Excellent, efficient and friendly service both at check in and at collection upon my return from holiday. I would definitely recommend PP to others and will use them again.

We have used your car parks several times now and we have nothing but praise for all your staff. Ask for nothing more than a friiendly reception - safety for the car and being picked up when we arrive back from a holiday. As far as we are concerned your firm is perfection personified. Great and keep it up. Compliments to one and all.

Unfortunately my car broke down on the way out of the compound at the tunnel. All of your drivers stopped to ask if they could be of assistance. Thank you.

Very professional looking place, friendly staff, very organised. Would be nice if they gave us a copy of the photos they took of the car when arriving as this would inform us how our car was when entered....I do take my own photos, but it would be handy not to have to. In the exit section, it would be handy also to have an air and water supply for clients to use...air especially as tyres can go down when sitting for long periods of time, very dangerous to drive on flat tyres. Many thanks for your excellent service, I just thought you may want some suggestions.

We got to the carpark early so that we could be at the airport 3hrs before our flight. When we got there at 3.15am, we found out that the first bus was not till 4am. We were not told about this.

On arrival the signage was unmissable. Once directe to area for parking, it was straight onto a bus and at the time of day the driver used his initiative and used alternative routes to get to the airport. As a single parent travelling with a very young child, the driver kindly waited with my daughter and luggage whilst I found a trolley in the arrivals terminal, a service he did not have to offer. Guaranteed to use purple parking for future parking.

Easy online booking procedure, excellent service at car park, transfer to and from airport quick and on time, only issue was that we could not find car park initially.

This was by far and away the most un-stressful journey to and from Heathrow that I have ever made. The whole operation was extremely efficient and well co-ordinated, with no more than a 10 minute wait at either end for the coach to and from the airport, and no wait for the paperwork. The only criticisms I have is that the waiting area is a bit of a dump and the coach drivers a tad grumpy, hence the rating of 4/5 for customer service and facilities.

Simple and effective drop off routine, good journeys to and from airport. Due to delay in collecting luggage on return, bus was actually waiting for us when we got to pick up point. Returned 7.00am Christmas morning in driving rain, bus stopped some way from car pick point for no reason, then dished out luggae and car keys to customers in pouring rain. Was told "your car in row XYZ", had to walk 100yds with cases in pouring rain to find it. Had messed big time with my seat setting when parking the car, must have been driven by Hunchback of Notre Dame, still haven't been able to get it back to normal - why do that?

We found this an efficient and easy to use service. After our long haul flight back from our holiday, we were especially greatful to be picked up from the terminal quickly so we could get to our car and get home.

Good service and very good value for your money. Staff are very professional. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

It was so easy. The traffic was heavy when we dropped the car off but the driver took us round the back way to the airport. Coming home we were jet lagged and cold but the driver picked us up in a warm minibus in minutes and we were back in our own car within 15 minutes.First class service, if only the rest of our travelling was this good.

A great service! After we parked our car we were transferred to the airport in 15 minutes. On our return, we rang at 5.30am and the coach picked us up at 5.45am. Our car was waiting for us at the parking area and we were on the road again by 6.05am. I will definitely use Purple Parking again

The car park was easy to find. The staff were friendly and check-in was very quick. Didn't have to wait too long for a mini-bus and arrived at the airport terminal promptly. Pick up on our return went without and hitches and we were dropped of directly at our vehicle so the baggage could be loaded straight from the mini-bus to our car. An excellent service. I will definitely be using Purple Parking again.

On our arrival at the purple parking centre; registration and reception was very quick and efficient and we were directed to a waiting bus without any queueing or waiting. Our luggage was loaded into a trailer behind the minibus and we were quickly on our way to the terminal(4) which was the first drop off. On return from our four day break we rang through to the number directed on the ticket we had from the reception and after a wait of about 25 minutes we were picked up and taken direct to our car on the car park and we were able to exit the car park without any queue or further formality and were quickly on our way home. Over all a quick and efficient service.

I booked this car park as it had pretty good reviews and was very reasonably priced. I received my confirmation and didn't receive no directions of how to reach the car park. I presumed that it must be well sign posted so left it until the day of my holiday. However the car park was not signposted at all and after driving round all the terminals at Heathrow airport for 30 minutes I finally gave up. I tried ringing the number on the booking confirmation but after going through an automated service was eventually told the office was closed (3pm on Saturday). I would recommend anyone using this car park to ensure they receive directions of where the car park is before they book it.

Terminal 2 From making the call to say we had arrived in the baggage hall and collected our bags it took one and half hours till we got to our car !!! To make the waiting worse there is no cover over terminal 2 pick up (no8) to keep you out of the wind and rain when the purple parking buses drive past i.e don't stop

When we arrived there was a minibus to take us to the airport immediately. When we returned we only had to wait about 5 minutes for the minibus. Great thing was that we did not have to collect keys from anywhere. The bus driver took us straight to our car and handed us the keys! Absolutely fantastic!

I had no trouble in finding Purple Parking with the directions given. Bus was available as soon as I left my car, and again on my return trip only had to wait a couple of minutes for a bus. I would certainly use them again.

First thing is "a great job to everyone at Purple Parking". As soon as we arrived we were greeted like a person NOT A CUSTOMER,we was told where to go to get transfer, car was parked very close to transfer point, when we put baggage in transfer bus we were off to Heathrow within 10 mins (very efficient)we were dropped off right outside the terminal with no problems. I will be using this carpark in the future for sure with no hesitation.
