I had to wait over an hour from my flight landing until I was in my car. The excuse was the driver is on his way. When he arrived he could only just get us all in. On returning to the parking area there were three empty buses. It would appear that there weren't enough staff on duty. Not a pleasant experience having to wait in the cold!!!

We used q park for the first time in march to go on a family holiday to florida. Very impressed with the efficiency of the service at drop off and return. when we arrived at heathrow after a long overnight flight we called q park and they told us where to meet them and we were picked up within 5 minutes of the call when we got back to the carpark our car was ready and the keys handed over. painless!! also very clean toilets!!

Car park easy to find. Drop off efficient - leaft keys with reception and straight into mini bus. 10 min or so to T1. Return - called number and was told there would be a slight dealy due to all minibuses being out at time. 15 - 20 mins later, mini bus arrived, driver helped load heavy bags. Car at car park as exepcted, keys quickly returned. No damage, mileage the same as when left.

we were delayed on our outward journey, and called ahead for advice on turn round times. staff were helpful informative and reassuring.turn around was efficient friendly and swift. on return, quick pick up and car was waiting so onward jouney was underway without delay... great service

Only thing I will say is that the bus come to bay no 5 at terminal 3 , we were in the waiting room which is a good 20 or so metres away.With two kids had two heavy trolleys of luggage so it took us a few minutes to push our trolleys to the bay no 5, the driver had another pick up and almost drove off. Would be a good idea for the drivers to check in the waiting areas etc before drivong off. As it happened I got there in time and the driver kindly assisted us with the luggage. Overall a good service, my sister who went on holiday with us and used a meet and greet service for only £28 more might try that next time.

i called to be picked up and waited 25 minutes. I called back when no one showed up and the person I spoke to just blamed the previous person saying they knew nothing about my phone call. The person then said I would be picked up in 30 min!!! Luckily a bus then turned up 10 minutes later

On arrival was in the bus taking me to the terminal within minutes. On return, within five minutes the bus had arrived to pick me up. Staff are friendly and efficient. Very clean facilities and a free news paper!!

Hassle free check in and transfer to terminal 3. On return phoned and bus was waiting outside the terminal, lucky I suppose.......Car ready to go when back at car park, totaly hassle free and will use again.

The instructions on how to find Q Park were excellent. The facilities modern and clean. Security appeared to be effective. We waited less than 5 minutes to be taken to, and to be collected from Heathrow in a modern minibus. The car was parked close to the reception, making for a stressfree experience. The best parking experience I have had at Heathrow and well worth the slightly higher cost. We will use them again.

I had to book in at 7 to 7.30pm terminal 3 for a flight to far east at 10pm. I was still in Nottingham at 4.30pm so had no time to waste! I went on the net to find nearest suitable long term parking and found this site,easily and booked on line, no problem. My only suggestion for an improved service is also to provide a street/location plan on the booking form confirmation ie in relation to the tunnel leading to the terminals so would have made it alot easier seeing exactly where and how close your car park is to the major tunnel roundabout. Otherewise an excellent service, and only 10-15 minutes waiting to be picked up after returning 2 weeks later, which was excellent after a long journey back.

Good drop-off and pick-up at the site, which was tidy and secure, giving a feeling of confidence in leaving the vehicle there in someone else's care. The transfer mini-buses were ready for both transfers, but are old and uncomfortable; they need updating.

My suitcase handle broke as the driver was removing my case from the transport. The Q-Park attitude was 'less than friendly' when I asked if Q-Park had insurance to cover this type of incident. Otherwise, a good service.

Easy to find; prompt and efficient registration; straight onto shuttle bus and taken right away to airport; on return picked up at Heathrow within 10 minutes; car ready to pick up. Would use again and would recommend to anyone based on my experience.

Very helpfull staff, didnt get a proper milage check, but overall a great service at a price I could afford, will book again and will recommend you to all my friends

Went like clockwork. This was the first time I've ever used airport parking and after a month away was a bit apprehensive on my return. But we arrived at the bus stop to find the bus waiting and in no time we were loading our car with luggage in the spacious parking bay. Also we noted it is next to a Premier Inn so next time we travel we shall just drive next door and spend the night there. Everything couldn't be simpler. Planning our next trip with confidence.

I was really happy with the service I got from Q-Park. It does exactly what it says on the tin; you turn up, park, hand your keys over and get a little card to ring when you get through baggage reclaim once your trip is over and you're back in the UK again. The transfers to the airport were hassle free and very fast (reassuring signs tell you it's only five minutes away, if you're feeling nervous!). On our return, the transfer transport arrived almost instantly and the car was waiting close to the office. I'd defintely use Q-Park again.

It would be helpful to have been told in the material that there was a minimum of a 20 minute wait to be collected - I was running very late due to late arrival of my plane and regretted doing as I was told in terms of waiting until I had collected my baggage before notifying them.

It took me 25 minutes to check in due to a change in shift. The journey took 20 minutes due to traffic. If I had not checked in electronically I would have missed the plane. The check in process needs to be streamlined or more staff put on.

Instructions to find location good. Prompt check-in and transfer to Airport. Bus waiting for us on return after phoning from baggage hall. Great service all round!

good experience, only reservation was the transit collection. If you come back at a busy time you can be left waiting for the next bus and after a tiring flight this can be annoying. On the whole though I`ll will use the service again
