The meet and greet service was friendly and efficient. It only cost £5 more than the cost of parking in a car park and saved me the time and the hassle of having to catch a bus with luggage. Well worth it.

a little misunderstanding with regards to which terminal to meet us when flying out. more importantly no wait when returning . went to location and car there waiting for us to drive away thank you

This is so much more convenient than busses to/from car-parks, just what you need after a long flight. It saves time and effort and you're home sooner!! And for comparatively little additional cost. Well worth it in my view.

It is not easy to time your journey so that you get to Heathrow at the predicted time, and we took a wrong turning in the Terminal 5 car park which turned out expensive. When we arrived back at Heathrow, it took 15-20 minutes for our car to be delivered. If we had realised this, we would have taken our time about going to the meeting place, since there are no seats there.

Purple parking quizzed my claim about the return time and only after I proved phone records did they accept my point that I was told the car would arrive shortly then after waiting 20 minutes they told me it would be another 20 or 25 mins... Not acceptable service and not acceptable customer service either.

The cost of the service was the cheapest way to go to the airport. And I did not have to worry about anything but my gate. The service is great.

The main benefit is that we did not have to wait around for buses from car parks miles away, which as a party of six including 4 kids would have been fun! The cost was the same as long term parking so it was a financial no brainer. The service was excellent. The drivers were waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and the car was there when we landed. The whole experience was perfect which is what you want when you have so many other potential headaches when travelling abroad.

We have used the gosimply access to Purple Parking three times and it has been perfect each time. Smart, easily identified staff. Helpful, polite and efficient. Cannot fault the service or the price.

It was easy to book, we called ahead as instructed and the driver was there to collect the car from us. He was very courteous and polite and we felt confident handing over the keys. On our return we called from the plane as we disembarked and the driver (very polite again) and car were there waiting to meet us outside the terminal. There was about 12 miles on the clock. It was brilliant to get in the car and drive straight home - recommend this service without hesitation.

Good value for money. The staff answering the telephone offered poor customer service. Not want you need or want at 5:30am in the morning, which caused undue stress to the start of the holiday. However, the staff at the airport was most helpful. Would use this service again.

Using gosimply was the best decision we made to solve the annual holiday parking issue. The representative was there to greet us at the allotted time, and the car transfer was effective and efficient. On our return we rang after landing, and by the time we reached the car park, the car was ready and waiting for us. I will use this service again. Thank you.

Booked online as it seemed the best value going on previous reviews. Had a change of car one day before travelling, called to alter details, first person I spoke to very friendly and dealt with the changes. Fastest handover I've ever had upon arrival. On return trip we arrived two hours earlier than expected. Again, no problem when I called. I would say though, that the car wasn't checked for any damages at either end. I wasn't particularly worried about this but people with smarter cars may want to initiate a once over with the pick-up driver.

Driver was waiting when we arrived even though we were earlier than expected. Driver was waiting when we exited the airport on retrun. Car was in good condition.

We used Budget Meet and Greet at Heathrow when we went on our last holiday. They provided a fault free service and we will definitely use them again.It was far less hassle than using taxi's which we have done previously.

Being asked to phone before arrival it proved difficult to get anyone to answer the phone - also took a long while to get through on return. The phoning beforehand would also be difficult if I was travelling alone which I often do. The car was returned with its mirrors folded in - this made me wonder just how closely vehicles are parked to each other! (And how the driver had driven it back safely!!)

We flew from Heathrow T1 - This was cheaper than using a car park and less hassle as we were met at departures handed over the keys and got a voucher from the driver. We called them upon our return - they were then within 30 mins of calling. Could not have been simpler! Great service.

Everything worked a treat. Our return flight was 2 hours early and when we rang to advise them, they said that there would be no problem and got a driver to us straight away. Out of the terminal and straight to the car. He even helped load the luggage in the car!

Drop and pick up hassle free. Driver ready and waiting on both occasions. Excellent service.
