Excellent service at a fantastic price. On time, waiting for me to arrive at Heathrow airport for my departure. I was advised to call them upon my return , immediately after landing (to allow enough time to get my car as it is obviously not in the immediate vicinity). Actually called them at baggage claim, and had a problem with my suitcase so took a bit of time. My car just pulled up as I exited Arrivals...so perfect timimg! So definitely need to call them as soon as you arrive back. Very pleased overall.

It is the first time we have used this particular "Meet and Greet service" and it was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend it and will certainly use it again.10/10

I was extremely happy with the outward service - just turned up and left the keys then a hop and a skip to the departures hall in Terminal 5.Easy peasy. Coming back should have been just as smooth - however there was one lady on duty and she hadn't got a clue where our car was parked! We needed to walk up and down all the rows to locate it - some thing I could have done without after an 8 hr flight. Having said that I would still use this service again.

This is the second time I've used Budget Meet and Greet for my summer holiday with the family. Mileage on car was as expected, both collection and return on time. I would recommend to others

Dropping off the car was fine, on collection, the car was at least half hour after the time given on he phone, other companies busy dropping off all around us, but no Purple Parking anywhere to be seen. The guy said that they park the cars at Southall, and they never get long enough to arrive on time!? Beware

We experienced traffice problems on the M25 (it was shut!); we phoned the number given regularly to keep them informed and when we arrived the driver was still there so that we could run for the plane. Many thanks!

I was a bit dubious as to the service I'd get as the price was very competitive. I needn't have worried. The only slight hitch was my fault. We realised on the way to the airport we would be 45 minutes early and phoned to ask if we could be met earlier. We were told the request would be put through. When we got there our specific person wasn't there, we called and were told they were on the way, but they only turned up 5 minutes early so we had a 40 minute wait. It was annoying but our fault, the more expensive companies have a drop off point where you leave the car so you don't get this issue (I left early as the M25 was closed due to an accident the previous day and I thought London would be backed up). When we arrived back at Heathrow I called the number when I got off the plane, without speaking to anyone I got a computer message telling me my car would be at the drop off point 15 minutes later, I breezed through customs and there it was. Very good service. FOr info, the mileage in the car went up about 20 miles, so it gives you an idea how far the car park was from the airport. All in all I would definitely use again.

Takes all the stress out of the arrival and departure service of airport parking,particularly beneficial after a long haul flight! Excellent service right through from booking to using the service,all staff very helpful and polite,efficient and ontime.great value for money,will definitely recommend you to others and will absolutely use you again.

Did exactly what was advertised. Hard to believe the cost was less than park and ride options. On return, the driver handed over keys and exit ticket and wase I had time to sort out a tip for him!

Phoned to say we would be arriving half hour earlier than planned, although telephone receptionist made out this might be a problem the pick-up driver was there when we arrived. On return phoned as advised and car was there promptly. Excellent service.

No question we will use these guys again. No more taxis when we go to the airport. This cost us less than half the price quoted by all the taxi firms we called. Just took all the hassle out of our travel. Brilliant.

We had probably one of the best Meet and Greet companies available at LHR terminal 3. Paid a budget price. THANKS. We will use you again.

A no brainer - why would anyone want to park their car miles away from an airport terminal, hump your luggage on and off a shuttle bus, when the alternative is to arrive outside your departure terminal, load up your luggage onto a trolley, and hand the keys of your car over to a trusted company, who not only park the vehicle for you but keep it secure for you while your away, and when you've landed, you let them know, and the car's waiting for you again once you walk out of the terminal. Simples!!

This was the first time I have used this service but it wont be the last. It was great value for money and despite the budget price tag staff went out of their way to help. Timing was perfect. I will use this again and again and certainly recommended it to friends. As a frequent traveller I just wish I had spotted it sooner. Thank you Purple Parking
