This is a good place to park up. I didn't spend much time at the place which is ideally how you want it. What little time I did spent there was in the hands of polite and efficient staff in decently maintained facilities. It's not the be all and end all experience but it's a decent level of service for the price. I will go again.

This is good value and very secure, modern parking. Arrival experience and transfer very good. Not so good on return - 25 minutes before transfer bus arrived at the terminal. Get the pick up sorted out and this will be hard to beat

Overall a good experience. A modern, clean and secure looking facility. Efficient arrival and departure system at the car park. Straight on to a minibus and delivered to the terminal in about 10 minutes. Return journey seemed to involve a longer than expected wait (about 20 or 25 minutes waiting at the Terminal 3 bus stop). Q-Park is offered at a significant premium to the cheaper offerings but would definitely have been worth it if the return journey from the terminal had been a bit more timely.

All in all an excellent service, and good value for money. The wonderfully quick and smooth arrival procedure and immediate transfer to the airport set high expectations for a similar level of service on return, and this was the only, minor problem - it took nearly 20 minutes for the coach to turn up after we'd rung in.

Used Sat Nav but even without it is easy to get to. Friendly staff and efficient service. Minimal delay getting to terminal 5 and waited no longer than 10 minutes for return pickup. Had plenty of time in hand but wasn't prepared for slow M5 traffic. Other strangers beware as traffic movement was slow from 6.30 am.

Waited for 35 minutes for a pick-up upon return to Heathrow. Others had waited for about 45 minutes. Repeated calls to the staff were rebuked and noone really seemed to make any visible attempts to speed up the transfers.

Very prompt and efficient service at the car park on check in. Excellent modern facilities. Quick transfer to Terminal 1. On return the minibus was waiting for us and the car immediately accessible on arrival. Only small grumble is that the final mile or so of the printed directions to the site could be more reassuring - few more markers along the way would help. We will certainly use again.

Car parking booked on line several months before travel. All arrangements operated perfectly. Travel to airport was quick and easy and return pick up efficient with our car ready to go. Recommend this company.

First time we had used you and will certainly do so again. We were amazed by how straightforward everything was.Well done.

I use Q-Park quite a lot as it's a service that works well for me. I have found that over the last six months or so it is gradually taking longer to between getting on the bus and the bus setting off for the airport. Not a big issue unless you are late for your flight. Overall though I would say it is an adequate service and better than Parking Express.

I would highly recommend this service. The drop off point is alongside the reception. We were immediately transferred to the airport, without waiting. On our return, a quick phone call and less than 10 minutes later we were collected. My car was again close to the reception and had been cleaned whilst I was away. Many thanks to Q-Parks for excellent service.

I was required to sign a form exonerating Q-Park from any responsibility for loss or damage to or from my vehicle while it was in their care. "Does this mean you can steal whatever you want?" I asked. "Yes, but we won't." Nor did they, but why should I have to sign such a document when I am paying for them to guard my vehicle?

very efficient, good value service. An important niggle is that there was nothing to identify the site as q park ( I forget its actual name ) and I only found it via the satnav.

A smart place but somewhat strange that they do a mileage verification after you've gone?? Surely it should be done immediately. Poor pickup from Terminal 3. Long wait followed by a confused driver who had to ask who was first! HELLO! That doesnt work!!! You need a better system.

The check in was quick with a minibus available immediately. As the car park is only about a mile from the airport entrance the journey only took a few minutes. On return, again, a minibus was waiting for us at the terminal with our car ready parked at the Q-Park office. Having used other Companies at Heathrow we would not hesitate to recommend Q-Park as the best of all of them.

Overall a very well managed service with prompt transfers both to and from the terminal. Based on my own experience I would have no reservations about recommending Q-Park to others.

We arrived late; some staff were a bit dissmissive of our anxiety but the bus driver was very, very helpful and calming! Howevr we will recommend Q park to every one.

I would recommend Q-Park to anyone wanting a secure service which stores your car undercover, fast & efficient transfers & a really secure place to leave your car. I used Courtlands, 1/4 mile away and Q-Park are 100% better & I will certainly be using Q-Park again on my next trip

This was the first time for me driving myself to the airport. I had always used a taxi service before but with the rising cost I decided to check out the cost of parking at or near the airport. I had a very pleasant surprise as it wasn't as expensive as I had expected. The car park was easy to find and the staff and facilities were excellent. I will most definitely will be using this service again.
