Good service and welcoming environment. Will definately recommend to others who decide to drive to Heathrow. Will definately use again when travelling from Heathrow.

My wife and my self found Q Parking Heathrow very good.We could not fault the service .The staff were helpfull and polite. On return from our holiday we stayed over night at Premier travel inn next door to Q Parking.Q Parking Staff picked us up at terminel Four and dropped us of at the Premier Travel Inn.Could not ask for better service. If we travel from Heathrow in the future we will use Q Parking if it is on yoyr web site

We found the location with no problem. Not terribly kind but very efficient reception. On our return we waited no more than five minutes for a shuttle bus to pick us up after telephoning for it. The check out was quick and efficient.

q park as a very fas and friendly service would recommend this car park to others would not give a second thought to using again easy to use good security willing and able to answer all queries

We chose QPark on price and location to the airport. We had no waiting time for transfers either to or from the airport and left our car in the knwoledge that it was going to be kept in a secure multi-storey car park. we would definitely use Q Park again.

A very good start to my holiday, straight foward parking, good, promt drop off and collection service, will be using Q parks again, highly recommended.

Very helpful when my plane was cancelled but when I finally had travelled and returned I had to wait 30 minutes to be collected - I had to make a reminder phone call. This was disappointing.

Great experience as a first time user of a park and fly.Got slightly worried as I thought I had missed the park as it was a lot further down than said on website. very good transfers to airport hassle and trouble free will definitely use again.

Apart from the slightly misleading instructions on how to get to the car park, the service offered was quick and efficient and friendly. The transfer bus was clean and comfortable and there was minimum waiting time involved. On the whole, a very good service. Thanks

Q Park is easy to find and use the staff are friendly and very efficient. Transfers were as quick as the traffic would allow. The overall experience excellent and I would recommend Q Park without hesitation

Good service overall. The only complaint is upon return after a very long flight it took various attempts until the phone was answered to book and find out the location of the return pick up bus.

Good parking easy to find from the M4 great prices, value for the money.I have been using "Q-Park Heathrow for a few years now whenever I have to travel from Heathrow and never had a problem and will continue to use them.Will reconmend them to any one who asks me about paRKING IN THE hEATHROW AREA

The facility was first rate, undercover, clean and tidy, the desk staff were excellent and it had much needed toilet facilities(after 3 hour drive). On return the car was outside the office, waiting to load up and drive off immediately. Excellent service would everytime I fly from Heathrow. Finally a bit of positive feedback: Please add to your directions TURN RIGHT on A316 roundabout. The sign to Hounslow is impossible to see at rush hour with lorries all around you and once you are in the wrong lane you have to turn left......then it is a long way before you can turn round. At 9.00 A.M. the traffic is very heavy.

Finally I have discovered an airport car park worth the money and worth going back to! What a difference at Q Parks to all of the others supposedly 4 minutes away from Heathrow and double the price. I will definitely be back and will recommend you to everyone I know using Heathrow (or any of your other locations) thanks for the brilliant service.

Although it was a multi storey car park, our car must have been parked on the roof as when we picked it up, it was really dirty! Other than that, the process was brilliant. No problems whatsoever and efficient pick up/drop off to the airport. Very Stress free!

Booked Q-Park due to proximity to airport and that they did buses every 10 minutes. Apart from the computer system being down when we got there everything was very smooth. However on the way back we waited over 30 minutes for the bus to turn up and when it did a group of people who got there 5 minutes previously got on the bus first and there was no room for us. We had to wait for the next bus which then went to T3 to pick up more people. It was over an hour from calling to getting back to the car. I've heard since that Q-Park was good when it was a porta cabin and tarmac but now they've built a multi-story they've put their prices up and the service has gone down hill. Purple parking were much cheaper and 2 buses turned up in the time that we were waiting. I paid more because I wanted a quick transfer from plane to car but unfortunately this wasnt the case.

We were delighted by the efficiency of transfer both to and from the airport. On both occasions the bus was waiting to pick us up. All staff courteous and friendly. We will definitely use Q parking again.

Simple easy to use no worries and no waiting around good start to the holiday, when get back picked up with no waiting around again, highly recommend would use again if flying from heathrow again.

I will definately use again as it is in a good location, good value, and reassuring looking. However, disppointed it took 4 attempts for them to answer the phone when I arrived back - they were too busy to answer apparently, but I thought i'd been given wrong number.

The efficient set up gives confidence on arrival. Is all under cover, so execellent in shocking weather. Small capacity minibuses (max 6 people) mean quick & frequent transfers. Would use every time from Heathrow.
