Facility and staff smart and friendly. The fact that my web reservation had one reference number and another reference number was issued on arrival was needlessly complex and caused some confusion. However, would use Q-Park again.

We left our car for one month while we travelled abroad. The transfer bus was waiting for us on our return and the key collection was swift. I was very happy with the service and will definitely use Q Park again.

Very straight forward service. Park your car outside reception - drop off your keys in return for a voucher and get on the bus to the terminal! On return ring when you get through customs and the bus was there within 10 minutes. Hand over the voucher in return for your keys and hop in your car which is parked outside reception - couldn't be easier.

Everything went smoothly - like clockwork. Extremely satisfied with location and transfer - only waited 3 minutes for the transfer back. Very much like the under cover parking.

If I travel from Heathrow again I hope I can count on Q-Park again. I really expected to pay twice as much for the service provided. I can't fault your system. If the scores above therefore appear lower than you would expect, it's to allow you leaway. Not for improvement but for maintenance of the standard you have already obtained. Q-Park is a modern secured (barrier controlled), covered carpark which is quite a nice contrast to some of the other well known airport car parks and as far as I know, it's the nearest long term carpark to Heathrow terminal 3. I found Q-park on a comparison website for airport parking. I liked the fact that it is secured and I think my car was kept under-roof during the 30 days (end of July to end of August) that I parked there. Yet the parking fees of £118 was still very competitive compared to other well known carparks. The uniformed staff was efficient, instructive and very business-like. However, personally I would prefer a more friendly face that can show a bit more empathy to new arrivals instead. Just two minor areas for improvement: 1. more online detailed instructions for drivers arriving at the carpark as the barrier controlled entrance and exit were unmanned. More signs to direct the drivers to the office and and exit would suit this minimalist setup. 2. I was charged £10 for a 10-hour delay due to adverse weather conditions in Hong Kong which I think is rather harsh.

I've used many airport parking facitlities in the past, and Q-Park is by far the best I have come across. Check-in was quick and efficient (even though the PC's were not working) and a bus was ready for Myself and Wife once this process was finished. We contacted Q-Park on our return, and a bus arrived within 10 minutes. Our car was waiting for us on our return to the car park, and the process of returning the keys was as fast as the check-in. Will use Q-Park again without a doubt.

Were dealt with efficiently, transferred to the airport in a timely manner. On our return only waited a few minutes for pick up. All in all a good experience.

this was the firat time i had flown from heathrow and the first time i had used a parking company, well it was a pleasure to use, very easy to find and the staff were very friendly. We booked in and the minibus was waiting for us and trnsfered us to our terminal straight away, on return we called the number and was told to go to a bus stop where a minibus was waiting for us, the driver was very friendly and helpfull, when we got back to Q-park our car was waiting for us undercover and we left. What an easy service to use and would highly reccomend Q-park to anyone

The car park was well organised and I was taken straight to the airpost on arrival. Check in took a matter of a minute or two and the car was waiting for me right by the office on return. One of the best I've used.

I was a little nervous as I have always used pink elephant in the past. Was not sure if the transfers would happen in time. But it all did and effortlessly. Will be using them again.

The car park was very easy to find, on arrival at the car park, getting the car booked in and being on our way to the airport took no more than 10 mins. The car park was clean, looked very well maintained and the staff were very helpful, which made you feel confident your car was being left in good hands. On our return the bus was waiting at the bay we were told to go to and we were on our way back to the car park within minutes. I can highly recommend this car park and will definitely be parking my car there when I fly from Heathrow.

Very easy to locate, Quick and efficient transfers on both day's travel, hardly any waiting time. I really could not fault the service at all.

I have never used any car parking facility near Heathrow before but this one from my personal experience was very good. We arrived around 0300 on the day of departure and our cases were being put in a mini-bus ready to take us to Terminal 2 before we had finished checking in at their desk. Upon return 2 weeks later and ringing from customs and immigration the call was answered promptly and we were on a mini-bus back to the car park within 10 minutes. It is a shame that baggage claim at Terminal 2 wasn't as efficient as Q-Park in terms of the level of service offered. Easy to find coming in from the M4 direction. Gets a strong recommend from me.

All aspects of the process including initial booking, car drop off, airport transfers and finally picking up the car were simple and efficient. Staff were helpful and courteous and the car park itself is reassuringly secure

On arriving at the car park we were directed to a space and the keys were taken from us so a driver could park our car in the long stay car park. Our luggage was put into a mini bus along with us and we were driven to our airport terminal. A prompt start and collection at the end of our holiday meant we did not have any hassle or need to worry about the car.

Easy all round, check in, transfer to and from the airport and car collection. I will use them again.

We had to wait 40 mins for a mini bus to transfer us to the airport. Obviously unacceptable. The return journey was better. We would need to be sure that this would not happen again if we were to use you next time. The rest was good.

Quick efficent service, I was enticed by the price £85, the same as what we could have paid elsewhere by competitors standard onsite parking which don't provide a door to door service. The Driver helped us with our bags both loading on and off the vehicle.

Easy to find,and after booking in at reception walked straight onto Mini Bus and arrived at Terminal under 10 minutues later. Coming back the Mini Bus picked us up 2 Minutes after I made the phone call to them. I could not fault the service they offerred.And I would gladly use them next time.
