, if you book 'budget parking' I guess you must expect a 'budget service'. I rang the number 25 minutes before I would arrive to tell them I was going to be 20 minutes early and they said they would try to get a driver to me. Waited for the 20 minutes I was early until the driver turned up. During the wait I rang to ask where the driver was, because I was being told to move on by the security staff, I was told that they were on route and the lady I spoke to was very surly and not at all helpful. When I returned I rang the number and was told that the car would be 30minutes. I said that was a long time, but 'the same woman' said that there was a lot of traffic (It was 3.30pm, hardly the rush hour!) The driver took the 30 minutes as predicted! Still it was cheap, but the last time I will use that service!!

Great to have car waiting on my return. Less great that my call indicating my late arrival before departure had not been passed by the office to the driver waiting in the cold for 40 mins to pick up my car - better care of your staff, please!

The staff were very helpful. It was a difficult morning due to weather conditions and delays on the M4. Would recommend to everyone.

Purple Parking have a very secure offsite storage facility and the 'meet and greet' service works really well. You do need to phone as soon as you get off the plane to allow them time to get the car to the airport, i phoned from the baggage claim area and had to wait a few minutes for the car ( my fault). I would like to see car mileage being noted and signed for on the documentation. A great service I can thoroughly recommend.

I travel in and out of Heathrow regularly and this is the best 'meet and greet' service I have found. I chose the Purple Parking option, and it was much cheaper that going to their website directly. I would definitly use again and recommend 'gosimply.com'.

Purple Parking - i arrived for departure early - phoned when arrived as i couldnt ring in car-they sent driver within 10 minutes - on arrival back from hols rang from baggage hall - car waiting for me lovely and warm on a freezing evening - most excellent - highly recommendede and chespest through gosimply.com

As promised... no more no less. A touch more expensive than usual but still competitive. Be nice if they offered a cleaning valet service too!

Driver was there when we arrived at the airport for our onward journey and was there when we got back. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use this company again. All good from booking to meet and greet. Thanks for piece of mind.

We found the experience great. Not only was it great value but so much easier than other parking arrangements. We were met outside departures at Heathrow and our car taken away and again were met at the airport short stay car park when we returned. Would highly recommend it and will use it again.

Key is to ring on arrival before picking up luggage...do this and they will be there to meet you

We have used the system before. We delivered the car as we arrived and waited exactly 1 minute following our arrival to the predetermined place. All was good
