very nervous initial about handing over my car keys to a stranger,but very reassured by tel contact about arriving earlier than expected at car drop off,called when returning to uk and car arrived in 20mins.so very happy to use the service again in future,will probably opt for the car valet as very dirty when car returned after sitting for 2 weeks.thanks purple parking for great service!!!

Easy to book (note that end time is the actual arrival time), the instruction to terminal is so clear as well as the instruction to collect the car. On both occasions, the drivers were already waiting for us. My boyfriend and I will surely use them again.

I arrived early without calling because I had been stuck in a jam and there were drivers available to take the car straight off, I had to wate a while on the return but that was only because i got strate out off the baggage hall and didnt give the driver a chance to get to there airport, overall it was a very good service and would use them again in the future.

The staff were friendly and the service excellent - what more can I say?

We were somewhat concerned over the likely cost of leaving a car for 4 weeks at Heathrow and of the service we could expect. The meet and greet service we used was in fact far cheaper then many alternatives - including parking only - and the service provided - by helpful and courteous drivers - was prompt and efficient.

Valet drivers on both collection and return, where punctual and friendly. The staff who answer the phones were unfriendly,not particularly helpful and sounded irritated when answering the phone and dealing with questions.

I have used Meet and Greet on a number of occasions previously. However, I found my recent booking on the Budget Meet and Greet as good as any that I have used previously but at a much lower price. I commented to the driver on picking up my vehicle how impressed I was with the service. Many thanks, Steve Lewis.

This was so convenient. I had parked the car with purple parking before so was confident about the quality of the car park but the meet & greet was even much better. The driver was there waiting for me when i arrived and again on my return the car was already ready to go. It couldn't be easier or quicker.

Travelling abroad incurs lots of waiting and queuing, but the Meet & Greet service reduces the door to door time and far less hassle of wondering where the bus is collecting you etc. A simple phone call 30 mins before arriving at the airport ensured that the parking staff was there ready for us, and again on the return journey. A sheer pleasure that will be repeated.

UK call centre staff answered my call quickly. Easy to find location to drop off the car, where staff were there in only a few minutes of my arrival. Really friendly representative. On return, after calling Cust Services, the car was outside ready and waiting. It couldn't be easier. I have used the same people twice now and excellent service each time.

Spotted me on arrival before I spotted them. Waiting on return no more than waiting for any other service, shuttle bus or similar. Excellent.

value for money, and hassle free. Shame I can't say the same about Heathrow!

Have used a number of meet & greet companies flying from London's different airport. The Budget meet and greet, which is the Purple Parking company were prompt if not early in pick up and drop off and friendly (despite us arriving at the airport early on our way out and delayed coming back)The price we paid was considerably cheaper than any other service available. Would definitely recommend.

I was sightly cautious of using the service, but it proved to be excellent and I will definitely use you again - beats parking any other way!

I have used this service twice from Terminal 4. Terminal 4 is ideal for such a service as it's not as busy as the other terminals, and there are many drop off lanes. I haven't tried this service from terminal 3 for instance where its much more chaotic with strict traffic controls. Great service overall, extremely convenient and good value.

Was fully expecting something to go wrong - ie. no car on arrival - but couldn't have been more impressed. Made the whole travel experience easier.

Good value valet parking - I really valued dropping the car at the departures hall for an early flight and having it waiting for me at arrivals after a long flight home. The driver was prompt and friendly and it was all very smooth. The only hitch was that they forgot to valet the car as requested for an extra £20, but I wasn't charged for it so not a biggy. Just would've been nice to return home to a clean car.

this is a great service and would definitely use it again,even when we were very delayed our car appeared very quickly when we called from luggage reclaim

I pay more for park and ride service normally. This was purple parking service essentially at much lesser price.
