Arrival and departure process very good.Staff very helpful and used initiative as airport demo planned to take place shortly after our arrival. Got us to airport speedily to avoid being held up. All in all top marks

First time I have used this Car park, but would do so again. I found the staff helpful and informative. Super fast pick-up from Teerminal 2, just what you need, when you need to get back on the road, first class.

Being the first time I've parked the car off-site, I was impressed with the location and the professionalism of the staff when arriving and the whole operation took only 15 minutes from arriving at the car park to reaching the terminal. The return took slightly longer - there was a queue at the bus stop outside the terminal and this filled the mini-bus. The next mini-bus took 15 minutes to arrive, and then also picked up at another terminal before arriving at the car park - total time 30 minutes from placing the phone call to reaching the car park. Once again, the staff at reception were extremely efficient and I felt the car had been kept secure. Would use again.

The whole process from driving into reception to reaching terminal took less than 10 minutes; on returning, I phoned the number and my transport arrived within 10 minutes. A guy waiting with me had already waited 20 minutes for another company and had paid a lot more than me. Staff were cheerful and friendly. This is the best Heathrow parking experience I have ever had.

We were very disappointed with transfer from terminal 2 on our return.I made contact as instructed just after 1616 hrs and was told to go to bus stop No 8, which we did.It took a further two phone calls (1639/1649) before we were eventually collected at 1655 hrs.This wait I feel was not accceptable. On collecting my car keys from reception I was given no apolgy or explanation for the delay and I was too tired to persue this. My son and I have used your park number of years and found it very good and this new facility is a great improvement to the old.

The staff upon check-in were friendly and helpful, as they were on the return to the car park, however, the driver on the return journey was unhelpful, discourteous and verging on rude.

Having a covered drop off and collection area is brilliant. This makes the process so much easier and more pleasant when the weathers bad. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and because Q-Park is so close to the terminals the transfers are very quick. After phoning for collection the pick up was quick too. Not the usual waiting for 20 minutes as with other services I have used in the past. Personally I thought their prices were high and I doubt I would have used them if I hadn't got a special offer deal, but the special offer put them in the same price bracket as some of the lower cost alternatives and Q-Parks service was undoubtedly superior. So having used them once I think that even at the higher price I would definitely be tempted to use them again.

We were away for 4 weeks. Had I been offered a wash for the car before we got back I would have taken the offer as the car was pretty dusty. I would recommend Q Park to anyone!

The check in/out was ultra quick and friendly,there was a minibus waiting to leave to go to the airport and we only had to wait a few minutes on our return, even though it was a busy Saturday evening - I would definitely use Q Parking again

The directions ot the car park were fine the check in was easy and undercover, they find your reservation before you leave the car which makes life easier when you get back, the mini bus waited 2 minutes then left for the terminals. Both drivers helped put bags on and off the mini bus. When we came back called them and the mini bus arrived after 5 minutes wait, only slight downside ( though this is not their fault) was that we then then waited 15 minutes for another customer who had called but then did not turn up ( which unfortunatley when you are tired after being up for 18 hours is not great) Up side though was that the car was close by when we arrived back and it was easy to get out. Lastly Q park is as close to the terminals as the on-site official long stay car park!

Basically all went fast and smoothly. Easy to find, shuttle deposit is fast to T3, pickup was also fast and very close to T3 exit(8 people were waiting so maybe we were lucky not to wait the coach). Back to the parking a chauffeur go and get the car for us...nice final touch. I recommend.

This was the first time we've used this car park and we were very pleased with the service. The staff were efficient and friendly, the transfers worked well and, as far as we could tell, the car was looked after well and was returned to us in pristine condition. The only slight adverse aspect is the access from the A4, which is not the most pleasant approach road, but didn't actually cause us a problem.

Parking is always a pain at Heathrow but Q-Park actually (and to my surprise!)made it relatively painless. I would recommend them to others and would certainly use them again.

For my outward journey I arrived at a peak time and there was quite a wait before I could be transported to T4. Everything went smoothly on return early in the morning and I was impressed that Q-Park sent a bus to T4 just for me. The main negative is having to add 30 minutes for transfer times but I guess that's just a consequence of choosing off-airport parking.

Easy to find, easy to park and transfer to airport was almost immediate. On return phoned Q-Park when we cleared customs, were given bus stop number to go to and bus arrived same time as we did. Transfer straight back to Q-Park and into car. Highly recommended

This was the first time I used Q-Park and I have to say that I was delighted with all aspects of the service. I will be using Q-Park everytime I fly from Heathrow and will recommend it to my friends and work colleagues. I would suggest that you open at Gatwick and Stansted asap!! Well done!!

The entire transaction with Q-Park was splendid. Our longest wait was 10 minutes for transport to the airport and I know we just missed one bus. Virtually no wait on the return. Q park should modify the distance from the Waggoners roundabout to the correct value - nearer a mile then the 750 yards quoted.

We would use Q Park again, without hesitation! Excellent service, very secure car park, simple and straight forward to book and fantastically low, more than competitive, rates. Just 5 minutes from the airport with superb transfer and pickup.

I used Q-Park in May 2008. Everything was well organised, booking on-line, a map for directions to the car park. Booking in on my arrival was prompt, and for my transfers to and from T4, I did'nt have to wait more than 15 mins. I would use them again.

Transfers going and coming very fast minibuses were loading as we arrived in both directions. We were two in our party - but a larger party were waiting for a minibus with more empty seats and the driver was quite offhand with them. There was confusion with myself and several others about payment (I had pre-paid when booking)they thought I still had to pay. Again rather brusquely handled and without an apology when they confirmed their error. Not a big deal but it did detract from what otherwise would have been a near perfect experience. Beware of traffic problems on M25/4 we lost 25 minutes, so don't cut it too fine! Once off M4 the roads to the park were busy but flowing (took 10 minutes from there). In summary good value for money, good transfers, staff a bit grumpy - but I would be no better!
