Drop off went smoothly, camera checks on car on the way in, well sign posted. Regular service to Terminal 1 even early in the morning. Return wait was nearly 20 minutes, but we did get our bags very quickly from the carosel after it was announced. We followed the instructions from Purple Parking, called them when they requested for pickup (just as well as we told a different pick up location from what is printed on the card). Keys handed over when we arrived, dropped off practically yards from the car. Perfectly acceptable, Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately my husband had to come back early then anticipated due to a bereavement in the family, he was not entitled to a refund of days when he was not parked there.

I was very pleased with Purple Parking. It was fast, efficient and friendly. It would be worth checking with them on the phone that they know which terminal your flight comes back to. I would definately use them again. The service is good value for money.

I've used Purple Parking a few times and am very pleased. In the last couple of years since our last booking PP has expanded quite a lot, but they still manage to give you a personal service. There is no need to book elsewhere. Always a good experience at a great price!

excellent easy access, good directions as no sat nav. security good and easy collection, had to wait approx 15mins each transfer to and from Terminal 4. Will use again

Long wait for the bus, then toured terminals until minibus full and then slow journey back. Asked the driver for my keys at the end to be told "there's no rush". The last thing you want is somebody almost deliberately slowing things down. I'm a regular flyer from Heathrow and very unlikely to use Purple Parking again.

This was the first time I've used Purple Parking and I will definitely use them again. They were great on cost and the staff were excellent. Security was good and both transfers quick and efficient. All in all a very professional and reassuring experience.

We came out of the terminal just as the purple parking bus was leaving, but after a quick sprint and mad waving at the driver, she stopped and picked us up. Thank you!

Good on arrival with easy drop-off and quick transfer to terminal. But, on return we had a very long wait and then there were more people than the one bus could take. Another did turn up, but why didn't the driver tell us that another was on its way? Would have avoided a lot of unplesantness and messing about. Once we got back, it was a quick process to get car and leave, but don't believe the 15 minute pick-up time. More like 50 minutes.

The service was good, except that we were dropped off at the wrong terminal(after being put on the wrong bus). Fortunately he driver took us straight to the correct terminal.

Shuttle buses to and from the airport were clean, well driven with a helpful driver. Very good booking service and wait at the airport to be picked up on our return was less than 5mins from the time of the telephone call.

We were worried about rush hour traffic, but found our way off the M25 quite easily. Be careful not to go into the industrial estate - it is signed to go further on. Thought the entrance road was one-way - it isn't. Very efficient when you get there and very secure. Driver helped with luggage on and off. When we returned to Heathrow, we phoned, as instructed in the baggage hall. However, when we got through customs we were unsure where to go. Instructions said Stand 5, which means bus stop 5 - please change this. Had to ask at information desk who pointed us in right direction. We were told on phone to go to Stand 2, which meant Bus Stop 2. Waited about 20 minutes in the cold and then called again. If we hadnt we are not sure when they would have arrived, as we called at T3 and the passengers werent there so we left. It was half term and apparently very busy. Driver was friendly though. Car was ready and had been defrosted. Would use again as it was basically a value for money, efficient, secure service.

Very pleased with the service. They have a nice fleet of new mini buses to transfer you to and from the airport. The car park looks secure, and is not a long drive from wither the motorway or the terminals.

Couldn't fault service. Photos taken of every angle of car at entrance, left car that was then parked. Instant and swift transfer to airport. Pick up from airport on return also faultless. Car key immediaetly given to me, directed to where it was parked and off I went home!! Have to say i'll be using this company again!! Excellent value for money compared to what our train journey would have cost us, plus hassle free.

Had trouble finding the right pick up point at the airport. Was unable to find a contact phone number but fortunately your driver saw us & stopped to pick us up. He was great!

As usual, the service offered by the company was first rate. The transfers were excellent (there was no wait for either journey) and I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone travelling from Heathrow.

I found the directions were excellent, the signage plentiful and the security and service was really good. I guess my only negative point is that it is a 10-15 journey from the airport on what could be a pretty busy route during rush hour (our journey times both ways were outside of the rush hour).

All was going ok until our return flight time was changed meaning we arrived in the Uk a day late. On arrival at the car park we were told we would have to pay a surcharge for the extra day, which is fair enough. Rather than dropping us at the office, (I use this word in it's broadest possible context), we were dropped at the area where the car should have been and then had to walk to the aforementioned office. On arriving there, we waitied for some time as there was no-one about. After some time I had to go through a door marked "staff only" in an attempt to find someone. Having finally achieved this it then took another fifteen minutes before the person returned and informed me that the extra day had cost me over a tenner despite the fact that nearly three weeks was £70, a pro rata charge of nearly forty per cent. There then followed another long wait whilst someone tried to work out how much change I required. Maybe a maths lesson once a week would help the staff here. All in all a bad taste left in the mouth after what was until that time a trouble free service.

I pre-booked Purple Parking in advance on the internet and was surprised at the reasonable fee. I'm reluctant to give anyone 5 out of 5 (because God knows, there's little that can't be improved in this life) but to be honest I'm not sure how Purple Parking could improve their service. They double-checked our flight, we found the place using their directions, the transfers were swift (waited maybe 10 mins when we got back to Heathrow); the staff were courteous and helpful; the price excellent. I would not hesitate to use PP again and certainly recommend them to others seeking such a facility.
