The car park was near the terminals although you have to be careful not to miss the entrance otherwise you have to go all the way round as there are no U turns. Good service, quick and efficient drop off. Good value for money.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful and we had very good, careful and considerate drivers in both directions. The whole system worked well with no problems. The pick-up point at Terminal 3 was located next to a smelly waste compaction unit. This was not Q-Park's fault, but it was not a pleasant place to wait on a hot day! Overall, I would strongly recommend Q-Park.

This was a late booking, but everything went to plan. Perhaps a bit hard to find for the first time when driving at 4am, but is much closer to the airport than other off-site parking. Not a problem if you have SatNav! Recommended.

The car park was easy to find. The transfers to airport were swift. While on the way out the drivers did not seem to smile. But on the way back driver was friendly courteous & we fely like giving him a tip, which we did.

They were good at all the important elements of security and timely transfers etc. They could have been clearer on the phone about the pick up point and didn't offer to note my car's mileage as it says they do on the website, although I'm sure they would have if I'd been bothered enough to ask. They were perfectly polite and helpful but most of the staff didn't really look like they were enjoying themselves, if they relaxed a little and smiled it would've made it feel a lot nicer. On the whole though a good service.

Even small details such as a toy for the little girls to play with while we waited (briefly) for the shuttle to depart are taken care of. A pleasure to use and will definitely use again.

We were late arriving (no fault of the carpark) but the quick transfer helped to make up time. On arrival we were met within 20 minutes and our car was ready. Would definitely use Q-Park again.

The parking rates were competitive but not the cheapest available. We opted in favour of Q Park in view of the covered and secure parking that was offered. That peace of mind was important during our time away.

Sickness and holiday leave meant that the staffing on our return was so low that they struggled to cope with pick ups.

Apparently a bus broke down, we had to wait an hour at terminal 3. I had three children with me and had travelled from Singapore umm! A great shame, as a positive experience apart from this!

Our transfer to the airport was fine, however, pickup was NOT. The shuttle took 15 minutes to arrive, but did not have space for the 2 of us. The driver said another shuttle would be along shortly (he wasn't very polite and didn't apologize for the delay.) 25 minutes later I called the office again, suggesting that we had been forgotten. The attendant indicated there had been a problem and apologized for the delay. The next shuttle however, did not arrive for another 15 minutes or longer, and then the 4 of us waiting got the last 4 spaces. And then our car wasn't ready! In total transfer time was 75 minutes - unacceptable I say!!

Arrived n good time at Airport which is always the most important for me.........courteous staff and booked online - great value

I was very impressed by the service offered by Q-Park. It was easy to find with the directions provided and quick and easy to check in my car. The transfers were great, didn't have to wait too long to be dropped off or picked up. Will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you for a good experience!

Good all round deal. However, if travelling from the West don't use J4 of M4. Follow directions from J3. Also, on the day that we were due to fly the main dual carriageway that Q Park is situated was closed due to an accident. With no route whatsoever to the car park we had to stop and ring Q Park for advice in an ever increasing panic. Stress levels rose when Q Park failed to answer our many attempts to call. Acquire an emergency phone number before you travel, just in case.

It did everything your information said it would. As we flew on a Monday and it was relatively quiet, and I have never used the service before difficult to compare other times or other providers. On the basis of my experience, I would use you again and recommend you to others.

I based my choice on parking from the reviews elsewhere and this looked to be the best. It proved to be excellent, the site gives you the feeling of secuirty and profesionalism and they delivered it all. I will definitely be back.
