Such a pleasure, took all the stress out of arriving & leaving, drivers waited for me when I was help up in M25 traffic and got the car back early when we landed early, fantastic service.

we were very happy with the extremely prompt and efficient service provided both on outbound and return. We will certainly use the service again. Thank you.

An excellent service that makes travelling to and from the airport so much easier

Drop off on time, speedy transit through Heathrow on my return meant I waited 10 mins at pick up. I have used this meet & greet service many times and would reccomend it to all, very good value.

I have used Budget Meet and Greet several times and each time the service is courteous, efficient and value for money. Having called to say we may arrive early at Heathrow, the chauffeur was waiting for us on time. We also took an earlier flight home than stated on our form. We telephoned from abroad with our new flight number and once again, the service personnel were efficient and the car was already waiting on our arrival. Well done, Budget Meet and greet. When I rang up en route to the airport the assistant on the other end had no record of the booking despite the fact that we were reading from the email reference document we had been sent, we were also ringing the number indicated on that email booking document. It was eventually sorted out but not before we had waited 20 mins for a driver to arrive from another terminal. The rest of the experience was fine but checking the day before may be advisable!

The driver was ther on arrival, even though I was about half an hour late. Phoned the number on the receipt when we got off the plane, collected our baggage & the car was waiting for us outside. Fantastic service would definitely use them again

We were met on time at Heathrow T3 and were offered a reasonably-priced valet when we phoned to confirm our arrival 30 mins prior to getting to the terminal which we accpeted. On our return we were informed our car wouldnt be released to us without payment however they didnt accept cash, only cards over the phone which we didnt have due to them being packed away in our luggage which had not yet been collected (you have to submit an arrival call as soon as you land before collecting bags) The customer service telephone rep agreed to release the car early as we were concerned this would delay our exit from Heathrow but we neednt have worried - we called back with payment via card as soon as we were able and our car was ready (and sparkly clean!) as soon as we left the terminal. What a great service :o)

This is actually run by Purple Parking but much cheaper! We rang before arriving at the airport (as instructed) and the guy was there to pick up when we arrived. He even got us a trolley! We phoned again on landing back at Heathrow and the car was there to meet us as we cleared baggage reclaim. Must admit I was a bit wary of booking this as it was so cheap but would definitely use them again.

We were very pleased at how easy and convenient this service was! Why would you want to park miles away, get a bus and pay more when you have access to this 1st class service at a budget price!

Make sure you call well before the arrival time as asked as I had to wait 15 minutes for an answer. They were very punctual and polite, extremely good value for money.

I like the service, collection is easy and prompt delivery of the car when i returned. I had problems with delays to my flight but a quick phone call and change of the arrival time no problems !

Phoned office 30mins before arriving at airport, althoigh this was an hour ealier than planned, they were still on time to collect car. Flight was delayed on way home, phoned when getting off plane, and car was waiting when we got to the pick up point. Staff were friendly and polite. Would recommend this service to my friends and would definetely use again

We thought the whole enterprise very efficient from the original internet booking to picking up the car on return from holiday. We will most certainly be using the service again and recommending to our friends.

Couldn't have been better!!! So convenient, one less thing to worry about when travelling! Perfect timings for pick up and drop off of car. The car was just as i left it. Very reasonable price in relation to the service provided. Would definitely use their service again. I hope they keep it up!!

We chose a meet and greet service as we were travelling with 2 young children and didn't want the hassle of having to park and then get on a bus. In addition to this, this meet and greet service was actually cheaper. We found this service through Purple Parking to be very efficient and great value for money. We arrived at Heathrow an hour earlier than we had booked as there was very little traffic on our way there. I phoned the number we had been given, told them that we were only 15 mins away from the airport and after 5 mins of us arriving at the airport,they had someone there to pick up our car. When we got back, we called the number whilst going through customs and our car was waiting for us when we got outside. We had made a mental note of the mileage on the car and it clearly had only gone to the carpark and back. Would definately recommend this service and use it again!

Always concerned when the price is cheap, but I have used Budget meet & greet twice now and have no complaints. Yes I will be using them again, just hope the good service continues.
