During our stay we experienced no problems at all, everything was exceptionally easy and efficient. This was also the most cost effective option I found and the reason that I chose this in the fisrt place - I would definately recomend to friends and family.

The system on arrival at purple parking is great no hanging around at the gate, clear instructions on what to do etc etc. Very good collection service from Hearthrow airport. Overall "Purple parking" offer great value for money which is also very well organised, especially when you land after a long flight.

The check in process on arrival was very efficient and the bus was waiting to take us to the terminal. On returning from our holiday however, it was a very different experience! We were instructed to phone the car park as soon as we arrived in the terminal (before baggage reclaim) - I tried constantly for 20 minutes with the phone going unanswered. Eventually I did get through, to be put on hold! By this time, we had our luggage and started to walk to the bus stop. I tried ringing once more when we arrived at the bus stop and eventually got through - to be told I should have phoned before we got our luggage!!!! The bus turned up some 15 minutes later and took us back to the car park, dropping us at a bus stop at least 5 minutes walk from where our car was parked - not easy with 8 bags and 2 children!! This was my first experience of PP and not one I'd want to repeat - next time, I'm staying with Courtlands!!!

We have used Purple Parking on numerous occasions and just recently we've noticed that the waiting time to be picked up on our return has been unsatisfactory. The first time was nearly 1 hour and the second time was around 30 mins.

Excellent value for money. On arrival shown where to park, right next to the mini bus stop. Toilets and inside waiting area. Within five minutes on our way to airport. Freephone on public telephone on arrival back , picked up in ten minutes, taken straight to our car. Very smooth transaction both ways. Will definitely use again. Cheapest I found on net.

I do not recommend Purple Parking. I waited 10 mins for a coach on arrival. After the driver arrived, the coach was found to have a flat battery and was dirty inside. The driver then drove very fast to T4 in order to keep the engine running. On pick-up from T4, I waited 45 mins for a return coach.

All was well until the 50 minute wait for a bus to take us back to the Car Park. Myself and fellow travellers watched in envy as other companies did 3 or 4 pick-ups while we waited. For the sake of a few pounds I'd suggest using one of the alternatives. I will be doing so in future.

When we returned to Heathrow we rang before we collected our luggage and then made our way to bus stop 4 as asked. We then waited over half an hour for the bus which was not pleasant as the bus stop is next to the rubbish hold and it was a very hot day so you can imagine the smell. Other than this the experience was very good using Purple Parking.

No room on coach going to terminal 1 so another driver offered to take us. He even stopped for a child who felt ill so that she could be sick. Great service - will be using company again in future.

Good. Value for money. Helpful, considerate staff - they moved my car indoors when it rained because someone had slashed the hood the day before my holiday. Bad - Could not get through on phone upon return (rang for 15 minutes) and frequency of buses seemed less than promised in the morning. Overall recommended - but allow more time for the transfer.

The directions were good. We were promptly taken to the terminal. Called on return and collection was within 5 minutes of leaving the terminal. Keys and car were fine, intructions on leaving were fine. All in all a quick and efficient service. Would definately use again.

We would use Purple parking again, we did not have to wait at all for the minibus either way, so although the park was a fair distance away from terminal 4, it was well under 30 minutes from Parking to checking in and from baggage reclaim to being back in the car.

I was travelling alone and therfore found finding the place a bit difficult because I was nearly under the bridge before I saw a sign but when I arrived the staff were super friendly and efficient. I hardly waited more than a few minutes for the buses. I thought the check in system was the easiest I have seen.

Following a 13 hour flight, we found that your driver took a longer route back than we are used to. This trip took best part of 40 minutes, when in previous years it only took 20 mins. Then to be dropped off at the central car park stop in the poring rain and then having to carry all my luggage to the far corner of the park was quite unaceptable. We have been using Purple Parking for many years due to the brilliant service we have always received. But this change on our return is not acceptable. Quite frankly if this method remains then I will be looking for another car park operator.

After sitting for 4 hours on the motorway and therefore arriving incredibly late and in a bit of a state, these guys whisked me to the Terminal and amazingly, I caught my flight. Upon returning, I waited only 5 minutes for the bus and arrived right next to my car. Many thanks for sorting out a slightly hysterical traveller! Leave LOTS of time in case of jams.

Overall a good experience and would use again. Easy to find and only 10 mins from airport. Did take a while for bus to turn up which meant many people were waiting for the bus. Subsequently, the driver had to leave 3 people behind and radio for an extra bus.

We find the booking side very easy and straight forward and we had very good directions sent to us, so finding the Car Park was no trouble. Our Transfer to the Airport was very efficient but I was very concerned that the bus did not have any baby or child car seats. We have a one year old and a three year old whom are both required by law to be in a car seat. On our return transfer we got a little lost and we took a while to get to our pick up point by which point the bus had left. We waited for a good 30 minutes (if not longer) before the next bus arrived. Our one year old was asleep in his buggy and again there was no car seats for the children available. When we got to the Car Park our keys were handed over to us straight away. It is a very cheap service and on the whole it is pretty good value and I would use Purple again.

Overall good experience for the second time. There only seemed to be one mini bus servicing all the terminals at Heathrow, so it took for ever to get round and back to the car after a long journey. The driver crawled along and had trouble finding the gears. Last year, we had to wait for nearly an hour because the buses were full by the time they got to us and there was only room for one or two passengers.

When I first used This car park (BPC.)I was dropped right by my car upon return. Now returning passengers are dropped at a central point and just pointed in the direction of the car! Not so bad if the weather is OK but if it is raining and a long way to walk ..................!!! Glad to see you are now picking up at Term 3. The walk to Term 2 for pick up was NOT what I needed after a 12 hour flight!

I found purple parking, easy to find, the staff were very helpful on the phone, and we didn't even have to wait for transfers on th way to the airport, as the coach was ready waiting for us and on the way back we only had to wait about 10mins. Our car was also not parked far from the drop off point. Would definatly use again.
