I arrived early but no problem as parking attendants at the airport were happy to take my car, my flight was delayed by two hours yet again no problem, I called the office and the driver arrived with my car just as I came out of the airport. Excellent service, terrific value, very very happy would recommend to everyone!

After a long flight it really made a difference not to have to jump on a bus to get to the car.

I have used Meet & Greet at both Heathrow and Gatwick for many years and although this company is called Budget it seems to run by Purple Parking (who I have found in the past to be very good) and provides an excellent service at a very competitive price. I always choose a company with a secure car park (which Budget/Purple Parking have). My recent trips have been through T5 at Heathrow and I must say the pick-up and drop-off facilities there are great, unlike Gatwick North which is much more crowded and where I have often been delayed. I can't speak for service at other Heathrow Terminals. I would highly recommend Budget to anyone and will be using them again in September.

This was the first time we have used car valeting but it wont be the last, we were very impressed. It was a very convient service at excellent value. Car valet parking made the travel much easier and quicker and takes any stress out of the car parking experience plus its cheaper! The only complaint i have is, i wasn't aware i had to meet the driver on level 4. Luckily the driver turned up on row L level 3 and found me waiting. It wasnt a problem really, only 5 mins after the agreed meeting time. Overall superb...

we made the mistake of not taking our mobile with us and the co . could not contact us when we were later than expected for initial departure therefore it cost us an extra £25.00 for no show. (our fault for if i had taken note of the time i could have contacted them and avoided the extra cost)

I've used the dire Purple Parking before - they used to be good, maybe 5 years ago, but recently they have been putting scratches on the car and taking a very long time to return it. I thought I'd try one more time. Big mistake. Avoid.

If you are early at the airport don't expect your driver to be there until your agreed time.

We were delayed on the M25 on our way to Heathrow T4 - despite several calls keeping Budget meet and greet informed there was no one at the airport to greet us, after 20mins I called again to be told because we were late they would not meet us unless I paid £25. I did resolve this matter however, it caused lots of upset and a poor start to the holiday. Shame because the return service was superb.

We are always running late going to any airport - mainly because i hate flying. having meet and greet takes a lot of pressure off and you dont have to get on those awful buses to get you to the airport. Really cannot imagine not using it for holidays.

The staff were polite and organised, knew I was arriving. I simply could not fault the service. Great to know and will recommend. Thank you for decreasing any stress associated with park and ride and adding to my holiday positively.

On time, courteous, car as I left it on return and all for a budget price, will use again!

Good quality service at a great price, however the website times constantly reset themselves with the result that my expected time was different to the actual. I therefore incurred an extra charge of £30.00 from Purple Parking which is a shame as otherwise this was a great service.

We arrived earlier than expected for departure & they were there. Our return flight was early & the car was waiting. Top service and at a competitive price too. Recommended.

It is the first time I have used a service like 'Meet & Greet' but i will definitely use it again. I had no problems whatsoever. If I were to be really critical ....I had to wait two minutes on my return for the chauffeur to bring my car to the pre arranged meeting point. If thats all I can find a problem with then i would definitely recommend them.

After reading the mixed reviews we were anxious to say the least. But we were so impressed with this service. We actually arrived earlier than the 0500 start time, but the man was really helpful & said he had a man there ready to go as soon as the bus arrived he would be on his way to us. 15 Mins later he was there, did the paperwork, we checked in & flew off. Yes we did record our mileage purely due to reports on here that made us feel like we were going to be ripped off! On our return, even with a flat battery delaying us calling immediately, the man was still ready & waiting in our car in the same spot as we had dropped off. The car was in perfect condition & had done 17 MILES since we left it. So no scare stories here, just fantastic service at an unbelievable price. We rarely fly from Heathrow but will always use this company when we can, in the future :-)

In the past We've used the various carparking arrangements at Heathrow and indeed other airports but always resisted a meet and greet in case it didn't work and also the cost this service with Purple parking/ gosimply.com was great and exceeded our expectations all round. we have a young family so to pull up outside the terminal unload the car and let someonelse park your car certainly eases the trip. And it was the same on return- we'll certainly use it again in the future

Had to wait almost half an hour for the driver picking up the car, even having made the initial call at the correct time and then making additional calls after our arrival at the terminal. The return drop off was far more punctual as we only waited for 5 mins after exiting the terminal,but we had rung before exiting from the aircraft

It is just so easy to drive to your terminal and then drop your car off. It takes the stress out of driving around trying to find the relevant car park that you booked your car into whilst on holiday. The service is excellent. So prompt on both drop off and collection. Drivers are polite and courteous. We have used this service twice now and I will be using it again in the future. I would recommend this service to anyone and I am confident that they would also be more than happy with it. The cost is very reasonable too. In some cases its less than driving yourself to the airport car park to leave for a fortnight even on a budget car park 20 mins for the airport. Definately consider this. It reduces the stress and time.
