Staying away for three weeks, this offered the best deal so we thought we'd give it a go. We were impressed by the service. We wondered how the return pick-up would go, especially as our plane landed at 5.30 in the morning, but it went very smoothly and a bus was there waiting at the stop by the time we got there. I recommend it.

The overall servise was very good, As i enter the car , the man at the barrier new my name and told me were to go and were to pick up the bus which was waiting for us. The only small problem we had was the instruction on how to get there, once we had turn left at the car lot, we turn into a factory unit on a right hand blend which look like the entrance to the car park, put we needed to go on further. This was only a small problemm, it was my first time we had using this car park and it was 5am in the morning and at that time of the year, dark.

Perhaps had to wait in bus for longer than expected before departing for the airport. This made the transfer time longer than we had allowed for (but still in timne for flight).

I had never used Purple Parking before, so didn't know what to expect. Driving there from the M25 was a bit confusing; our GPS took us down the wrong way and it seemed to take for ages. However, when we got there, we were very pleasantly surprised. So quick, easy and very efficient. And the lot was very secure. Would definitely use again!

I like the way you dont have to que to park and collect you car, the number plate is scanned on arrival you park you car and get on the bus, on return you give your reciept to the driver who picks your car keys up from the gate and gives them to you as you exit the bus. Very happy with service offered will use again.

transfer back to parking slow, we went to another terminal to pick up more people, upon entry to the parking we had a long wait to get out keys and then a bit of a hike to collect the car (not sure why we can't enter reception and collect the keys and then walk to a collection bay for the car. Also the road leading to the parking is small and out of the way.

Excellent value for money. Had to wait a bit too long, outside in the cold at T3 for a pick up, otherwise OK. Courtesy buses are too cramped, driver very courteous and helpful

experience was very good apart from the hurrumpfing of the driver because we had lost our ticket. loudly made at least 3 references to it and made us feel like naughty children. wouldnt stop us using you again as thought it was a very organised experience.

Very good directions to follow to get to the carpark,and friendly staff to deal with your luggage and transfer to the airport was quick and comfortable.

Not an easy place to find the first time, website could improve in this respect, as could clarity on need to phone them on return arrival at terminal. Guidance on "best way" to join start of desired route home would be useful. Very efficient check-in and collection procedure. On balance very satisfied have used them a number of times and will continue to do so.

Purple Parking's service to and from Heathrow was very prompt. Plus, the directions to find the car park in the first place were very clear and easy (despite what one or two other reviewers have said)

Due to a burst water pipe at home just as were about to leave, we were extremely late on arriving at Purple Parking. We were reassured that we would get to the airport on time and did - just 2 minute s before the check-in desk closed! So a big thank you for that!!

The depot is tucked away in a residential area but the bus drivers use rat runs to get to terminal 4 so the ftansfer is great. A bit hard to find the depot, but if you print off a map, you will be fine

We showed up at Terminal 3 Heathrow looking for signs for PP. THere were none. We were hassled by security (understandably, as there is no waiting) while we tried to work out what we should do. A guy in a PP minibus told us to wait and a driver would collect the car. We had to keep driving around and around as there was no waiting. Finally another PP minibus guy called his office and told us we were supposed to take the car to PP in Southall! With no time left we had to pay an additional £40 for a driver to come and collect our car. There was nothing on the email from simplyparking to indicate what to expect. A very bad experience.

Site is a bit out of the way but got there in the end. Efficient service - easy to use - pickup was quick coming back - no complaints - good value for money!

Served the purpose very well - easy to find, convenient and good value for money. Security appeared to be excellent also and the whole operation moved like clockwork. I shall be using them again.

On arrival, booking in was simple and we were promptly transported to the airport. On return, transport was also excellent with minimal delay, and our car was waiting only yards away when we alighted from the bus

Multimap instructions made finding the car park easy. Being suspicious I made a note of my mileage and only .4 mile had been added when I returned. Minibus left the carpark 5 mins after I arrived and was waiting when I exited Heathrow. Keys were returned efficiently and car was where they said it would be. I was very pleased and will certainly recommend and use the service again.

I was happy with the service (eg security cameras, full insurance, etc) for the price. I am not sure where the car is driven after I leave it - is the security adequate, etc? I prefer to park the car where it stays. The drop off point to leave the car was full on arrival, minor delay. Transit to airport was immediate. Several unusual warnings were displayed on the car dashboard upon starting at collection - they went upon restarting, but left me concerned.

Staff were friendly and there was no waiting around before we were transfered, however when we arrived back it was early morning and the car was frozen over, when we got home and checked the car, there was a dent on the door, looks like the car next to us has opened there door too close to ours. I called twice and was told I would get a call back, I'm still waiting
