I have tried the others (on at least 5 occasions this ytd), but Q-park remains the most convenient for location, for its professionalism and for the efficient way you are taken to and collected from the airport. Excellent.

This was my first time to use Q-Park at Heathrow and my mind was made up after having read the other reviews. Excellent fast professional service an at such a great price. I will definitely be using them again and again as I am a frequent traveler via Heathrow.

The concept is first class. The only point to comment on is that staff could be more friendly and give a sense of wanting to help its customers enjoy the holiday experience.

Worth the very few extra pounds for this quality. Be careful entering site.Their turning is on a gap in bus lane just after start of bus lane.I got caught .I wonder how many others are caught there.It is a good trap.

I cannot fault the service of Q-Park Heathrow. Easy to find, conveniently situated close to the airport and the staff were friendly and professional. Drivers of the minibus were on time and friendly. A great start or end to any holiday or business trip. Would definately recommend Q-Park!

Situated next to premier Hotel very convenient.Took only 10mins from booking in to being on way to airport.On return from phoning to getting on bus 15mins Recommend

The instructions of how to get to the car park were very good and it is only a short distance off the motorway. When we returned from our holiday we followed the instructions and phoned when we had cleared customs. The girl on the phone told us to go to No5. I asked how do we get to No5 and she gabbled something and put the phone down. I had to make a second call to ask what she meant by 'No5'. She told me No5 bus stop, in a matter of fact tone of voice. She could have told me that in the first place. I asked the guy driving the pick up van what the weather was like and he just said 'don't know, I haven't seen any weather forecast' in a surely sort of manner. Drivers are normally quite chatty and friendly, but this one had obviously got out of bed the wrong side.

The parking premises were very easy to find. Parking check-in and transfer were efficient and transfer time to the airport was short. On the return we did not wait long to be picked up from the airport. We would use this service again.

Very good service, staff had happy faces!! Car park very easy to find and liked the fact that parking was under cover. Sleek looking parking area. Liked dropping off car at reception and finding car parked nearby on return. Driver of bus was also very pleasant and helpful, lifting cases etc. All in all a very happy experience. We didn't have to wait too long either for collection when we arrived back at LHR. We also thought the price that we got on the internet was reasonable and hope that they do not increase this in the future.

The service was efficient and the transfer time from car park to airport was short. The car was ready for us to drive away on our return. We felt it was good value for money.

Coming from the north of England on the motorway systems, we found this car park easy to find. We had a long holiday - 5 weeks - and found it offered good value. Friendly staff - quick transfer to the airport. We did have to wait a little longer than expected on the return journey. Overall, would use again.

Is v.close to airport & was really easy too find compared with some 'off site' car parks. We were running v.late & I rang ahead, & they had a bus ready for us, so we could go straight to the airport. Felt v.safe & secure. If you can get a good price here it is worth the extra few pounds. We would always use in future.

It took approx. 30-45 minutes to transfer back to the car park as there were three families arriving on the same plane waiting for a pickup. The area set aside for the pickup was also not particularly pleasant.

Directions not 100%. The Premier Inn is a mile from the Jolly Wagonner's Roundabout not 750 yards.Shuttle was waiting to take us straight to our departure and we only waited a couple of minutes on our return to be picked up. Will use again

Fast and efficient transfers even early morning and late at night. Easy to find and quick to park and get to airport which is exactly what was needed. No searching in huge car parks on your own in the dark!

Recommended - as close to perimeter fence as the official long term but better rates, quick check in, efficient friendly staff however no offer to check car condition for damage when dropped off or collected even though the receipt gave opportunity to inspect and record. In my experience always do this as if it happens in your absence you have no recourse to claim liability. In the rush of departure easily overlooked but can be costly especially as the car is moved several times after your hand over - overall I would use again.

Directions were good and drop off very straight forward. Short drive with little waiting. Collection was simple - just called and we were transported back to their base where our car was waiting for us. Thoroughly recommend - it was worth a few extra pounds to be so close to both the airport and the major roads to get home.

We appreciated not having to wait around in the cold, when we dropped off the cars, friendly staff, overall very good service. will always continue to use your service and will not hessitate to recommend you to our friends.

We had a little trouble finding the place, but once there enjoyed an trouble free check in and transfer by helpful,friendy and efficient staff. The experience was repeated on our return with an airport pickup after a few minutes with the car ready to go. Highly recommended.

Easy to book.Parking so close to airport it is better than most on airport parking. Directions clear.Reception efficient and tranfers could not have been quicker.Staff friendly.
