The driver meeting us at departures was about 10 minutes late but this was totally understandable due to the heavy rain and dreadful traffic that morning. On our return our car was exactly where they said it would be ready for our journey home. Worth every penny!

Requested service at Terminal 4,(Alitalia) but when we phoned to confirm arrival, we found we were booked into Terminal 3 but fortunately soon ammended by the 'office'. Perhaps the Terminal Number should be stated on the 'Booking Voucher'? Otherwise the service went smoothly and the driver apoligised when collecting our car.

took over 30 minutes from time of call until driver met us at drop off and it was not rush hour. Took exactly 30 minutes at pick up.

Everything worked as planned and as contracted which is pleasing in this day and age. Not to have to pay an additional fee for a delayed arrival back at Heathrom(even when the flight was delayed by 15 hours as mine was) was a very attractive feature of the Go Simply service. Thanks.

Budget Meet and Greet have arrangements alongside the top Valet Parking companies. I was lucky enough to choose Purple Parking and picked up and dropped off the vehicle on time. Very good service which I will be recommending and using again. Sorry Meteor.

when I went to the wrong place in the airport, the driver came and found me (possibly due to the directions not being perfect, or me being silly!) In any case he was there to put my mind at rest!

Driver was there when we arrived at airport and on return my car was delivered within one minute of our arrival at collection point. I can't see the point of the trudge from the long term carparks when these guys will do it all for you, at a value for money price to boot. Will definitely use again.

This was the first time I have used this service and it didn't disappoint. So much easier than driving to an off site car park. We changed the vehicle from the one originally booked and this presented no problems. We also arrived early and our change of drop off time was accommodated without any dramas. Reassuring security checks were made when the car was delivered back to us too. I would definitely use again.

Unfortunately we were in a traffic jam which meant we ended up being over an hour late. We rang the office with about 20 minutes before our meeting point - we didn't realise that 30 minutes notice had to be given and we were immediately fined £25. This made our whole experience of starting our holiday horrible - we didn't choose to be in a jam. When we arrived there we at least five different driver waiting for different cars from you company. I understand that you have to protect against drivers waiting for guests but I believe a good company should allow staff to use commonsense regarding fining. It was almost as if the telephone operator was taking pleasure in our situation... When arriving back from our holiday we couldn't get a signal until reaching the baggage hall and the meet and greet then took 35 minutes from this point. There was no offer of a £25 going back the other way. In addition the operator wouldn't release our car unless I gave her my card details there and then to claim the £25 fine. Almost a threat! She was very aggressive and I said I would like to take the fine up with the company directly. Again, I believe this is the way a good company would work who wants to keep customers and for their customers to pass on good comments to their colleagues.
