Excellent pick up and transfer to / from Heathrow, with no waiting around. Friendly and helpful staff. Only minor problem was on leaving the car park we queued for ages to get out to rejoin the M4 - don't know whether we were unlucky or whether the traffic is always this bad!

Was really nice not to have to worry about your car when on holiday. We got to the terminal in plenty of time and it was a really pleasant and easy. On return called when we were in the baggage claim. Had slightly over a 20 min wait but otherwise no qualms. Will use it again

On arrival at the check in kiosk we were greeted personally by name with a friendly smile and given our documentation without any delay. A bus was waiting for us and we were assisted with our luggage. We were offered toilet facilities before being transferred within minutes of our arrival to Heathrow. On our return to the U.K we phoned from the baggage hall to inform you of our arrival and were greeted at the appropriate bus stop on our exit from the terminal. We received first class service and were even dropped off at our car and the driver assisted us to load our luggage. Can't fault your customer service and we'll be using you again.

quick entry to the car park upon my arrival to the site, at this point i thought things were all going great. however, on my return i called the office as instructed when i was inside the airport terminal. it then took a totally unacceptable 1 hr 10 Min's before i got picked up. this was made worse by two purple parking vans passing me whilst i was waiting. apparently they were dropping off not picking up!!! this i found to be an unacceptable amount of time to wait. very disappointing

I had a 30 minute wait at Heathrow to be collected, that in itself was not too much of a problem as the weather was fair, however there is no shelter at stop 5 Terminal 1, it is 50 metres or so and out of sight from any alternative cover and so in winter we would have been soaked. This single item may cause me not to use PParking again. TonyE

Transfering to and from terminal 3 heathrow was very easy and straightforward. We didnt have to wait long for the minibus to pick us up and at least there was cover to wait under if it had been raining. The minibus actually took us back to the area that our car was parked in, unlike other companies we have used where you are left to find your own way.

Purple parking was good value for money and it was very well organised. The cons is that it is located at the very end of a large industrial estate and, especially at rush hour, it takes a very long time to get out of it. It took us 35 minutes at 6 pm! Also the bus stop at Heathrow Terminal 1 is not sheltered. And it took the driver 35 minutes to arrive since we rang the office, which is far too long!

Very poor collection sevice from the airport waited a good forty mins in the rain as the stop offers no cover from the rain. Another user advised them also that he was ready for collection a good 20 mins before i did very poor sevice will not use again

It was a good enough service for me to book up again for a trip this October Half Term. It is not as convenient as on airport parking but then it is a fraction of the cost. The buses and luggage carriers are reassuringly smart and safe looking. The whole service looks well well designed and packaged, giving the feel of a more expensive service.

We were pleasantly surprised by the service we received. We parked up ok had a bit of a wait (20 minutes) before we headed off to the terminal. Coming back was a 10 minute wait and the car was not far from our drop off. We would use this service again.

Upon arrival, we parked the car, got our bags and there was a transfer waiting, the driver was very helpful and helped us with our bags. We got out at the wrong terminal, as we assumed we were all going to the same terminal seeing as the driver asked us which one we were going to, but that was no biggie as we called him back and he then took us to the correct terminal. On return, again very efficient. No problem. My only disappointment was when I got home and re-fueled I noticed some scratches on the car. Obviously I have no proof it happened within the carpark. At Stanstead they don't move your car, but do here. I shall think twice next time when booking a flight, so that I can avoid taking the car all together, as no checks are done to see what marks are on the car before and after.

Some confusion as to what we needed to do with the documents that we were given on arrival, as instructions delivered very quickly. Also, lack of direction once our car was parked. Not sure what documents to leave in the car, and if we had to hand the keys to anyone or leave them in the car. Otherwise a very good service.

A very good service, they knew our name as we pulled up. We were straight out of our car into a bus to the terminal. On return we called as requested, they knew who we were and we had a 15 - 20 minute wait for the bus. They could not however accomodate all the people waiting for the bus and had to leave some behind for another bus. We do not know how long these people waited. The car was waiting for us at the other end. A very good service for £38 for 8 days parking. Would definitely use again.

We and others returning from Vienna last Saturday at Terminal 2 had to wait 40 minutes for the coach to arrive at Stop 8, which has no available shelter from wind and rain. We were then squeezed into the coach like sardines. On arrival no help other than a line number (36) was given as to the whereabouts (in the dark) of our car. We shall never use Purple Parking again.

Generally the service was good and I would consider using the company again. My only reservation is the location of the pick up point at terminal 1. It is out in the open with no protection from the elements. If I had taken shelter from any rain the driver would not have known I required to be picked up and would not have stopped. Needs looking at.

We thought the driver on the early pick up was very polite and genuinly interested in Our holiday if there is a employee of the week / month the Chap who pick up at Heathrow on Fri 21Sept2007 at appox 08:00 should get it ,He was very helpful in making sure all his passengers were in and all thier cases were in .A credit to Your company Cheers Bob Smith Ps I intend to use your services again as well as recommend them as well.

This is the first time I have used Purple Parking, and did so after reading positive reviews. Very pleased with the experience and will definitely use you agaian, and recommend you to friends. Not the cheapest option I could find, but definitely value for money.

Horrible experience - even 20 min after phoning from airport terminal-3 that I am going to collect luggage, there was no coach sent; phoned again to Purple-parking, lady at the other end said, she was going to chase up the coach; 10 mins after that a coach turns up - the driver (Hardeep) said he was not phoned to pick me up - he just came round to see if any body was waiting at terminal-3. Can you have worse experience than this after paying nearly £80.00 for the park & ride at Heathrow? I have already informed my relatives to avoid Purple-Parking by all means as no one would have a guarrantied coach service on return to airport.

I rang when I arrived home - service was slow and ineffective standing at the bus stop for 40 minutes I had to ring again to check the bus had left. It took me 1 hour to get from the airport to your car park. WHne the bus arrived I politely asked the driver why i had taken so long he was rude and back chatted and did not respond - all I didwas ask and back chat ans rudeness was not appreicated or expected as a form of customer service - i will not use you again or be recommending you

Trouble free with good directions, instructions what to do and only waited for 10 minutes for the bus to arrive (covered area which is nice if it's raining) Would recommend!! Staff friendly if you have good manners (some customers were rude and they got short shrift from the driver as they deserved!)
