Easy to find following the directions but the facilities are quite off the beaten track. Staff is very friendly and helpful, quick and well organised transfer on arrrival but long wait at unsheltered pick-up point on return. All in all very good value for money.

I used this a couple of times and this car park is secure and the cars are not parked like herrings. Even better is the "Meet and greet" services offered by Purple Parking. Please leave ample time during peak hours since the transport to the terminals may take more time than usual.

The traffic was very bad getting from the car park to the terminal, so we ended up stressed out because we were concerned we would miss our flight. Not sure if this was a one off, but would recommend allowing lots of extra time it we used them again. Return from the airport to car park was fine.

The one big plus for us was that there was very little wait for a transfer once we had advised that we were back - there is nothing worse than hanging around in the cold waiting to be collected - we have had this experience before. We will certainly use Purple Parking again should be travel from Heathrow.

Generally speaking, the parking is very efficient. Simple to drop your car and simple to pickup. If there is one problem with this car park is its location, it is the wrong side of the M4. Should you be travelling or returning on a Friday night or a Sunday night particularly, be prepared for the possibility of M4 traffic hell. This can extend the normal 10mins transfer by a significant amount.

I thought this service was very good value for money. Staff were friendly, car park seemed very secure and the car was fine when I picked it up. The only negative relates to the location as the road leading to the car park can get pretty busy at peak times; we sat in traffic for quite a while to get out.

Everything went smoothly enough. Location meant huge traffic hold-up on Hayes Road at rush hour on way back, which we wouldn't have had if we'd parked at the airport itself. Irritating to have to walk last bit to car with luggage when the driver could have dropped us at car itself (or brought the car to us). Loud radio in shuttle bus a bit intrusive.

All very easy, convenient and good value for money. The only criticism I have is that the bus driver that collected us from Terminal 1 on return was not very friendly and did not help get any bags in and out of the truck. His English was also very poor so he was not able to explain what was going on when we got back to the car park. A dissapointing end to what had been a first class service prior to that.

There were lots of people waiting to go to the terminals (approx. 30 people) and only one 14 seater mini bus with trailer turned up - lots of people pushing to get on and we had to wait for another 14 seater mini bus to turn up 10 minutes later. On return, although we phoned up striaght away (i.e. leaving plane), we waited 40 minutes ourside T1 with lots of others in the cold at midnight. When the 14 seater minibus turned up there was only 5 places so others had to wait for the next one to turn up (probably in another 40 mins). I would never use them again and would definately paid more to get a better service - rubbish!

I was immensely impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of everyone we dealt with. My husband left his camera in the car and only realised when we reached the airport. He telephoned your office and immeiately someone said they would see what could be done. We were phoned with information about where to stand at the airport and what bus would bring it. What service! Thank you everyone, but particularly those involved with our forgetfulness.

On arrival being on the long haul journey, there's nor clear information or direction on where the pick up point is. But when arrived at the parking, the assistant was very helpful when forget to hand in the ticket but with only the passport and ref. no I got taken to my car and the daily charge was very reasonable when flight delayed.

i felt the compund was very secure. in hindsight, we may consider having the car delivered to the terminal on our return but it was very easy to get the bus transfer. we didn't see any member of staff except the drivers who were very helpful with our luggage.

We were left stranded at airport on return journey because not enough room on the bus. Driver very rude and unhelpful. Next driver to come along was exact opposite, very polite, helpful and professional however we were already fed up by then. Probably will not use again, probably will advise friends/family not to either.

When we left there were roadworks on one of the roads to get there, causing fairly major jams, and I was glad we had left plenty of time. By the time we got back the roadworks seemed to have gone though. Because it is a bit of a distance from the airport, there is probably a relatively high risk of this sort of thing, but the service and security were excellent.

This requirement was not indicated when I made my booking. I would not leave the keys to my car with anyone as I travel with highly confidential documents. I was only told this when I arrived to park and therefore had to find alternative parking less than two hours before my flight left.I was not impressed by the service or attitude as no other options were offered at the time . It was a case of leaave your keys or park somewhere else. I chose to park somwhere else!!! A refund was not offered!!!

This is the second time I have used your company and unfortunetely there have been delays on both occassions on being collected from the airport. An hour the first time and 45 minites the second. Also queue jumping at the airport by other customers probably caused by the frustration of waiting so long in the first instance.

Arrived early morning (2:30) for a 4:15 check in at Heathrow but told no mini buses before 4:00. When we arrived at Heathrow the check in queue was already quite long. By the time we had checked in and gone through security no time for a coffee or duty free. Return from Heathrow in hot crowded mini bus took ages mainly due to traffic within Heathrow boundaries. To be fair, picked up within 20 minutes and Purple Parking has to use small minibuses due to a low tunnel at their site entrance.

There was a big contrast between the level of service for our departure and arrival. We arrived at the car park around 3am for our departure and there was about an hour's wait for a bus. The staff on duty were a bit uncommnicative. On our return, at 10am on a bank holiday Monday, we had a very helpful driver who dropped us right by our car.

The directions to the car park were a little challenging but accurate and the signs were very helpful although they can be obstructed by other traffic. The process was very efficient both dropping off the car and collecting it. You must remember to keep the parking documentation to hand on arrival back at Heathrow as you have to quote the booking reference number. Overall very good.
