The car park is a new multi-storey - you leave your car at the under-cover reception area and it is parked for you. The car park and reception are well lit and the service professional. I had no qualms about returning there alone in the evening after dark. Minibus transfers to and from Terminal 1 were speedy and trouble-free. I would definitely use Q Park again.

On a cold day, returning from the warmth of a southern hemisphere summer,very pleasant to walk straight from the airport into a waiting, heated vehicle.

Found car park with no problem. Reception very swift with transaction of car details etc. Car parked under cover with plenty of space. Transfered to terminal within 5 mins. Same on return 5mins wait, car and keys ready on arrival. Will certainly use again

I had to wait outside in the cold for at least 20 minutes for the transfer upon my return which is edging towards unacceptable. The driver explained that traffic was the main reason for the delay. I can accept this but would propose that you advise customers if delays are likely at certain pickup times and perhaps call the customer if they have been waiting for longer than 15 minutes to reassure them that transport will be with them shortly.

Great friendly staff welcome you and park your car for you. Comfortable modern coach takes you to airport and directs you where to go. will use service again as it was the best we had used

Apart from my comment about some drivers not being helpful I cant fault Q-Park at all. Checking in the car was quick and easy and a minibus was waiting to take me to the airport straight away. On my return I phoned Q-Park to pick me up and as soon as I got to the bus stop at T1 the bus was there - may be just my good luck but I'd like to think it was their good service.

As a first time user and infrequent traveller I am VERY pleased with your professional service You've thought most things through and the results and maintained standards reflect that

All in all a good facility. I really liked the fact that my car was under roof rather than in a field. The only issue was that we had to wait until the bus was full before heading for the Airport, however the collection from the airport was very speedy.

On arrival at the car park, I was pleased to see a clean well lit environment. This looked like and turned out to be a very professional service. I have parked with other providers in the past and had my car parked in open fields and aircraft hangers. this was altogether a more professional set up.

I found Q park to be very efficiant and will use them again. I had however just returned from a 3rd world country where you get very poor service and it was nice to get back where everything runs quite smoothly in comparison

Very glad they pointed out to me that you had duplicated my booking and that I will have paid twice on my credit card! I will be contacting you directly to request reimbursement immediately. I would not have known until receiving my statement otherwise.

It was difficult to find the car park if approaching from any other angle than the main rd. Also I was unsure that I was in the right place for the transfer bus upon my return - no information given to you when you get dropped off as to where they will pick you up.

Driver from Q-Park to airport did not seem to know his way around. Ended up in a taxi rank at Terminal 1 and had to wait for taxis to move off with fares. He failed to close the luggage door properly and some cases (not ours) fell out of the bus. Otherwise drop off and collection went very smoothly without problems, overall would use again.

Efficient and speedy process throughout. Everything's under cover, so there's no getting wet if it's raining. Clean loos and free newspapers too. Shuttle transfers were quick both ways, no waiting. From our plane landing at 1.30pm, we were driving away from the carpark at 1.55pm (we were lucky with baggage retrieval).

We were running late for our flight, and everything was really quick at Q Park - finding it, checking in and the transfer to the airport. Very easy and straightforward.

Firstly, I would use Q-Park again. The facility is purpose built and seems pretty secure. Gave me more peace of mind than when we used Purple Parking, which seemed to be more like converted wasteland. A couple more quid than Purple Parking, but overall, I was happy. Friendly, reasonably professional looking staff, and the building is a multi-story car park. Transfer was quick and painless, and the driver was pleasant enough. My main concern was coming back - tried phoning the number they gave me when I got my luggage, but it just rang and no one picked up. This was a pain, especially after a 12 hour flight. By chance, saw one of the Q-Park buses driving by, followed it to the pick up point, and everything was fine after that. So my suggestion is to find out in advance where the pick up is at the returning terminal, so if they don't answer, you still have some idea where to go. In the event, they told me that, at the time I was phoning, they were too busy to answer the phone. To be fair, they proved this by showing me their recent pick-up list for the previous two hours, but still, when you are using a sevice for the first time, to not know where to go to get picked up is concerning and does not instill confidence. The only other downside was that the car seemed to have been parked just outside of the multi-storey area for some reason (but not outside of the compound as far as I can tell), and as such was covered in grime. I can wash it, but not sure why it was not parked undercover. Certianly, the tacho was reading the same as when I left it, so I know it hadn't been taken out. All in all, would use again, but would make sure I know where the pick up point is, and would ask that it is parked undercover.

Overall a good experience. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Transfers were quick, dropping off & picking up. I would recommend and will use them again.

When we arrived back we telephoned as requested and went to the bus stop. We had only a short wait until a bus arrived. Another family in front of us moved to the bus with us and we began to load our bags and got on the bus. Then another family loaded their bags. At this point the driver realised that he had too many people and had a 3, 3 and 4 while he was only expecting to pick up a 3 and a four. We got off as the other family of 3 had been in the queue begore us. Then the next bus arrived and we had the same situation - too many people - this driver however allowed one family to put their children on their lap. So if the drivers had the codes that we as customers give over the phone any confusion would be avoided

A really good experience all round. Very comforting to know that while you are away your car is safely locked away in a proper parking facility and not parked in a field somewhere! Mini-bus transfers to and from our terminal were swift and well organised. Would use Q-Park again anytime.

The most fantastic friendly staff! There were too many people waiting for buses to arrive to take them to the airport. And then only 6 people per bus.
