The booking process was very easy over the internet, however for both outbound and return flights the wrong terminal information was supplied to Purple Parking. There seems to be a flaw between booking process and information transferal to supplier. That being said it is a great service at a great price, shame the administration of the service lets it down.

Everything worked out perfectly, even though our return was an hour earlier than anticipated. Can fully recommend this service.

The only down side was the lady who answered the telephone was pretty grumpy! I appreciate it was early. The staff who met us were excellent

First time I have used 'Meet and Greet' and it was trouble free. Drop-off was there to meet us (Although we were earlier than planned) and the pick-up was just as efficient. No additional miles and damage free. Will certainly use this service again...

Great service gosimply.com came up over £30 cheaper than booking direct with Purple Parking, cheaper than most off site parking. Great service made the travel/parking/airport check in painless on journey both ways. Would definately use again.

Paperwork was a mess. Ours was mixed up with someone coming back on a completely different day. When it was time to pick up from terminal three the car was at terminal five. However, the actual drivers were lovely-really friendly and helpful. The mix up was sorted quickly but they won't be my first choice next time

This is now the third time I've used Budget Meet and Greet (Purple Parking by another name). We used to use a different company at LHR but their service levels dropped and waiting times increased so we decided to try this one and have never been disappointed. The only slight downside is that you have to ring them when you are 30 mins from the airport (I've now worked out where that is on the M40!) and also when you get off the plane (difficult sometimes as mobile signals can be poor within Heathrow until you get past baggage). But you have to trade this off against much higher prices for a service where you don't have to ring. There was a short delay on dropping off the car (10 mins) which had not been my experience before with Budget. The call is supposed to ensure timings match up, and I had to ring Budget to find out where my driver was; but the driver was very apologetic and the delay wasn't serious. On my return he was sitting there waiting for me, despite the plane being an hour late in arriving. Mileage was exactly as expected, so no joy riding! Service is extremely courteous. When you ring they will ask you for your booking reference - hardly convenient when you are driving! But they can fidn you just as easily from your car reg so just give them that. Will definitely continue to use them out of Heathrow. Three experiences now - all very good - and onyl oen 10 minute wait in 6 drop-offs/pick-ups.

We totally enjoyed the whole experience. It was very easy drop off the car and collect it. The plane arrived early but nevertheless the car was delivered in 15 minutes! Friendly staff, good value for money, will recommend my friends.

Great stress free service especially great with two tired children! Will use it every time we go away.

Despite having Heathrow Terminal 4 on the booking at base, don't know why really, the driver met us at Terminal 5 no problem, on time and with a smile. The instructions however MUST state Level 4 Row L, it is impossible to get back up to level 4 if you miss the off ramp. Great service, no problems whatsoever. Used may Meet and Greet and this is definitely the best so far.

We waited 1.5 hours to be met despite phoning half an hour before we arrived at Heathrow. We were at Terminal 1 as stated on the booking - they were at Terminal 4 (which was where we would be landing upon our return). We were not happy to say the least.

We were met at departure and the car was waiting at arrivals. Absolutely brilliant!

Everything went as expected; a very efficient service. Delivery back is to farthest two lanes at terminal 3 so we missed our driver initially.

The main fear of using this type of service is that your car will get damaged. All I can say is that I have confidence that this isn't going to happen with Purple Parking, and the service is so easy to use and so reasonably priced it seems quite daft not to use it in future.

Great way to start a holiday! Driver waiting for us on arrival at the airport both when dropping off and picking up the car, so no waiting involved. The staff we interacted with on the phone or in person were very helpful and friendly. The price was very reasonable compared to similar offerings and yet there was no compromise in customer service or the security of where the car was held. This is the second time we have used this service and both times were without fault - would highly recommend to anyone looking for a meet and greet service.

The service i recevied was brilliant , i rang the company 30 mins before i arrived at the airport and the person was there waiting for me on arrival at the airport to take my car. Then on landing back in the uk, i telephoned the company as soon as arrived as asked to do and my car was waiting for me when i got the the pick up point. Would definetley use again.

they were very understanding when i was stuck on the m1 and worked with me to amend my arrival time

No problems at all. Found the parking area without a problem, and handover of car was straightforward. Car was ready when we arrived back at the parking area and again the handover was fine.

I found everyone I contacted very helpful and friendly. I had a problem as my tax disc hadn't arrived before I left for the airport, and staff did all in their power to make my journey as trouble free as was possible. I will certainly use this service again.
