The drivers were polite and cheerful, I was helped with my heavy baggage and I have no complaints at all. This service is one I would recommend to anyone planning on leaving their car at Heathrow Airport.

The service was punctual, easy to use and very reasonably priced. Before we had children we would use the cheaper services, park miles away from the airport and then spend 30 minutes on an old bus. This was a hassle even for the two of us. When our baby came along we decided that we did not want this extra trouble. For a few quid extra we drove straight to the terminal building, met the representative who kindly put all of our luggage on a trolley and then took our car. Our baby didn't even know we had arrived until we woke her up. As it was our first time using this service it felt a little strange handing over our car keys to a complete stranger and watching him drive off in our car, but it was there waiting for us on our return. I can't thank the staff of Budget meet and greet enough. We will certainly use them again and highly recommend them to anyone else considering them. They made our day of travel a pleasure instead of a pain. 10/10

I would recommend gosimply and the service provided by Purple Parking to anyone wanting to park at Heathrow. Both the drop-off and pick-up went smoothly, and the value for money was outstanding!

This service removed all of the hassle in transfers to and from the terminal and for the cost, I could not fault it. Thoroughly recommended.

Our flight was early arriving back at heathrow and luggage came off first. As we phoned as directed when in arrivals we had to wait 25 minutes for our car to turn up. Suggest you phone when the plane lands.

No problems at all. Times differed slightly from those booked but able to accommodate. Cost less than many involving a bus transfer. Will use again and recommend to others.

Met by courteous driver who explained the returns procedure. On our return car was 5 mins late due to traffic. Excellent service from both drivers.

Car collected on departure and was waiting on arrival - landed an hour early at 4.30am but phoned as soon as i could and it was waiting with driver by the time i had collected baggage. Will use again

OK, it seemed too cheap, what did I expect? Not what I received, thats for sure, seconds only on hold on the phone, courteous and knowledgeable staff, on time collect and return service, only a few miles on the car for parking, all in all - well worth the money. Would I use it again - definitely Would I recommend it - without a second thought.

Conversely we arrived back in the UK nearly an hour late but, once again, this was dealt with very professionally and the car was waiting for us as we exited T1. Superb service which we definitely use again.

There was nothing to suggest the drop off time had to be EXACT! Every other airport park i've ever booked has been "from" not "at", so those thieving gits at Purple Parking stitched me up for another £25.00 for which I am not impressed. This should be made MUCH MUCH MUCH clearer in big screaming large letters.

My car broke down on the way to the airport. Just 20miles away from Heathrow and I had to get the car towed to an auto centre. Called the car park and they said it was my fault and charged me a no show fee of 25pounds. What on Earth was that about? It wasnt like i wanted the car to broke down and not get to the airport on time. (I was 5mins late for my flight in the end) Why did they still want to charge me? Just stupid in my opinions, stupid customer service.

This was the first time we have used meet and greet....we are now hooked.....it was EXCELLENT and so EASY!!!! We were a hour late getting to the terminal due to traffic on the M25. So DEFINATELY better then park and ride.

We arrived at 5am in the morning and the driver was there waiting, on our return we phoned when we landed before we collected our luggage and again the driver was outside waiting for us, excellent service at a great price, would highly recommend.

By mistake I went to thr wrong level at T5 car park. Phoned when I said I could not see anybody to meet me. Told whoever answered phon my position on level 3 and she said driver waqs on his way. After another 10 mins. I phoned again, spoke to a different girl who told me I was on thr wrong level and explained how to access the correct level. Why did not the first girl realise my mistake and re-direct me and save me 20mins. Okay, it was my fault for going to the wrong level, but I can't believe I'm the first driver to go to the wrong level at T5 and it would of being helpful had the first girl I spoke to had re-directed me. Other than this an excellent service.

Polite staff, helpful and friendly. On time. Easy to drop off and collect. Car returned in good condition. Made our holiday so much easier. Will definitely use again and recommend.

we use meet and greet services 3-4 times a year and the servise was one of the best we have used. drivers friendly, polite and on time.

very good efficent service -the driver on our departure was very pleasent friendly and helpful sadly not the same of the one who returned our car on our arrival back to the uk - he was rude and short with his replies. i asked about a joint inspection of the car and he rudly repliede that thecar is scanned into the carpark so it was not his job but i could do it myself if I wanted i was so taken aback and extreamly tired that I let it go until your reply feedback came so disappointing that both drivers did not deliver the same friendly service.
