I had an excellent experience with Q Park. The price is good, the facilities are excellent and everyone was really nice and helpful. The bus could have been a little quicker at picking us up but I'm really splitting hairs with that.

Very smooth operation with no real hitches. Obviously waiting time for collection at the end of the period will vary according to pressure at particular times - ours was acceptable at 15-20 mins

Really glad I booked with Q-PARK rather than other parking sites on offer, which were either too far from the airport, or close but too expensive. With Q-PARK, I got the best of both - a convenient location, very close to T1/2/3 and a very affordable rate.

Receipt facilities were excellent and the transfer to Terminal 4 was efficient and carried out quickly. Unfortunately, on Arrival at Terminal 4, after a 13 hour flight from Singapore, at 7.00 am in the morning, I had to wait at least 30 minutes for the transfer back to pick the car up, and a further 20 minutes to pick the keys up. I realise that it is difficult to legislate for customers arrival, but waiting for approx 50 minutes after clearing customs, to drive away, seemed excessive.

From the time we arrived at the gate of Q park, everything was handled, quickly, efficiently and by friendly, well trained staff. We were very impressed and will definitely use Q Park again.

The car park facility was good, friendly, easy to find, near the airport, secure, easy transfer to and from the airport,good value for your money. I would use the facility again. The only negative is allow yourselve plenty of time in the busy periods for the transfer journey i.e. early morning as I had to queue and wait for a transfer bus to come on line.

it was very easy to book online it was our first time using car park and it was much cheaper than getting cabs to london from leicester including petrol directions to qpark were very simple and easy to follow the time spent dropping off and picking up my car was 15 min max we would defenatly use q park again and have already told friends about it keep up your good work

This is the second time I have used this car park at Heathrow and would recommend it to any traveller for fast amd helpful service very close to T1,2 and 3.

Great value. I wish I had looked up where it was first (which is no further away than on site car parks) as this would have reduced the stress of finding it. Will def use again!

We had no problems it went very smoothly. On our return we got straight onto the transport to return to your offices. There were people on our transport who had been waiting 30 mins for us to arrive before they were transported back to your offices which would be an issue because you just want to get on the road and off to your final destination rather then waiting in a terminal car park for some other passengers. I think you should limit that wait period to 10 mins maximum. Otherwise excellent.

I prebooked, then arrived only to find that no details had been saved. Had to wait 30 min to check in and a further 40 min to get on the transfer. By the time I got to Terminal 3 I had to run to catch my flight. On top of that the staff was rude and unhelpful (except for the transfer dive who did his best). Finally, upon my return I found my car dented, a request for payment (even though I had prepaid) and a very dirty car (looked like it had been left out in a storm... Thanks Qpark - but no thanks.

On returning to Heathrow I had to ring five times, with intervals in between, to get an answer from reception, and then had to wait a further twenty minutes for the transport to collect us. Otherwise, it went smoothly.

Bus was waiting when we arrived and very quick transfer. Rang on picking up luggage and bus arrived within 5 minutes. Dropping off and picking up took a few minutes. everyone very friendly & helpful, would certainly use again.

Excellent organisation, booking was swift and easy, as was reception when we arrived. Shuttle left about 30 seconds after we loaded our luggage. Swift pick-up and return journey even in morning rush hour traffic. Car ready and waiting and whole operation looked secure and effective. Would definitely use again.

Will use Q- Park again, service on arrival was excellent but felt we were kept waiting too long at the airport on our return compared to other parking companies we have used.

Arrived in early hours to be greeted personally, really good security at the park. Immeidate transfer to the airport and only 10minutes waiting for the return pickup. An excellent service which we will use again.

We have tried many car parks and this one is one of the easiest and coolest of all. The whole procedure is straightforward and automatic. Arrive to the barrier, cameras read number plate, park car by the reception door (all covered by roof), take your own luggage, leave car keys with staff and collect ticket, take transfer bus and arrive at the airport. Will use it again!

Unlike some off-airport parking, Q-Park is a modern purpose built facility with smoothly operating processes. On arrival, we used the toilet facilities, checked in our vehicle and were transfered onto a shuttle bus to Terminal 4, all within 5-10 minutes. On our return, we were lucky enough to be picked up by the Q-Park bus which had just dropped off some other pasengers, so were taken straight back to Q-Park without delay where our vehicle was waiting for us outside the office building. No complaints.

Would definitly recommend Q-Park Heathrow. A mini-bus was already waiting to take us to and pick us up from the airport (Correct terminal). Really like the way that the check-in procedure is handled.

Check in was easy and quick. Transfer to Airport was available immediatly on arrival. On return the transfer vehicle arrived as quickly as was possible and another smmoth transfer to pick up our vehicle. The staff at the car park and both drivers were pleasant and helpful which gave a real feeling of our holiday starting at the car park.
