A very good service. No waiting around either when dropping off or on returning. Car was returned in the same condition I'd left it and had done 9 miles, the approx distance to the off site parking and back. Will definitely use this service again as it was cheaper than many of the non meet and greet services.

The driver was waiting when we arrived and was helpful smart and courteous. On our return he was waiting for us whilst many other people were left hanging. Compared to other valet parking services I have used this was by far the best and cost the same as the short term car park. Highly recommended

Perfect timing at drop off (05:30) but a bit late on return (23:00). It took 40 mins after phoning for my car to arrive, which meant we waited 15 mins at pick up point. Still very good value, much cheaper than the rest, and I will use them again, and recommend them to friends.

This service used to cost around £100. Now that it's being offered at much more resonable rates, I can't see whay you'd want to do anyhting else! It really does not get any better than this unless you are being chauffered in a limousine which you're not paying for!

Had to wait some 50 mins from time of our first contact when leaving the car at terminal 3. After 2 telephone calls a young student turned up(No Jacketed Driver as stated) Fortunately we were early for our flight and the Traffic wardens at Terminal 3 at Heathrow were very understanding. Upon our return, the delivery of the car to us at Terminal 3 was speedy and on time with no hic-ups. Over all, the service was reasonable to good with room for improvement. This was the second consecutive weekend that I used Budget Meet & Greet. Operated by Purple Parking, it offers the same service as their non-budget version EXCEPT (1) on departure you have to phone when 30 minutes from the airport and (2) on arrival you have to phone as soon as you land, not after connecting your baggage (a challenge on both weekends from Terminal 1 where mobile reception is patchy). Like last time the driver was there waiting for me on my arrival - though unlike last time the hand-over was a somewhat brusque affair. On arrival the car was wiaitng for me on leaving the terminal (though, like the previous occasion, the operator said she would despatch the driver when it was clear he must have been there already. So as far as the promptness of the pick-up and delivery of the vehicle was concerned I coudl not fault this service - and it was certainly better than the other meet-and-greet service I had been using, and cheaper. My only slight grumble is that soemone had messed around with the mileage settings. The driver had zeroed the odometer, giving a mileage of 5.9 on arrival at Heathrow. What gave the game away was that my clock was flashing (same controls, different operation), showing someone had been fiddling around. I have no proof that additional mileage was done in my car (and if it had, I'm sure Purple Parking wouldn't have approved) but it's hard to see why anyone would want to zero the reading unless there was some reason for that.... I will most definitley use the service again - but next time I will record the mileage at handover - just in case!

We found the service to be extremely efficient and courteous. The driver was waiting for us when we arrived at Heathrow and was there waiting for us upon our return. We would definitely us this service again.

The only way to park at Heathrow. So easy and convenient and all for not much more than Park and Ride. Purple Parking are the best !!.

This was the first time I had used the service, and I had arrived early so went into the Valet parking booth to check I was at the right place. They helpfully told me where the Purple Parking people typically based themselves, and I was just walking over that way when someone very helpfully dragged me back to my car so I wouldn't get booked. I guess all the staff there are on the ball, even the illegal parking bookers, so DON'T leave your car for a moment!

Staff were waiting upon my arrival. I broke my car key in the lock of my boot, and your staff were friendly and provided assistance in solving the problem. Car was in the car park waiting for my return. An efficient service I will be using again.

Budget Meet and Greet is operated by Purple Parking, which means there is a big organsiation behind it, as the many PP-uniformed drivers bear witness to on arriving at Heathrow at any time. The only difference to their normal service is that you must phone 30 mins before arriving at Heathrow (no great hardship in days of satnavs!). The driver was already there waiting for me and was extremely courteous. The return had a bit of a hiccup. Again you have to rign them, this time 'as soon as possible after landing' (most companies rqeuest you call after collecting baggage). The probelm was that neither my phone nor my wife's (2 different providers) could get a signal, so we couldn't ring until after we cleared customs. The operator said she would despatch the driver and it would be 20-25 mins before the car was with us - not a great blessing! So we hung around inside for 10 mins before going out - only to find our car waiting for us and the driver saying he had been waiting for half an hour! Clearly a lack of communicaton! That aside, the service was excelelnt value for money. I'm using it again tomorrow so we'll see what happens then!

I have used Budget several times now and always had excellent service. They are tremendous value for money. I just wish they operated at Gatwick as well as Heathrow!

This is the first time that I have used Meet and Greet, but I have previously used Purple Parking on a Park and Ride basis. This time using the Meet and Greet, as when using the Park and Ride I was completely satisfied with the performance of the company. Because I had used them before I was happy with the parking arrangements, and I chose them even though the quote was not the cheapest.

Budget Meet and Greet provide a very efficient and professional service. We have used them when travelling with our young baby, saving us any hassle as we arrive at the airport, as we are met immediately by our driver and walk straight into the terminal to check-in. Pick-up has always been on time and the value for money is amazing. There is no cheaper or easier way to get to and from the airport!

I find it difficult tro add any thing else except to say that this procedure is most helpful and saves a lot of un necessary hqassle when having to park further away from the airport. I shalluse it whenever I have to fly form Heathrow and anyother airport your organisation serves.

I was surprised at the value provided by this service. It's the first time I've used Meet and Greet at both ends of my journey: even though I was horribly late due to rush hour traffic, the agent waiting for my drop-off at T3 was terribly polite and helpful, even though he was waiting in the rain. Full marks from me!
