So much easier than parking and waiting for /using shuttle bus. We arrived on time and your meet and greet rep eas there waiting we just took cases out of the car and off. In fact he even helped us out with the cases and had a trolley for us waiting. On return again so much easier. When you've received your cases from baggage reclaim you know car will be outside waiting. Far worth the little extra for the convenience and no time wasting or hanging around. Excellent service !

Most important - the member of staff was there when we arrived at Heathrow and again when we came home - just what you want after a long journey with the family. polite and friendly.

After reading some of the reviews i was a little aprehensive about using this service but overall it was worth the money. my wife and children had already flown out so i was flying out on my own but we were all returning at the same time and my little boy has a broken foot so i didnt want to be messing around catching a bus to collect the car. on my way to terminal 4 heathrow i called the number to tell them i would be arriving 15 mins early and they said that was no problem the driver would be waiting! when i arrived there was no sign of the driver and i waited approx 15 minutes then called them back, i was informed that the driver was waiting at terminal 3 as that is what their paperwork said. They then informed me that they had no transport to get the driver to me and it would be about 45 mins to an hour before he could get there, after some discussion and them saying there was nothing they could do they then suggested that i should drive to terminal 3 collect the driver, drive back to terminal 4 then he would take the car! this is what i ended up doing as i needed to check in and couldnt wait for upto an hour! on return i rang the number the minute we landed and when we walked outside the terminal the car was there waiting with the heaters running which pleased my wife and children greatly. if i had my family with me when i arrived it may of been different as i wouldnt of been able to collect the driver, but other than that it was worth the money and cheaper than the off site parking without the hassle of buses. If not booking directly with them it is worth ringing to confirm the details they have are correct. overall good and i would use them again.

Arrival at terminal 3 in Heathrow seemed a little haphazard and despite following instructions to call 30 minutes prior to my arrival I was forced to stand by my car in the departure lanes for some 10 minutes before I was approached by the driver. On my return, I called, as instructed, as soon as I was off the plane and was told that my car would be there in 20 minutes to half an hour. As I was travelling with hand luggage only this resulted in a rather chilly wait at the top of the short stay car park while my car took quite some time to be returned to me. I appreciate that had I needed to wait for baggage in the arrivals hall then this wait would have been reduced or, possibly, eliminated all together. "Meet and Greet" is probably an unfair description of the service provided as it certainly involved a fair amount of waiting around but, on balance, I would say this was still easier than getting on a courtesy bus.

I've never used a valet service such as this before but was very pleased with it. The interminable pre-dawn wait for the car park bus at either end of a trip abroad fills me with dread, as it should any sane airport user, so I tried Purple Parking's park and forget service, though wasn't initially expecting miracles. Drop off was straightforward and quick and we were inside T5 at Heathrow within a couple of minutes. Superb. Arriving home, we called the service as soon as it was safe to do so (note to fellow passengers - this does not mean once the pilot announces their decent from 37k feet) and unfortunately got cut off, though this was possibly my phone at fault. Anyway, the 2nd call went through and after a short time on hold (1 minute?), our car was dispatched. At the car park (again, a minute's walk from arrivals) our car was parked nearby and we were given a ticket to exit the car park. Exactly what we wanted. Obviously, I'd have liked it to be cheaper but I view the time saved (and bus avoided) as well worth it. Will definitely use again

We arrived early (we did telephone to inform purple parking) but driver was still there when we arrived. Car ready on arrival. Perfect, would use again.

I'd recommend this service. However, it is worth noting that the drop off point for Meet & Greet' at Heathrow is not well signposted. We also had to drive round the drop off point three times waiting for the collection driver because the airport staff won't let you park and wait. Full marks to Meet and Greet, few marks to Heathrow staff.

Given the low price we paid for a meet & greet service, I half expected something to go horribly wrong. It didn't - all very smooth and efficient, and I'll use them again.

I have having to go and park and then wait for buses in both directions. Especially late at night or early in the morning. This was perfect, I couldnt ask for more.

Theyw ere waiting for me when I arrived althoguh I was early and the car was waiting when I came back - could not be better brilliant value

We called ahead and they were there to meet us when we arrived at the airport at 5.30am. When we arrived back and called once we had landed - by the time we walked through arrivals the car was waiting for us. Fantastic service.

I've used gosimply four times so far and every time it has been a very efficient procedure. Through them I have booked Purple Parking meet and greet and they have been very friendly, punctual and efficient - and good value for money.

We were very pleased with the service. We had to take a detour due to an accident on the M4 which meant we were 20 minutes late arriving. We rang ahead to inform of this but unfortunately our message was not passed on to the driver who was waiting for us so we felt a little bad for him. We will definitley use again as long as the price is good.

Just followed the instructions and everything went like clockwork will definitely use again

The drop off took minutes and the pick up was ready on time ... very pleased with the meet and greet service. Well worth the extra money.

OK the good points, they only put 13 miles on the car and it was in the same condition we left it in. Bad points, LATE! When we got to the terminal there were loads of Purple Parking reps there but it had to be a specific rep to pick up our car. Depsite calling 30 mins before our arrival we had to unload the car and kids then husband had to drive around for another 10 minutes before the rep came. Our flight was 40 minutes early getting in, they definietly do NOT track flights as they claim. We called as soon as we could to be told we were too early and the guy would meet us in half an hour, again he was LATE leaving us with luggage and small children waiting a long time after a 9 hour flight. A guy waiting with us had his car over an hour later than expected and was convinced it had been 'borrowed'! I guess you gets what you pay for!

If you want an efficient value for money service - this is the company for you. Second time we have used and each time they did what they said on the packet!

The guys for both drop off and pick up were great. One lady in the office was rather curt as I phoned to say we would be 10 mins late to drop off due to traffic which was unnerving. But when arrived, all good and great service.
