Very straight forward - having baggage in a separate trailer is less draughty when stopping at different terminals. A much better experience than previous parking used - will stick with Purple, thanks.

It took 45 minutes to get from the car park to the terminal. It took an hour to get from the terminal to my car. It would have been quicker and easier to get the Coach service to Reading.

From begining to end it was an above average service, far better than we were expecting for the price we paid. We would not go anywhere else now.The staff were the best weve encountered at such a car park. Polite, friendly and courteous

i always keep some loose change for parking , shopping trolley ,etc.but i noticed that when i came to use some on the day i had picked my car up it had gone although it was there when i had left the car.therefore i will not be using this car park again or purple parking

1. Directions to site supplied were adequate, but a few more road signs would help those driving alone. 2. Instructions for of each item of paper supplied at registration should be marked on each. It easy to be confused after a long drive or flight! 3. One paper, apparently showing intended parking slot, was not used at all and uneccessary. 4. The transfer drivers were cheerful and helpful - very welcome when tired.

The service, transfers and facility were all very good. Car was as we left it and had no complaints on that front. We did find it difficult to find the site initially. The directions given were not that clear and given that we were parking on a saturday afternoon we ended up sitting in an hours traffic after missing the turning for the site to get back to the mini round about. What was lacking from the information we had been sent / printed out was a local number to contact someone to see if they could direct us, or tell us a different route (out of the traffic). My advice is that if you are travelling at the weekend, leave plenty of time, otherwise very good service.

I found purple parking to be good value for money. Easy to find, friendly staff and we only waited 5 minutes for pick up on both journeys. I would definitely recommend them.

Pretty good on the whole but car park is miles from terminal so you get in a minibus that takes you from your car to the car park. It's fine when your going off on holiday but stepping off the red eye from New York at 6.30 am on a wet monday morning and waiting for a minibus to arrive and drive you miles to pick up your car wears the patience! Think carefully about how you feel when you get back from your trip, then decide on using this car park....

They had also twisted the lock??? They had a replacement key made also twisted and now they will not pay for a new lock as they said my car was too old!!! I drive a H reg saab convertible old but beautiful. So I will never use purple parking again.

what a fantastic service. We had no problem finding the place and the car was safe and sound on our return. The driver even dropped us off right next to the car, will use this company again 100% top.

2 experiences with these guys. First one was rubbish. Took 2 hours for them to pick me up from Terminal 1. When they arrived there was too many for the bus so some had to wait even longer. Complete chaos. 2nd time - fantatsic. Bus was straight there and took me to my car. Car park very secure and prices are very reasonable. Would recommend but with a note of caution.

Transport was only offerered for transit to airport not to overnight hotel accommodation at the same venue ready for early an morning flight. This may be a deterrent for people like us who have to travel long distances to the airport and are not able to take advantage of the shuttle bus

Once we arrived, there was a coach to take us to the airport within a few minutes. On our return, after 'phoning from baggage reclaim, the coach was there almost as soon as we exited the terminal.

We found the instructions to get to purple parking easy to follow, as well as seeing your distincive minibusses which were easy to follw. Thank you for looking after my vehicle whilst we were on holiday.

Not satisfied this time, the computer at the barrier was not working on arrival and no one seemed concerned that there was a queue of cars waiting, - some rushing to catch flights! On return there was a long wait for the transfer bus. I will not be using them again.

When we arrived back in the UK we phoned Purple Parking to let them know that we were back to be collected. They answered, we gave our reference number and the phone when dead, we did this 3 times, thought it might be an automated system. Finally got through to speak to someone after 30 minutes of waiting and someone was sent to collect us and take us back to our car. Other than this little hiccup all was okay.

I would recommend Purple Parking but would allow a little extra time if I used it again as hard to find and the transfer takes slightly longer than advertised when you have to wait for people and load up luggage etc. The staff were friendly and efficient and it was reasonable value for money.

The staff demonstrated excellent customer service on Christmas Eve. I had to return to my vehicle between flights to do a bag swap. A very delayed inbound flight meant I had minimal time to do this and return to the terminal. The staff put on an exceptional show to make this happen for me and get me home for Christmas.

We had no issues with PP. The actual location of their premises is a bit of a rabbit warren to get to & not too confidence filing but they did everything they promised with no exceptions. Transfers to/from Airport were timely (no waiting) and quick. The car was parked close to our drop off point so within 20 minutes of leaving Heathrow we were on the road home. 7 out of 10. Thanks

Overall very positive experience. Directions to the car park were good for a complicated route. Provided price is kept to reasonable levels compared to the nearer car parks would use again.
