Dropped off car eve before flying out as early start. Staf delivered us back to hotel rather than us shuttle bussing it to terminal and then hotel. Brilliant and efficient drop off. V secure

Well located, easy to find, modern and efficient. Staff a bit unfriendly but maybe that's the South of England!

Extremely professional set-up and felt very much at ease upon arrival to see how secure the parking was. The staff where also very responsive and the transfers we very punctual both on departure and arrival. Excellent value for money. 10/10.

One thing need to makesure is,have correct PostCode on email send out.I got the wrong code and bring me to no where, have to call and ask for correct postcode.Other than this, is is ok.

The whole process was efficient, easy and good value for money. My only criticism would be the shabby nature of the transfer mini-buses - Transit vans that had certainly seen better times, a bit of a shame given the clean and modern facility.

Can highly recommend this service. Going out we were in the minibus and on our way to the terminal within 5 minutes of arriving and coming back we were on our way back to the car park within 2 minutes of getting through customs. Might have been lucky on the timings but can only report what happened and it was very efficient indeed. Even had Match of The Day on when we arrived back at the reception and a free Sunday paper!

Fast checkin, courtesy bus prompt both to train station and on return. Check in lady not the most friendly, but efficient.

Telephoned on arrival to be advised they were busy. Waited 30mins and again telephoned to determine status. Stood at the pick-up point at 08:00 hrs is not very pleasant as their is no shelter. When I eventually spoke to reception they advised delay could be further 40mins. We abandoned the service and went to the Taxi Stand. Taxi refuse to take us as the Parking Companies will not allow them access. Agreed taxi could drop us off outside. As it happened we were allowed access. Cost £15. Recommendation if there is no other choice - get taxi.

A smooth reception and transition to the airport. Just a slight doubt, after turning in, about exactly how to approach reception which only needs a more prominent sign. The slight layer of dust confirmed the car had been under cover throughout.

This was the 1st time we had used Q-Park, the staff were freindly, helpful and teh service we received was 2nd to none.

Excellent service. First time we'd you but will certainly do so again if flying from Heathrow. You're in a great location, access is easy, it was very easy to drop the car off and the transfer was fast and efficient. Very good value too. Many thanks.

The service we received at Q Parks was friendly, efficient and fast. The car was ready for us on our return, waiting was cut down to a minimum and on the return, from touchdown to the M25 was only a little over an hour. Considering that we were transfered from the aircraft to the terminal by 'bus, this was very speedy.

Easy to find,easy to park they do it for you,transport to and from airport very good,car was ready and waiting on return,drivers polite and helpful will use again.

Have enjoyed parking my car at Qparks and will continue to use it. Have now used Qparks 5 times since June 2007 and never had any problems at all, it is a peace of mind car park. My car has always been ready for me to drive away on my return and everything is so simple upon check-in.

For anyone that lives more than within easy driving distance of Heathrow then to be able to stay next door to Q-Park the nigth before flying in the Premier Inn Hotel and then just drive the 50 yards to a truly modern and excellent parking facility this is superb. The facilities are modern, very easy to drop off and just as easy when returning. A wait of just one minute for the coach to return us to our car was just what we needed after a 12 hour flight. Thank you Q-Park.

Excellent. I will use again without question and have already recommended to friends and family. My battery went flat as I had been away for 5 weeks and the team went way beyond the call with helpfulness and friendliness.

I returned to my car to find it damaged. When reported to staff it took them nearly an hour before somebody came out to inspect the damage. I then had to wait for photographs to be taken an a report to be fille out. I was then told that a manager would contact me in the next few days. I waited five days and then tried to contact said manager. The contact number on the report was incorrect and I then had make three further phone calls and wait a further thirty minutes to be informed that the manage was on holiday. I am still waiting for the phone call let alone the matter to be settled.

the best thing i found about it was i checked my car in straight away with no fuss and there was no wait for transport to take me to the airport.On arrival the wait was about five mins to be picked up and again no fuss to check out my car.
