Everything great except for the airport pick-up. Bus took a long time to come and when it did was not big enough to fit all those waiting in it. Customers left behind for the next bus not happy. The office needs to tell the driver the name of the party they are picking up to avoid queue jumping. Despite this I would still use Q-Park again.

excellent. i will certainly use it again. I had never used an off airport car park before and was apprehensive but this was not borne out by my excellent experience.

Easy to find from the Motorway. Quick and very easy check in, then immediate transportation of Heathrow Terminal. On return one phone call and we were picked up at the appropriate point. Very impressed would recommend and use again.

The right balance needs to be established between size and frequency of transfer buses, not convinced this is corect today. Principle of small buses, even if a little cramped, is fine but suggest then that number should be increased to avoid long waiting times when numerous people arrive at same time.

No help offered with lifting heavy luggage into transfer van. Perhaps they need a better vehicle with lifting facility for peoples luggage. The 'Bus Stop' return waiting area at T3 is grim.

Minibus for airport pickup only holds 8 people and a bunch of us arrived on the same flight so we had to wait a short while for a second minibus to pick us up (maybe 15 mins). Apart from this the service was extremely efficient. No problems at all.

Poor communication between Car Park staff and bus driver left us (and others) waiting 35 mins at the T3 Parking on arrival. Very annoying after a long flight, standing out in the cold, with no real information, or apology.

When we arrived we were shown to a temp parking spot then into a reception area where we were dealt with extremely professionally then immediately taken to our terminal in a mini bus. On rtn quick phone call to be told bus was waiting to pick us up. On arrival car was ready and waiting for us. Excellent!! would highly recommend

Great experience definitely use Q-Park again. All staff helpful and friendly. Very prompt and great to return to a car that is waiting rather than stressing looking for keys etc.

Excellent service and great facilities. Very organised. Returned an hour and a half early, but car still ready for collection. Will definitely use again when flying from Heathrow.

Left our car for 5 days and compared with a taxi to and from the airport it worked out cheaper and much more convenient. Didn't have to wait long for the transfer, although it was late in the evening so don't know what it is like at busy times. Very secure parking which put our mind at rest considering some of the stories that you hear. Car Park was in a very convenient place to reach and only 10 minutes from the terminals.

This is the 4th time we have used Q Park and will continue to use them every time we fly from Heathrow. Fantastic value for money and we have never had to wait around.

Everything went well. I was, actually, running late to catch my flight and everything was done pretty quickly. Dropping in the car took me less than 5 minutes and the transfer bus was already waiting to get me to the terminal. When returning we called Q-Park and 10 minutes after the bus was taking us to the park. The car was kept perfectly!

From booking the car park to collection at the airport on my return it was easy and trouble free and great value for money. Staff at the car park were friendly and help full, l for one will be using the service again G J Breen

I was very impressed by the ease of the whole experience. On arrival it took less than 5 mins to check the car in and the same on return. The whole experience was positive. No waiting time for transfer to terminal and very minimal wait on way back. I can recommend Q Park.

We had to wait 35 minutes to be collected from the airport.Transfer coaches could be bigger to improve the transfer - they can only carry 8 passengers - we finally got onto the third coach.

Really pleased overall. Booked in smoothly and transferred to the terminal very quickly. Arrived back, called the telephone number they provide you with, there was some confusion with the office as they had us arriving the previous day. It was very unclear where we were to meet the bus, but I have to say he was waiting for us. Got to the reception, lots of drivers hanging around which I found off putting, it didn't look professional. Even so would recommend this company and would use again when we travel in the future!

There was a problem at the exit barrier. The ticket with which I was provided at the desk upon departure failed to operate the barrier. There was a handwritten note sellotaped to the machine which was illegible due to recent rain. This might have given me clearer instructions. However, when I pressed the alert button, the barrier was raised forthwith.

We were impressed with the security of the facility, the efficiency of booking in and the speed of the transfer to Terminal 4. Unfortunately Terminal 5 had gone down on our return creating chaos and some delays to the pickup. Definitely reccommend Q-Park.

Arrival went very smoothly but it was very early in the morning. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Transer time good. Mini bus was comfortable & clean. Only downside was our arrival back at Heathrow. Our flights had been delayed over 4 hours due to the bad weather at heathrow. We had to wait 20 minutes for the coach to collect us. The staff did tell us this was all due to so many flights being delayed. They recommended that we wait inside the terminal, as we could see the coach stop and they would come into the building to collect us. It saved us waiting outside in the freezing cold. Our car was ready on our return, so we had no further hold ups. I would use this service again
