Luckily I knew where the car park was. Did not see many if any signs on the approach roads, which must be a problem for some clients. On return to LHR I and other clients had to wait for 30 minutes for coach pick up at Terminal 1. Just about all other companies had 3 visits before Purple Parking arrived!

I was a bit worried after having read some of the reviews but didn't want to pay twice the price just to park at Heathrow. I would definietely use Purple Parking again, at both end of my journey i only had to wait 5 minutes for a bus, the staff were really helpful and it's great value for money!

Excellent value for money. My driver was very well versed with the various routes to the airport terminal (Heathrow T4) and did his best to avoid the heavy conjestion. He was very chatty and informative. (Mrs M.) On our return to Heathrow we telephoned the office and we did not have to wait very long for our transport to arrive. We would use this service again.

Although I booked 6 days in advance and had the printed copy of the confirmation the booking could not be found and had to be rebooked. Waited 1hr and 10mins for transfer back from airport from calling. Then had to wait extra 5 mins on minibus whilst driver called in the booking numbers.

I had to wait a very long time for a pickup from terminal 1. I phoned no less than 4 times and even when I was eventually picked up we then did a tour of terminal 3, we did not pick anyone else up anyway and this further delayed my return home. I lost an hour of time as a result of this. I have used Purple Parking before but never had this kind of problem!

Very easy booking process and clear instructions to car park - easy to park. Supposed transfer on demand, but had to wait 30 minutes for others to arrive so slow departure. Despite being told in literature that there are no pick-ups from terminal 3, there were and very quick transfer back to car as bus waiting for us - all organised. Disappointed by long wait to get to terminal but will probably book again and allow for this as value for money.

Parking was arranged via booking at Quality Hotel, Heathrow, which was very good. Car was left at the hotel and collected from Purple Parking on return to UK. We rang them as instructed while waiting at baggage reclaim and the bus was waiting for us, we were the only two passengers. Excellent service, very friendly driver, delivered us to our car. No hassle, no fuss, would certainly recommend / use again.

A little busy when we arrived as it was the morning rush hour. A bus was waiting and took us straight to terminal 4. On return we rang from baggage reclaim and by the time we reached the bus stop a bus was waiting for our return journey. Very good service, excellent value. We use T4 regularly and will use this service again.

The parking area is quite away from the airport especially terminal 4 - so allow an extra 30 mins for peace of mind. If you were trying to get there during rush hour I think traffic would be a big issue (but then getting to H'row in rush hour on the road can't be a good idea anyway). That said the service was first class, very well organised with a definate 'professional' air to the operation. Helpful and friendly staff and good security for the car. We recorded our mileage before leaving and less than half a mile was on the clock on our return - so this isn't a bandit company that joy rides your car

I was to be at the airport within 30 minutes of arrival at the park; given a tranfer bus every 15 minutes. The gate did not have my reservation, so had to create another- 10 minutes, the coach waiting wanted more than one passenger so waited another 15 minutes (should have known there were no others booked in- we waited in vain and left with just me on board, he could have made round trip in that time). It took me about an hour from start to arriving at T4. Returning proved difficult as well we waited at the bus stop for at least 20 minutes after telephoning from arrivals. Won't use it again if I can avoid it.

When returning to heathrow. my bags were loaded on to the trailer and was then not able to get on the bus and had to unload my bags. I had arrived at the bus stop well before many of the people who had got on the bus. The driver made no attempt to find a place for the people who had handed him their tickets but instead told us we had to wait while he took the others who he had let get on the bus without giving him a ticket. Very annoying!!!!

Good welcome-slick departure(though long wait. Longish transfer-though we knew what to expect. But rturn was very shoddy. "Here are your keys-get on with it" approach. Car many bays away. Would have been difficult in dark. Others bring cars close to office when notified of arrival at airport.

A generally good experience, on arrival it was a smooth process as they deal with you as you drive in and get up your details from your car registration which was quick and pain free as were the outbound transfers. The return was a little frustrating as we say a coach waiting but they said they could not let us onto the coach as there was not enough room - there was room for us but it seemed the driver wanted to get going. We waited and the next bus was only ten minutes which was OK - we then got back to the car park and had out keys handed to us with the location of the vehicle. We had to walk from the van to our car which was a five minute walk and some hunting!

We had 2 small children, 3 suitcases, hand luggage and a pushchair and you are not allowed to push the baggage trolleys to the bus stop. We had to wait for nearly 40 minutes for a minibus to arrive and with 2 tired children it becomes difficult. As more people arrived at the pick-up point, which felt like a 'well you get what you pay for' stop, we became aware that we would have to fight for a place on the minibus. It had been raining I dread to think what would have happened as there was no shelter of any kind and no seats. It was a similar situation when arriving at the car park there you had no idea which minibus went to which terminal. When it came to getting on the minibus it felt like it was everybody for themselves. I think in future we shall pay the extra and use a company that has the larger buses that run reguarly.

on our return the mini bus had only 2 seats left as there were 4 in our party we had to wait over 45 minutes for the next 1 to arrive. On arrival at carpark after holiday the driver unloaded the bus & we all had to then wait for 15 minutes until he collected everyones keys, seemed very disorganised.

Given telephone contact when picking up baggage and prior knowledge of flights etc I was very disappointed with the pick-up service - I waited 45mins in the rain. Not enough buses were sent to coupe with the numbers waiting. I was the first in the cue but when the bus arrived those nearest the trailer where the baggage is loaded were dealt with first and so the collection point was not managed fairly. Having been picked up the travel time was good (less than 15mins), so I can only assume that the mess up was associated with bus allocation and not traffic related. Transfer to terminal took 45mins, due to heavy traffic. However, I think I read an estimate of 15mins travel time - of course traffic is a problem but you have experience of this so estimates should reflect average travel times, not 'best' travel times. Anyway, apart from these problems I was pleased with the service overall and would use it again (that is assuming the problems experienced are corrected another time).

I would not use Purple Parking ever again. Service was auful upon return had to wait 50 minutes to be picked up. They lied to on the phone saying a coach had been already when had been stading waiting. When we arrived back they didn;t know were the car was parked and took 15 minutes to find. There was not an apology offered once for the lack of service.

Very simple and straight forward, although location of carpark could be a problem for some as with the traffic it took us over 1 hour to reach main Tesco. But carpark in its self great value for money, have stayed there before and would stay there again.

First time we used purple parking parking, thoroughly recommended even though i commented on the entrance. Do not be put off as it's a private residential street/estate - hats off to them for putting up with tourists!!! Bus service is excellent, no hanging around and very helpful drivers. Next time to Heathrow we will just go straight to purple parking - pre booked of course in case we miss out!!!

easy to book, good directions, entry was easy as was collection etc. The only down side was the amount of traffic on the roads to and from the parking. Once you left the premises it then took 15- 20 mins to get the mile or so to the Tesco roundabout.
