The only hitch was that the airport authorities chnaged where the company asked us to meet the courier bus. Cannot fault QAP, so my apolgy for only scoring 4/5 for that. They were great

No problems, very fast service which is what i wanted the most. Some airports services can be slow and uncordinated. Staff where polite and friendly even when he couldnt say my surname. I would definatly use you again.

My only comment is using the post code in a sat nav doesn't get you to the address, so I had difficulty finding the site.

The car park itself was secure and looked well managed, however two things made the experience a bit stressful: 1) If you enter the address into a sat-nav, it takes you to the wrong location. When i finally arrived at the carpark (late) i heard other customers complaining of the same thing. The check in staff said this happens all the time (so why don't they forewarn you on the website?) 2) When we arrived back after our flight, we had to wait while 5 Qpark coaches came and went. They weren't always parking in the same place so the people who were closest to the coach when it arrived got on first (not the people who had been waiting the longest). Considering the fact that you have to phone the office to say you've arrived and need a transfer, i don't understand why there isn't some sort of queue system. Because of the above two points (mainly the 2nd) i would think twice about using Q park again.

Q Park is the best I have found at Heathrow: close to the terminals, modern, clean, efficient and simple to use - and very good value for money. Five stars all round.

The price may not have been the cheapest, but was very competitive. On arrival the staff were friendly and efficient. The parking area was very clean and well lit and appeared to have v good security. My car was as clean as I left it. Having seen some of the "car pounds" passing as airport parking en route, you get what you pay for. I would definately use & recommend this company again

I found this airport parking at the last minute, I was very pleased that I did as well. Payment was made literally a few hours before I arrived at the car park, and I had on problems what so ever. Staff were helpful and happy, and the mini-bus service to and from the airport was painless...Literally ring the company up when you have picked your bags up, quote a number then they will tell you when the next pick-up is. I will certainly be booking here again.

Quite a long wait for transfer back. Arrangements a bit shambolic. Transer to airport was fine, though.

Reception Staff were very quick and efficient, instructions were clearly given. Transfer from office to the airport was very quick, no delays, driver was cheerful and helpful. On the way back we had a slight delay in being picked up but again the driver was quick, efficient and very helpful. Once at the depot it was just a matter of handing over the ticket and claiming the car keys. Instructions on how to get out of the car park were clear. I would have no problem in recommending this site and using this site again.

A bus was waiting for us on arrival at the car park, and we only had to wait a few minutes on our return.

They changed their shuttle bus livery after I dropped my car off and didnt tell me. So I missed the bus and had to wait an hour.

The directions to the car park were excellent and its very easy to find. Staff efficient and we hopped on to the bus 5mins after leaving car. The fact that cars are parked under cover is a plus factor especially during the winter months. On arriving back from Heathrow, the courtesy bus arrived very quickly and we arrived back to the car park where our car was waiting for us. Finding the site was easy and the check-in process straight fwd. The transport to and from Heathrow was punctual, efficient and comfortable and the driver helpful with all the passenger questions. On return to the site, again a very pleasant and efficient service. I Thoroughly recommend this provider and I would defintely use them again.

We arrived and were told that the next available van would take us to Term 5. We waited 15 minutes then a van came in and we went to the door but 2 other people ran out and got in. I went to the driver and said 'Terminal 5? ' he said, 'No, 1 & 2'. I said, 'But we are next, to 5'. When I went back inside I told the desk and they told the driver it was us (and others) to 5 as we were first and the people who got in had to get out of the van. We thought it very poor that the driver could take the word of passengers not the desk/via the radio. I felt very annoyed to be 'guzumped' this way, but fortunately my persistence paid off. On collection we also waited 15 minutes for a bus. Since this was advertised as the nearest to Terminal 5 I doubted that - transfers were not that quick, though the other terminals seemed more efficient. I wasn't that impressed. Had they had a system where it was clear when and where the next van would come and go to the airport I would not have been so anxious waiting. I will use other car parks next time.

Best of all was, after a long nightmarish journey there was your mini bus and driver waiting and helpfull!

I was put off many parking companies by customer reviews stating that they were nothing more than bomb sites so I chose carefully and I could not fault the parking in any way. Modern, secure parking that was easy to find. The transfers were frequent too. Great to go on holiday knowing that your vehicle was as safe as it possibly could be.

The sewrvice did everything claimed of it - straight forward to book and then execute through to parking and return. Free from any of the hassle that can so easily detract from the pleasure of travelling.

Was easy to book, offered the best price, car was parked in a secure well lit compound, transfer and pickup was quick (with no issue), highly recommended and will use QPark again.

If I had to make a comment, the driver on the return trip wasn't as friendly as the first. I always seem surprised by our lack of enthusiastic service in England after having such fantastic service abroad (this time it was Nepal)
