Our plane was delayed by almost 2 hours and it was such a relief to be able to get into the car quickly and easily with no delay, even though our plane was late. Really good service and will recommend to our friends and will certainly use again.

This is a good service but you need to ensure that you call if for some reason you are delayed. We got stuck for 40 minutes at the M4 roundabout and were charged a £25 fee for a no show. This was fair enough but a little annoying. We also had to wait a few minutes for our car to arrive having queued through terminal 3 at 6am in the morning so I guess there could be longer delays if you arrive at a time with significant traffic. All in all though I would use the service again.

I regularly used one of the big names for my meet and greet parking, but thought I would try Budget Meet and Greet to save some money. I actually ended up getting the company I normally use, but at a cheaper price than going direct!

Booked 'Meet and Greet' both ways as we were travelling long haul with a young child. Booked through gosimply.com but the company was Purple Parking, who I have used before. The gosimply.com rate was considerably cheaper than booking direct with Purple Parking but the package and service was equally the same. Documentation gave clear directions to the drop-off and pick-up points. Phones were answered promptly and there were staff waiting by the time we arrived at the meeting point both ways. I fast and reliable service representing excellent value for money.

I found the meet and great service very convenient and efficient. I did not have to wait at all either dropping off or picking up and found the staff friendly and polite. The terminal for my return journey had changed from that booked but this was not a problem. The guidance notes for where to drop off at Terminal 3 and pick up at Terminal 5 were clear and consise.

All round good service. We had to wait about 30 mins for the car to be returned. Phoned when we had collected luggage from reclaim. Would phone earlier next time.

The driver was waiting for me when I arrived at the airport and the car was cleaned and waiting for me when I left the terminal to return home. Better value than long stay and much easier and quicker. Will use them again.

We arrived at terminal 3 at 5.00 and friendly gentleman was already there and easy to spot. On the return we managed to call en route to baggage reclaim and equally friendly, but different, gentleman arrived with the car about 2 minutes after we had arrived with our bags. Only slight grumble was the time it took to get through on the phone on the outbound leg, but it was very early. Overall pleased with service.

I found the web sit very easy to use, I had to ring to add another day to my booking and the member of staff was very friendly and helpfull. Our car was waiting for us on our return. I will recommend them and used them again.

Long wait for car to arrive on return should have followed instructions and rung immediately I got off the plane rather than when I got my bags. Otherwise good service.

Very impressed with the service on my arrival, although instructions as to where to go were a bit confusing. Slightly less impressed on my return - I got the impression from the member of staff that I was just one of many he was waiting for (but not actively looking for) - I had to find him and I had to find my car.
