I thought Purple parking at Heathrow were excellent, it was extremely well organised and very high security! The only fault was the rudeness of the return transfer bus driver, he didn't ask us for our ticket when he picked us up, and this meant he didn't pick our car keys up, so we had to walk to reception to collect them. He was very rude.

On arrival the person that checked us in was brusk to the point of rudeness. On return we waited 35 minutes for the bus rather than the advertised 15. No one apologised. Cheap - but I won't use them again.

We called from the baggage lounge as requested and then had to wait 20 mins for our baggage. We then waited a further 20-25mins for purple parking to show up. Disappointing at a time when you really want to just get home. Arrival was good though and everthing else was v organised and impressive. Security looked particularly good.

Have never had an airport parking system which works so efficiently - I was still in a good mood when I reached check in!. If I have to fly from Heathrow again will definitely use purple parking.

The pick up from the return trip was slow, we had to wait in the rain for 20 minutes, not what you want after a long overnight flight with children, it was poor service

Overall I thought your service was excellent, BUT the deal killer was the time I an my family was left waiting outside in the cold waiting for the transfer bus at Teminal 5. We waited almost 1 hour which was completely UNACCEPTABLE - especially when we were left counting the other transfer busses as they came and went. With children and in the cold.... not good.

I could not believe how rude the driver was on the return journey. He called me Oi and said the cases don't load them self's MATE. This was as I went to secure my hand luggage on the bus before returning to help with the cases. By the way it is the responsibility of the drive to load the trailer as he is responsible for the load when towing a trailer and it is his job to make shore that in is loaded correctly. I feel a letter is in need.

One small point was the time taken to get the return bus back, after we made the call before we got our luggage. It took just under an hour to get collected. This I feel was poor service.

generally good, but not enough buses - there was quite a wait at 5am - even though there was a room full of drivers drinking coffee... Other customers were getting very shirty. Also not very clear as to which bus went to which terminal. Pick up on arrival went very smoothly though

The outgoing journey met a longish wait for a bus (25 minutes) and lack lustre staff. On the return,it could not have been more different - bus right there with a very helpful driver. Everything ready on return so a very good half experience!

Every one is efficient and the customer service is grest.Wow!what a difference. By using purple parking during my 11days vacation,upon return I saved £75 to on travel to Kent with a family of 5 and 9 suitcases.Give it a go,it will surely convince you.

I didn't get to use the service because I was unable to get on my flight and had to fly out of a different airport. I called as soon as I found out that day and was told that I could get no money back. I was charged for the whole week!!!! I lost over 80pounds!!!!

Our experience of using Purple Parking was very good and we'd highly recommend them. It's an inexpensive way of parking at Heathrow and the shuttle transfers were quick and the staff were pleasant.

We found the car park easily from the directions given. When we arrived there were 2 mini buses waiting to go out but unfortunately they weren't for our terminal so we had to wait for a while. However, the return was great, we phoned as soon as we were through passport control and then collected our luggage. The mini bus was waiting outside when we went to the bus stop.

The time spent waiting to travel from the carpark to the airport was not a positive experience. We were left in a drafty corridor with little information. This was a disappointment following the warm and informative reception that we received from the lady in the booth when we first arrived at the car park.

I booked this site just because they have a disability sign on their page and my wife uses a wheelchair. The mini buses are not suitable for the disabled as you can't take the wheelchair on the bus it has to go in a trailer behind. What would have happened if my wife was wheelchair bound and not able to climb aboard the bus I don't know. Also the step up to the bus is too high. On returning we and several others could not get them on the phone to say we were waiting and had to wait 40mins in the freezing snowy weather for the transport to arrive. Their service was abismal and a total farce. I will never recommend Purple Parking to anyone I know and will not be using their so called service in the future.

Overall very good, great on the way out but on our return we had to wait a while. Three buses came and went before we were able to get on one because of the long queue. All in all though a small price to pay.

good value, but had to wait about 1/2 an hour for a minibus to take us to the terminal and waiting facilities were only partially constructed with a few seats (there were about 20 of us waiting). NB, you have to leave your keys in the car when you park. pick up was quick on return.

Great value for money. But I didn't realise the time it took to get to and from the airport. 15mins was more like 30 mins!! after a 30 hr flight. The 20mins waiting for the bus, 30 mins to get to the carpark, and then the further 20 mins waiting - for our keys, was a bit much.

The parking area was easy to find and the check-in process was efficiently managed. On the return leg I had to wait a long time for my phone call to be answered and I was cut off the first time after 3 or 4 minutes. But, once connected, the pick-up at Terminal 3 was almost instant. The only downside was that I was dropped off in the dark and pouring rain 100 metres from my car, and the coach driver seemed to resent me asking for directions to my car, which were grudgingly given. But overall good, and I'll use the service again.
